省域文化品牌建设的思路与对策——以山东为例

本文在分析省域文化品牌的内涵及建设意义的基础上,以山东为例,提出以下建设省域文化品牌的思路对策:分析自身文化资源,确立文化品牌打造的重点;研究确定本省文化品牌的整体定位;重点打造本省优势文化产业品牌;多措并举做大本省文化企业品牌;持续开展文化品牌宣传促销活动;实施省域文化品牌"走出去"战略;高度重视本省文化人才队伍建设.     

经济、社会和文化权利可诉性问题探析

我国自2001年批准加入《经济、社会和文化权利国际公约》以来，有关经济、社会和文化权利是否具有可诉性的问题一直存在争论。近年来，经济、社会和文化权利具有可诉性的观点开始得到越来越多的国家的支持。立足于我国国情，从多方面完善经济、社会和文化权利保障制度，并在对经济、社会和文化权利进行分层分类的基础上，探索经济、社会和文化权利可诉性的理论和制度，将是法律制度发展的一条可行道路。     

“Yours for Socialism”: Communist Cultural Discourse in Early Apartheid South Africa

This paper explores the diversity of cultural debates which constellated around the Communist Party in South Africa in the late segregationist and early apartheid periods. It traces the textual remains of an itinerant public debate––dispersed in periodical reviews, magazine articles, journalistic tit-bits and other ephemeral public sphere activities such as debating societies, theater groups and discussion clubs––with a view to complicating and expanding the South African literary-cultural archive. Of particular importance are the practices and protocols of reading, cultural critique and interpretation that characterized the intellectual-political field––or public sphere––which we name the Communist Party. In this way, a fragmented cultural discussion is provisionally reconstituted or “invented” as an important South African tradition and reclaimed as a significant intellectual inheritance. The project thus bears on broader question of reading the past and attempts to negotiate an historical split between uncritical nostalgia and the will to transcend.     

Recognitive Freedom: Hegel and the Problem of Recognition

Abstract

This paper examines the theme of recognition in Hegel's account of self-consciousness, suggesting that there are unresolved difficulties with the relationship between the normative sense of mutual recognition and phenomenological cases of unequal recognition. Recent readings of Hegel deal with this problem by positing an implicit distinction between an ‘ontological’ sense of recognition as a precondition for autonomous subjectivity, and a ‘normative’ sense of recognition as embodied in rational social and political institutions. Drawing on recent work by Robert Pippin and Axel Honneth, I argue that Hegel's conception of rational freedom provides the key to grasping the relationship between the ontological and normative senses of recognition. Recognitive freedom provides a way of appropriating Hegel's theory of recognition for contemporary social philosophy.

部分中青年知识分子在特定时期的某种心理状态 ,表明个体心理症同一般的文化语境相互关联。其现象上类似于心理病理学的“强迫观念———强迫行为综合症” ,出自行为激活防御焦虑的生理心理机制 ,而其文化诱因则可能是超个体的升华或选择受阻 ,用心 (心理 )和身 (病理 )体验文化的转型和冲突。

我国驰名商标制度及其完善研究——以第三次修改后《商标法》为主考察对象

驰名商标制度从在我国《商标法》中诞生之日起就被畸形化利用,其在畸形化的发展中,误导了消费者的消费观念,给市场造成了极大的困扰。驰名商标制度多年来为学界所诟病,为驰名商标正名的呼声终于在《商标法》第三次修改中一定程度上得到了实现。但是这次《商标法》对驰名商标制度的修改还不够彻底,驰名商标制度还有进一步完善的空间。
