中国传统社会变革的主要特征

中国传统社会不断变革赋予了中华文明持久生命力。从上古三代至今天的改革开放,中国传统社会经历多次重大变革,并鲜明地表现为四个主要特征:与商品经济发展紧密联系,商品经济是社会变革的重要推动力量;以“民”的演变为基础和发展主线,经历了部族社会、豪民社会、富民社会、市民社会四个变革时代;以“乱”为表象,实质是“变”,是社会秩序的新整合,是走向“和谐”的必然过程;社会的整体变化,包括了社会意识和价值观念的调整。中国传统社会每一重大变革,都伴随着儒学的复兴和发展。     

第一次数学危机及其哲学分析

毕达哥拉斯关于数的信条及以数为基础的宇宙模型的破产,导致了第一次数学危机。这一危机的影响是巨大的,它不仅推动了数学及其相关学科的发展,使古希腊数学的基础发生了根本性的变化,而且推动了整个科学的发展。在古希腊,数学和哲学是结盟的,哲学使古希腊的数学趋于抽象和真理。正是由于古希腊的哲学背景,使其有可能建立世界上第一个数学公理系统,并最终导致了近代科学的诞生。     

Chinese warfare and politics in the ancient East Asian international system,CA. 2700 B.C. to 722 B.C.

Ancient East Asia is the second oldest “protobellic area” and pristine state system of international relations within the global international system, after West Asia (ancient Near East). In a previous study Cioffi‐Revilla and Lai (1995) reported the first findings on the origins and evolution of war and politics in ancient China (Legendary, Xia [Hsia], Shang, and Western Zhou [Chou] periods), ca. 2700 B.C to 722 B.C In this paper we make public an expanded data set (N = 104 cases, 12 variables; version 2.0), explaining our sources, measurements, and data quality control procedures. The new data set will permit investigators to test hypotheses about warfare distributions, ethnic and protracted conflicts, time series, periodicity, system dynamics, and structural relationships (e.g., war‐polarity theories). This new long‐range data set should also promote a new stage in comparative analyses of the universal and particular properties of warfare and international systems, both cross‐polity and longitudinally.     

贵州民族古籍文献抢救整理的紧迫性与对策研究

贵州少数民族古籍文献资源极为丰富,但面临着流失和失传的危险,因此,要提高对抢救民族古籍文献紧迫性的认识,加大征集工作的力度,建立数据库,加大经费投入,建立专业队伍,并做好少数民族古籍的宣传和利用工作。

桂柳古运河与桂林兴安灵渠同为我国岭南地区的两大漕运奇观．随着桂林国际旅游胜地建设上升为国家战略，桂柳古运河的保护和利用已进入人们的视野，作为桂柳古运河景观重组成部分的特色村落建设，也随之引起了人们的关注，重视村庄规划管理、体现水乡田园风光特点、保护传统村落、保持村落的原生态、提高村民素质及建立合理的利益机制等，应是桂柳古运河特色村落建设的重心所在。

"公爵同志"米尔斯基是20世纪二三十年代欧美和苏联文学界、知识界的重要人物之一,他充满突转的生活经历和坚忍不拔的文学活动构成文坛的一段传奇,甚或那一代俄国知识分子之命运的缩影和象征。他用英文撰写的《俄国文学史》被纳博科夫称为"用包括俄语在内的所有语言写就的最好一部俄国文学史",所谓"米尔斯基文学史"因其"折中主义"的文学史观、主客观统一的批评手法和极富个性的话语风格而独树一帜,被视为西方俄国文学研究的奠基之作,长期被欧美高校斯拉夫系用作俄国文学史教材,其影响历久不衰。     

Hearts and Minds: War Neurosis and the Politics of Madness in Anna Kavan's I Am Lazarus

Abstract

Anna Kavan's fictional portrayals of psychiatric breakdown and its treatment provide a unique perspective on the patient's experience of early to mid twentieth-century psychiatry. This article looks in detail at Kavan's time working with soldiers suffering from effort syndrome during the Second World War, observing how the solider-psychiatric patient becomes a figurehead for her radical politics in her Horizon article ‘The Case of Bill Williams’ (1944), and a prominent protagonist in her stories. Through close reading of her correspondence, her journalism and her wartime stories collected in I Am Lazarus (1945), it examines how the intersection of psychological trauma and physiological symptoms characteristic of effort syndrome surfaces in Kavan's writing of this period and in her own psychic responses to the war. It observes the importance of figurative language to her portrayal of war trauma and psychological breakdown, as her characters embody metaphor in their psychosomatic symptoms, and explores a twisted reconception of mind–body dualism prevalent throughout her writing of this period. It goes on to examine how the peculiar interaction of the physical and the psychological extends to the relationship between Kavan's characters and their external environment in her Blitz stories. Against the backdrop of the war-torn city, mind and body engage in ongoing conflict, affect and emotion bleed into her physical landscapes, and everyday objects become animated and hostile towards her protagonists.     

Enjoy their symptom: of woman,men and other interesting figures in Greek literary texts

Voela and Tamboukou use Slavoj ?i?ek’s notion of the symptom as a lens through which to look at representations of female figures in Greek literary texts of the early twentieth century by Gregorios Xenopoulos. In mapping the construction of the figure of the modern woman in the matrix of discourses, fantasies and power relations of fin-de-siècle Greece, they draw on psychoanalytic insights, interrupted by Foucauldian interventions. Following Judith Butler’s move of making trouble they attempt to open up a dialogic space between psychoanalytic and Foucauldian approaches to the female subject, contextualized in a specific social, historical and cultural milieu. It is in this context that they discuss, first, how feminine and masculine subjectivities are represented in man’s speech; second, how unintended excesses and interruptions occur in the problematic representation of women; and, third, how madness and ultimately death come to play a significant role in the power relations between the sexes.     

The artist as a medium and the artwork as metaphor in Murakami Haruki’s fiction

Abstract

In many of Murakami Haruki’s works, the protagonist is in a profession close to the world of literature, although usually not exactly a writer. In their role as translators, advertising copywriters, journalists, or editors, Murakami’s protagonists are invested with the task of rearranging fragments of reality into narrative or artistic form, and/or of transmitting a message. This process is emotionally charged, often involving a supernatural dimension. While the process of reconstructing a narrative is largely unconscious, the narrator’s choice to act in this capacity is deliberate, and is presented as a way of fulfilling his responsibility towards others. I read this element as an expression of Murakami’s vision of the role of a writer in society. The figure of the artist-narrator takes an interesting form in Kishidanchō-Goroshi (Killing Commendatore, 2017), where the protagonist, a visual artist specialising in realistic portraits, decides to pursue a more creative approach to painting that leads him to a series of supernatural adventures. Through a close reading of the novel, this article investigates how Murakami’s portrayal of the artist as a shaman-like figure functions like a metaphor for the role of the literary author as a catalyst that enables people to connect with their inner self and with each other.     

中国古代先问亲邻制度考析

田宅交易先问亲邻的制度在法律中出现始于后周时期,在宋元时期达到极盛。明清时期,国家律典对此不再作强制性规定,但在民间习惯中,先问亲邻的做法仍广泛存在。这一制度能最大限度地将土地保留在本宗族的内部,减小交易风险,并协调家族成员关系。它与现代民法中的优先购买权和相邻权等制度有密切的关系。
