试论规范研究生学术道德之途径

研究生学术道德腐败问题在近几年日益严重。主要有内因和外因两方面原因。因此,要规避研究生学术道德腐败,实现学术的创新繁荣和健康发展,就必须扭转社会不正之风,培育良好的学术氛围,完善研究生评估机制,加强学风建设和规范化教育。研究生更要以身作则,自觉遵守学术规范,不断提高自身的学术素养和学术道德规范意识。     

The Accountability Priorities of Australian Parliamentarians

Managerialist reforms to the public service, as part of the drive for improved efficiency and effectiveness, sought to reorient the accountability priorities of parliamentarians away from a supposedly excessive concern with process and results and more towards results (outputs and outcomes). To what extent, if any, have the accountability priorities of parliamentarians changed over the last two decades? Content analysis of a sample of estimates committee hearings dealing with six departments over three selected years (1986, 1992 and 2003) reveals a marked increase in attention to outputs and a correspondingly decreased focus on inputs (with little change in concern for process), thus confirming a managerialist trend. At the same time, Senators' explicit references to departments' budget documentation and annual reports fell away noticeably with the introduction of the outcomes and outputs framework which is therefore failing their accountability needs.

由于未能注意在国家现行法学学科体系中寻求一种体系内的合理定位,检察学构建和理论体系的研究还呈现出"自说自话"的特点.检察学研究检察制度与检察活动,具有职能性、综合性、应用性的特点,它应当在一种多元的视野中寻求自身的学科定位,既要充分尊重国家学科体制的既有格局,又要考虑一定程度上的突破与创新.检察学独立学科地位的确立,取决于建立该学科的"有理"与"有势".     

The Howard Government: The Extent to which Public Attitudes Influenced Australia's Federal Policy Mix

This article focuses on the interaction between government policy and public attitudes in order to explain why the Howard government was reasonably pragmatic given that it maintained enough popular support to win four successive federal elections from 1996, and why such a relationship is crucial to evaluating policy trends in Australia's liberal democracy in terms of understanding both policy possibilities and limitations no matter how flawed or divisive certain policies may appear to be.

大学生毕业论文学术不端现象日益严重，具体表现有公然抄袭、数据造假、寻找“枪手”等。究其原因，主要由于社会诚信缺失、教育体制缺陷、学生压力巨大。要杜绝学术不端现象需要从鼓励创新、加强指导、保障诚信着手。     

PARENT EDUCATION AFTER SEPARATION/DIVORCE

As part of a Canadian best practices evaluation of parent education for divorcing parents, this study assessed program effects on postseparation parenting. Statistically significant changes from pretest to 4 to 6 month follow-up were evident on all scales related to conflict between former partners, whereas changes related to positive and cooperative parenting were less conclusive. All parents experienced a reduction in conflict that places children in the middle of the conflict by the follow-up stage. Low-moderate-conflict parents experienced more increases in adaptive parenting.
