数字化校园平台建设技术探索

数字化校园是利用计算机技术、网络技术、通讯技术对学校与教学、科研、管理和生活服务有关的所有信息资源进行全面的数字化；并用科学规范的管理对这些信息资源进行整合和集成，以构成统一的用户管理、统一的资源管理和统一的权限控制；把学校建设成面向校园内外的一个超越时间、空间的虚拟大学。     

MMP-2和MMP-9与脑损伤及其法医学意义

基质金属蛋白酶2和9（MMP-2、MMP-9）是基质金属蛋白酶（matrix metalloproteinases，MMPs）家族中的两个成员，可降解Ⅳ型胶原、层粘连蛋白等基质成分，从而使血脑屏障结构破坏，通透性增加，导致血管源性脑水肿，在脑血管疾病和脑损伤形成过程中起着重要的作用。在损伤后不同时段，MMP-2和MMPO含量及分布均呈现一定的波动性，探讨这些问题对脑损伤的治疗及在法医学中推断脑损伤时间有十分重要的意义。本文就这些问题的相关研究作一概述。     

Policy Narratives across Two Languages: A Comparative Study using the Narrative Policy Framework

The Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) focuses on the role of narratives, drawing from a rich scholarship in narrative, language, and culture. Despite the understanding that narratives are constructions of language and that narrative construction differs across languages, NPF studies have not focused on policy narratives in languages other than English. Language characteristics of narratives are important to assess the stability of policy narratives when there are multiple dominant languages in a political system. This study investigates the use of narrative elements in policy narratives in agricultural biotechnology policy in India across Hindi and English media coverage to examine the NPF assumption that narratives have generalizable narrative elements irrespective of variation in linguistic context and, specifically, tests the transportability of narrative elements. Findings validate the transportability of narrative elements in Hindi narratives, indicate variation in the use of narrative elements over time, and have implications for applying NPF across languages.     

Conservation in Context: Toward a Systems Framing of Decentralized Governance and Public Participation in Wildlife Management

Governance scholars have long championed the adaptive utility of decentralized management institutions, in part due to their ability to bring diverse stakeholders into decision‐making processes. However, research into the link between decentralization and participation often looks at policy design but bypasses important system feedbacks that shape sustained participation over time. To paint a more robust picture detailing how decentralization and participation are related, this paper uses a complex systems framework to explore interacting structural, operational, and cultural components of decentralized wildlife governance institutions in the United States and Botswana. Through this comparative analysis, I argue that the landscape of public participation in decentralized governance institutions appears to be significantly impacted by three factors: 1) how decentralization processes occurred, 2) where in the process of decision making participation is situated, and 3) perceptions of power distribution between groups with competing interests.     

组织传播：台湾网络竞选的模式与策略

网络竞选是台湾政治选举的重要组成部分。2008年以后,网络竞选的模式与策略呈现出组织传播的特点。网络竞选不仅是一种宣传方式,还是一种组织方式。一方面是在组织中传播,借助社交网站进行病毒式营销,另一方面是在传播中组织,在互动和分享的过程中建立起动态化组织。     

Neuerungen im Obsorgeverfahren

Der Senat h?lt es für notwendig und sachgerecht, der Maxime des Kindeswohls (§ 137 Abs 1 ABGB) im Obsorgeverfahren dadurch zu entsprechen, dass der OGH aktenkundige Entwicklungen, die die bisherige Tatsachengrundlage wesentlich ver?ndern, – ungeachtet des im Revisionsrekursverfahren an sich herrschenden Neuerungsverbots (§ 66 Abs 2 Au?StrG) – auch dann berücksichtigen muss, wenn sie erst nach der Beschlussfassung einer der Vorinstanzen eingetreten sind.     

Sachbezugsverordnung

§ 2 der Sachbezugsverordnungen wird als gesetzwidrig aufgehoben (wobei die Aufhebung der zuletzt genannten Bestimmung mit Ablauf des 31. 12. 2008 in Kraft tritt).     

Eigenbedarfskündigung – Sperrfrist

Ein Vermieter kann den Kündigungsgrund gem § 30 Abs 2 Z 8 MRG nach § 30 Abs 3 letzter Satz MRG bereits dann geltend machen, wenn er zumindest zur H?lfte Miteigentümer der Liegenschaft ist und auf seine Eigentumswohnung die Sperrfrist nach § 30 Abs 3 Satz 2 MRG nicht (mehr) anzuwenden ist. Daran ?ndert auch der Umstand nichts, wenn als kündigende Partei auch der andere H?lfteeigentümer der ma?gebenden Liegenschaft auftritt, dessen Eigentumserwerb auf Grund eines Rechtsgesch?ftes unter Lebenden unter die bezeichnete Sperrfrist fiele.     

大鼠脑挫伤后NTE与COX-2表达随时间的变化

目的观察大鼠脑挫伤后脑组织NTE和COX-2的表达变化，并评价其法医学的意义。方法健康SD大鼠48只，随机分成正常对照组、手术对照组、挫伤组（按挫伤后处死时间再分为lh、12h、1d、3d、7d、14d共6个组）每组6只。以自由落体撞击法制作脑挫裂伤模型；应用免疫组化方法检测COX-2和NTE在脑组织中的表达情况；用SPSS13．0软件分析COX-2和NTE的表达情况与脑挫伤后存活时间的相关性。结果正常对照组和假手术绢NTE和COX-2均呈低水平表达，脯挫伤组伤后NTE和COX-2表达逐渐增强，均于1d达到高峰，至14d时COX-2表达降至正常对照组水平，而NTE仍高于正常对照组水平；挫伤各组与正常对照组比较，除1h组灰度值无统计学差异（P〉0．05）外，其余各组均有明显差异（P〈0．01）。结论脑挫伤后脑组织NTE和COX-2的表达均呈现先增强后下降的趋势，其表达规律有望为脑挫伤诊断及损伤时间推断提供参考。     

构建农村社区居家养老模式的法律思考——以海南为例

随着我国人口老年化的加剧,作为人口占多数的农村养老问题也受到更多的关注。由于家庭结构变化,中国家庭4-2-1模式的普遍存在,传统家庭养老面临巨大挑战,新型的农村社区居家养老应运而生。但由于法律建设的不健全,农村社区养老在实践中面临困境。要解决这一问题,就要基于法律的思维,构建完善的农村社区居家养老模式。
