应用写作训练刍论

高校应用写作教学务必注重学生实际写作能力和综合素质的培养,要达此目的就须变革强调理论知识讲授而忽视学生写作技能训练的现状,改只讲不练或多讲少练为精讲多炼,让写作训练成为教学的重头戏.应用写作训练的形式是灵活多样的,既可随堂进行,也可课后强化,还可实地训练,诸如阅读分析、分解整合、随堂评点、比较启发、系列制作、情境模拟、媒体演示、实地练兵都可作为应用写作训练的途径方法.只要在理论和实践相结合的基础上强化应用写作训练,激活学生的学习兴趣和积极性,形成从"要我学"到"我要学"的良性循环,就会卓有成效地提高应用写作的教学质量,培养应用型、智能型的高素质人才.

心理咨询与思想政治教育是高校大学生工作中两个重要方面,两者既有区别,又有联系。将心理咨询的技能融入思想政治教育工作,既培养了大学生健康的心理和健全的人格,又解决大学生的思想问题,适应了高校全面提高人才素质的要求。     

Defining Asia Capabilities for Australia's Public Service

Twenty‐three years ago, questions posed in this journal asked whether and how the Australian public service was prepared to engage effectively in Asia. More recent meta‐analyses of public policy scholarship suggest that Western policy scholars and administrators continue to pay limited attention to Asian policymaking, despite the rise of Asia in the 21st century. This article contributes a research‐derived Asia capabilities framework for Australia's public service, distilled from a qualitative study with public administration leaders at Commonwealth, state, and local government levels. It taps scholarly literature in ‘cultural intelligence’, global leadership competencies, and training to provide a robust conceptual underpinning for the framework. The framework defines the knowledge, skills, capabilities, and experiences vital for Australia's public service to engage effectively with the region in a rapidly changing policy environment.     

运动生物力学在警务技能教学徒手防卫与控制中的运用

运动生物力学主要研究人体运动的力学规律以及运动状态改变的原因,它既能帮助警体教师对人体的各种警务技能动作有更深入的理解,又有助于警体教师正确评价学员的运动技术动作,使学员合理运用警务技能动作,进而提高警务技能。     

Ensuring the validity of police use of force training

This research examined the skills and abilities required of officers to effectively manage situations where the use of force may be required. The research also considered the nature of training required to facilitate the development of these skills/abilities. Seventy Western Australia Police officers participated in focus groups. Identified skills/abilities fell into seven categories: Aware, Assess, Approach, Act, Automatic, Appraise and Adapt. With regard to developing proficiency in these skills, officers emphasised the importance of relevant, applied and dynamic training, debriefing and the use of scenarios/role plays. The research highlights the need to change the scope of annual refresher training from the appropriate and effective application of force to the effective management of situations in which the use of force may be required, in their entirety. Findings also highlight the need to change the focus of training from performance and assessment to continued skill development (i.e. practice and learning).     

浅析腕部控制原理及教学法

在擒敌实践中,控制腕部以达到控制犯罪嫌疑人或罪犯的目的是最常用的一种有效的控制方法,要合理有效地实施对腕部的控制,对运动力学及运动解剖学原理的理解是必不可少的。这是擒敌技术教学中的重要部分。     

谈人民警察手枪射击的教与学

提高学员射击技能,是公安院校教师在教学和训练中的主要任务。但是,从近年教学实践中反映出的情况来看,要使学员准确地掌握手枪射击的动作要领,提高学员的射击技能,并非易事,尤其在短时间内,使学员掌握射击要领的确很难。文章从规范化的角度,对警用手枪射击教学方法进行了研究,以期对公安院校师生手枪射击的教与学有所裨益。
