高校本科毕业论文学术不端现象平议

大学生毕业论文学术不端现象日益严重，具体表现有公然抄袭、数据造假、寻找“枪手”等。究其原因，主要由于社会诚信缺失、教育体制缺陷、学生压力巨大。要杜绝学术不端现象需要从鼓励创新、加强指导、保障诚信着手。     

高校学报的办刊方向与学术价值--以淡化内外稿观念为例

为本校科研服务是高校学报的办刊方向,这一定位的缺陷是“以本校为主”和“综合性”,由此涉及学报的编辑方针并延伸出“内、外稿”的选稿标准问题。淡化这一“标准”是学报改革与发展的重要方面。     

Problems with Publishing: Existing State and Solutions

Survival in academia depends on publications in refereed journals. Authors only get their papers accepted if they intellectually prostitute themselves by slavishly following the demands made by anonymous referees without property rights to the journals they advise.Intellectual prostitution is neither beneficial to suppliers nor consumers. But it is avoidable. The editor (with property rights to the journal) should make the basic decision of whether a paper is worth publishing or not. The referees should only offer suggestions on how to improve the paper. The author may disregard this advice. This reduces intellectual prostitution and produces more original publications.JEL Classification: A11, Z00     

Participation in Extracurricular Activities and Adolescent Adjustment: Cross-Sectional and Longitudinal Findings

This study extends previous understanding of the association between adolescent extracurricular activity participation and adjustment by asking whether participation in school-based extracurricular activities is associated with lower substance use and depression, higher grades and academic aspirations, and more positive attitude toward school. In addition, it examines the role of life events stress and time spent in activities as potential moderators of the association. Data come from an ethnically diverse sample of adolescents from 6 California highschools (N = 3,761). Cross-sectional results suggest participation is associated with more positive adolescent outcomes for all variables except alcohol use and depression, controlling for gender, ethnicity, and grade. Longitudinal analyses are consistent with these findings. Cumulative participation over a 3-year period predicts adolescent outcomes controlling for both Time 1 outcomes and demographic characteristics. In addition, within-person analyses reveal year-to-year covariation of participation and positive outcomes. Dr. Darling is a developmental psychologist whose research focuses on social relationships during adolescence, with a special interest in contextual variation in developmental processes.

本文认为学术期刊内生于学术生态系统,重点论述在数字化、网络化发展如火如荼的大背景下,学术期刊在学术领域中的功能与定位,从传播功能、社会功能和学术评价功能三个方面考察学术期刊传统功能的新变化,为进一步开展学术期刊改革提供相关政策建议.     

2009—2013年 我国11种综合类核心期刊学术影响力分析

利用2010-2014年版《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心板)》CJCR评价系统,选取了11种综合类核心期刊的计量指标,采用文献计量法对影响因子、总被引频次等多项指标进行了统计分析,以期对我国综合类期刊的科学定位、持续发展、不断提升学术影响力提供理论参考.     

Relationships between Policy Academics and Public Servants: Learning at a Distance?

The cultures and practices of the public service and academic researchers are very different. However, there are areas of common interest in policy and governance, and some potential for building closer relationships. Public servants make direct use of academic research only in exceptional circumstances. Nevertheless, there are other ways in which academic expertise can be useful and influential. This article surveys the international literature on the ways in which practitioners make use of external expertise, including academic research. It also considers whether the heightened interest in ‘evidence‐informed policy’ might provide avenues for mutual influence between practitioners and academics.     

涉外警务研究范式的转换

科学从本质上说是解决问题的 活动和根据问题定向的活动。科学进 步的标志之一是把反常的问题和未解 决的问题转变为已解决的问题。 “反常问题”的存在,就意味着理论范 式本身产生了危机,考虑新的范式的 设计就有必要了。涉外警务是一门囊 括了法学、管理学、社会学的新兴交叉 学科。在警察执法理念和行政权力运 行模式上,它主要体现为公安机关与 行政管理相对人之间的一种良性互动。 随着政治经济的发展,在涉外警务研 究领域产生了许多新问题。在思考涉 外警务领域出现的一些新现象和新问 题,探寻解决途径的同时,我们需要突 破传统的研究模式引入新的研究范式。 本文将就此作些探讨,发表若干浅见, 求教于各位同仁。     

高校学风建设的反思与对策

培养优良学风既是推进素质教育的客观要求,也是保证教育质量的重要前提。现在各高校都意识到学风建设对学生成才和高校发展的重要,也非常重视学风建设。但高校的学风状况仍堪忧。本文试图通过对学风建设进行反思,找出问题的症结所在,并根据问题的症结提出了几点关于加强学风建设的对策。
