谈PHOTOSHOP在痕迹鉴定中的应用

利用PHOTOSHOP进行图形处理,就是一种数字图像增强技术,其处理的原图可以通过扫描仪进行获取也可以通过数码相机获取。PHOTOSHOP独特的图层功能为指纹和工具痕迹的鉴定提供了便利的条件,利用图层功能可以使指纹的特征描绘工作变得轻松,便捷并且更加准确。PHOTOSHOP的图层功能还能够实现对工具痕迹的拼接比对、对指纹的重叠比对。     

标识纠错法在擒拿格斗教学中的应用研究

标识纠错法是以标识纠错为形式、以强化刺激本体感觉为机理、以学员心理认知符合运动形式规律为目的的一种新型教学方法。标识纠错法操作简便易行,在擒拿格斗应用教学对比实验研究中,教学效果明显,学员的学习积极性和参与意识大幅提高。应加强公安院校警体教师在运动生理、运动生物力学等相关知识的学习,加快标识纠错法的应用和普及。     

电烧伤皮肤金属元素的测定

本实验系用220V交流电源和直径2.0mm紫铜线为接触电极,在新鲜尸体腹部皮肤上做电烧伤实验。用原子吸收分光光度计对电烧伤皮肤中铜元素含量进行测定。结果表明电烧伤皮肤铜元素含量最高可达137.90μg/g。经10%福尔马林溶液固定40天以上的电烧伤皮肤铜元素含量有昕降低,但仍较正常皮肤含量为高。电烧伤皮肤铜元素含量以电流斑处为最高。本实验为电烧伤皮肤金属元素的定性与定量分析,检材的提取和处理,提供了一个较好的方法,有利于判定案件的性质和确定接触电极的金属种类。     

论域名与商标

关于域名与商标发生的冲突问题,我国有关的行政法规虽然作出了明确的规定,但是并没有得到执行。尽管法院在处理域名与商标的纠纷中适用了反不正当竞争法的规定,但也只是该法律中其他法律也适用的原则。基于商标与域名的本质区别以及国外法律和国际上的有关规定,笔者认为商标与域名发生冲突时,除“恶意抢注”和“滥用权利”外,处理时不应都简单地认为商标权优先。为了更好地保护商标权人和域名注册人的利益并促进国际互联网络的健康发展,应尽快制定相应的法律、法规,并积极参与制定有关的国际条约。     

论商标注册不当的法律责任

由于注册申请人违反诚信原则或者商标注册授予机关审查不严,造成商标注册不当侵犯他人的在先权利.注册商标所有人、使用人以及行政机关均应承担相应的民事责任.确立商标审查责任追究制度以及建立商标与其他商业标记、专利、版权登记网上查询系统,可以在制度上和技术上预防商标注册不当的出现.     

Forensic Significance of Gunshot Impact Marks on Inanimate Objects: The Need for Translational Research

Wherever an impact mark is found, either on the surface or on the recovered projectile, it is important for forensic investigators to extract useful information in solving shooting-related cases. This article reviews a collection of works on examination of impact marks upon striking of projectiles on inanimate objects, emphasizing on the retrievable information from a shooting scene and their forensic significance in shooting event reconstruction. Literature suggested that impact marks on target surfaces and the degree of deformation on striking projectiles vary according to different combinations of ammunition and surface materials. It was noted that conditions in real-case scenarios further differed unpredictably in comparison with controlled studies, where forensic investigation should be treated as case-specific basis. Furthermore, the way forensic science is researched and applied operationally has to be reconsidered to reduce the gap via translational approach for more effective use of forensic evidence.     

Patterned imprint mark due to the folded shoulder stock: A possible finding in contact shots from submachine guns

The muzzle imprint (barrel mark) is a pressure abrasion typically associated with contact shots. Apart from the contours of the actual muzzle profile, other constructional parts such as the front sight and/or the recoil spring guide of semiautomatic pistols may be imprinted next to the bullet entrance wound. In some types of submachine guns the shoulder stock can be folded forward so that its end partly encircles the muzzle. If such a weapon was in contact with the skin at the instant of discharge, a corresponding contusion mark is to be expected. The imprint configuration may point to the type of weapon and to the way in which the gun had been held when firing the shot. The paper presents the injury pattern in a 36-year-old man who committed suicide with a Scorpion SA Vz 61 submachine gun cal. 7.65 mm Browning from former Czechoslovakia.

在阐明中性笔特点的基础上,通过对3位书写人用5支中性笔书写的90份实验材料的放大观察与测量,探讨中性笔笔痕特征在书写速度、书写姿势、书写衬垫物软硬、纸张洇散程度以及书写笔新旧程度不同时笔痕特征稳定性的具体表现,并分析影响笔痕特征稳定性的主要因素及变化规律。掌握影响中性笔笔痕特征稳定性具体因素及其变化规律,是有效利用中性笔笔痕特征进行笔迹鉴定的重要前提。
