“云时代”的文化范式与教育变革

随着分布式处理、并行处理和网格计算的综合发展,"云时代"已经来临,整个世界沉浸在"云"的海洋之中。计算机网络发生了革命性变化,文化范式也随之发生了转型。"云时代"既给教育带来了挑战,也带来了发展机遇。在分析"云时代"学与教的方式变革基础上,提出了提高教师和学生的媒介素养、推动文化数字化转化的基本应对策略。     

From Sarmiento to Borges: The Construction of an Intellectual Lineage in the Magazine Punto de vista under the Argentine Dictatorship

This article analyses the revision of the Argentine intellectual tradition demonstrated in the magazine Punto de vista throughout its first nineteen issues, published during the last Argentine dictatorship (1976–1983). From Sarmiento and the generation of 1837 to Borges and the Sur generation, the reassessment of Argentine intellectuals' legacies set out by editors of Punto de vista was an explicit attempt to insert the magazine into a recognised intellectual lineage. At the same time, it responded to a search for identity prompted by the critical and repressive context in which the magazine was first published.     

反“文化贫困”战略思考——基于四川省甘孜藏族自治州的实践

甘孜州文化贫困主要表现在贫困人口的文化素质差、生活方式和价值观念落后等方面。文化贫困有着强大的辐射力，不仅影响了甘孜州贫困农牧民的价值观念、行为准则、生活方式等，还直接造成教育科技的落后和人力资本存量的不足，从而制约了甘孜州经济和社会的发展。为此，应当以政府为主导、以当地民众为主体，采取一些反文化贫困战略，具体包括：注重农牧民自身能力建设，发展教育和科技；重建社会组织体系，推进参与式扶贫；关心文化转型，保护文化遗产。     

异质性会影响城市间价格差异吗?——基于ESTAR模型的收敛性分析

Inter-regional price differences reflect the degree of market segmentation. This paper focuses on the heterogeneity factors, such as location, size, which impact on the price differences .We divided the CPI sub-items of 36 cities by local production, and verified the nonlinear variation features for price differences by Exponential Smooth Transition Autoregressive (ESTAR) model. The conclusions are as follows: the most cities' price differences are convergent, about 50% of the cities in line with the nonlinear of the lower the price deviation, the slower the convergence rate; the heterogeneity has significant impact on price differences, low transaction costs causing big cities (coastal cities)to have higher convergence ratio than small cities (Mainland cities), but the high labor and living cost making the convergence ratio of locally-produced Commodity in big city become lower. The results illustrate that the labor and living cost are becoming a major source of price differences between cities, which also hinder the market integration process, and transport costs at least no longer important in big cities.     

校园安全事故预防的差异性研究--以不同区域、性别、层级校园安全事故为视角

湖南省内、外各级各类学校安全事故相关情况调查结果显示：城乡校园安全事故类别中，交通事故所占比例最高；男生伤亡人数比女生多；中学校园安全事故最多，然后是小学、大学次之，幼儿园最少；房屋坍塌发生在农村中小学，踩踏事故发生在城市中小学。在对前述差异产生成因进行对比分析的基础上，提出包括安全教育、安全管理、安全设计及心理干预等预防措施、建议。     

列宁晚年的农村文化思想及其现实启示

列宁晚年提出,在农民中进行文化工作是建成社会主义的前提,建立和加强城乡联系是提高农民文化水平的有效途径,教师是农村文化发展和文化建设中的骨干力量,农村文化建设的关键是坚持党性原则、遵循文化发展规律。这四个方面的内容构成了列宁晚年农村文化思想的逻辑整体。列宁晚年农村文化思想启示我们,要增强执政党的文化力量,提升党领导文化建设的能力;重视提高农民的文化素质,建立长效的城乡文化互助机制;以社会主义核心价值观教育团结广大人民群众。
