女性功利性择偶及文化背景分析

当前女性择偶功利性特征显著,择偶途径公开、多元,参与人员众多,择偶标准注重物质经济条件,并存在"急婚""恐婚"等择偶焦虑心理。经济条件虽改变了人们的思想和婚恋观,但特定的社会性别文化、婚姻制度、婚姻价值观念以及社会舆论氛围却是形成女性功利性择偶观的主要原因。     

北京文化金融发展模式研究

文化创意产业发展需要金融的大力支持。北京市不断创新文化金融发展模式，通过财政拨款、银行贷款、股权融资、债权融资和民间资本等方式，实现了文化创意产业的跨越式发展。但在发展文化金融的过程中，北京仍存在着许多问题。为此，建议北京继续深化文化金融改革，创新财政资金支持政策，建设文化金融创新试验区，开发建设综合服务平台，营造文化金融发展环境，不断推动文化创意产业的发展。

关于我国文化安全问题的思考

目前我国文化安全面临很多的挑战，不仅有西方文化的大量涌入所带来的冲击，而且有本国内部腐朽落后文化的影响。应积极采取有效措施，从提高民众维护文化安全的意识、正确处理文化的“引进来”和“走出去”的关系、大力发展文化产业等多方面入手，维护国家的文化安全。     

国际文化产业财政资助法律制度及其对中国的启示

国家财政资助是新兴产业成长为支柱产业的重要推动力,其措施主要是指财政支出领域的资金给予和财政收入领域的税收优惠。国家财政资助文化产业符合相关文化公约的具体要求,也并不违反WTO反补贴协议。欧美文化产业发达国家已经形成的较为完善的文化产业税收优惠和专项资金制度具有力度大、覆盖面广的特点。文化产业是实现文化大繁荣的重要力量,应当理清文化产业资助的国际依据,借鉴国际社会文化产业资助的有益举措,剖析中国文化产业资助中的具体问题,加快构建完善中国文化产业财政资助法律保障机制。     

Combating the unsilent enemy—noise

Abstract

The cacophony of urban sounds, the roar of overhead jets and the blaring of loud music don't just represent disruptive and interfering sounds—such noises are a danger to our health and well‐being. As health professionals, we are obligated to extend research findings beyond the laboratory and translate them into action programs. We must lobby for anti‐noise regulations, urge industry to design quieter equipment, and educate the public to the dangers of noise and seek their cooperation in combating this “not too silent” invader. The following article should give some direction to these goals.     

THEY'RE NOT ALL “MY FAIR LADY”

This article examines debates about public culture from the late 1980s to the present and identifies thirteen arguments that have been used to justify an investment in public culture: public interest, national security, merit, moral worth, the good life, economic development, politics, education, democracy, American identity, shared symbols, diversity, and innovation. The article then asserts four positions: (1) public culture and democracy are mutually constitutive, (2) elite culture can be detrimental to democracy, (3) the deliberate pursuit of diversity is a democratic endeavor, and (4) culture can bridge social differences. The article closes with a discussion about whether any form of public culture has yet been achieved in America, drawing on the work of Tyler Cowen and Bill Ivey.     

我区民族民间文化传承保护刍议

近年来,宁夏民族民间文化保护工作机制得到进一步完善,保护工作取得阶段性成效。但是,民族民间文化保护工作仍存在认识不足、社会适应性不足、均衡不够等问题。     

关于职工精神文化需求和文化权益实现的调查

当今职工文化活动存在这样几种倾向：一是青年职工普遍对继承和弘扬中华文化缺乏使命感；二是部分领域外来文化登堂入室，反客为主；三是青年职工喜欢上网，不爱读书；四是业余文化生活快餐化，娱乐趣味偏爱甜糯。亟需改进的几个方面则是：职工业余文艺创作陷入低谷；专兼结合的职工文化队伍建设不力；电影和演出市场的高票价使职工望而却步；全民健身场地严重不足。
