大学生就业性别刻板印象的Logistic回归研究

以青岛3所高校的毕业生为研究对象进行样本抽取与问卷调研,对获得的264份有效问卷进行数据处理,通过因子分析得到刻板印象的5个构面：女性职业刻板印象、男性职业刻板印象、女性特质刻板印象、男性特质刻板印象与行为刻板印象。在此基础上运用Logistic回归分析的方法研究刻板印象与毕业生就业情况之间的关系的结果表明：女性职业刻板印象对毕业生就业情况有显著性负向影响,且毕业生在该构面的测量值上每增加1分,“毕业生签订就业协议比未签订就业协议”的概率将减少7．96％;男性特质刻板印象构面对毕业生就业情况有显著性正向影响,且毕业生在男性特质刻板印象的测量值上每增加1分,“毕业生签订就业协议比未签订就业协议”的概率将增加15．36％。     

Assessing Risk of Placement Instability to Aid Foster Care Placement Decision Making

Placement stability is of critical importance to the well-being of children in foster care and has an impact on other key outcomes. Placement decision-making that matches children with placement resources is often cited as a practice that impacts placement stability, but little research exists to inform this practice. The focus of this research is on a child assessment tool that was developed to determine the appropriate level of care, which serves as one component of a web-based matching system that pulls together child and placement information used to inform the placement decision. The research examines the relationship between the child assessment subscale domains and placement stability for first and subsequent placement decisions and evaluates the stability of placements made in and outside of the indicated level of care.     

关于我国公务员“录考培”问题的思考——以重庆市推行的“政府立法回避制”为例

重庆市政府推行“政府立法回避制”,是为了避免政府部门利用立法这一特权将部门的利益“法制化”,但这一制度架空了《立法法》授权政府立法的本意,使政府立法从根本上失去了正当性,沦于“为立法而立法”的窘境。立法是一种“公共产品”,它应该具备广泛的民主性和公益代表性,通过“开门立法”,广泛吸纳民意,使不同利益群体的利益诉求得以充分表达,是现代民主政治原理的体现。     

关于我国劳动合同制度两个问题的探讨

本文讨论了目前我国的劳动合同制度中在建立和稳定劳动关系方面存在的不足。并提出以下建议 :在建立劳动关系方面 ,明确规定与劳动者订立劳动合同是用人单位的义务 ;增强劳动合同制度的可操作性 ;加强建立劳动合同制度的力度。在稳定劳动关系方面 ,扩大无固定期限劳动合同的范围 ;对解除劳动合同的权利加以限制、赔偿标准加以明确。     

Effect of financial sector development and FDI inflow on employment rate in South Asia: New empirical evidence from ARDL approach

The current analysis aims to explore the empirical nexus between financial development, foreign direct investment (FDI) inflow, and employment rate. To attain this aim, we collect 30 years of annual data over the period 1990 to 2019 from South Asian economies and employ the autoregressive dynamic least square (ARDL) model for regression analysis. The implication of the ARDL model was subject to the mixed stationarity status of the series as assessed by unit root testing. The robustness of the analysis was checked by employing the fully modified ordinary least square (FMOLS) and dynamic ordinary least square (DOLS) models. The statistical analysis infers that both financial development and FDI inflow enhance the employment rate in the South Asia region. In addition, the empirical analysis infers that the gross capital formation, economic growth, and export volume have a positive while the population growth rate has a negative effect on the employment rate. The impact of underlying explanatory variables was found significant only in long run. The estimated coefficient values in the case of FMOLS and DOLS models support the direction of the relationship between explanatory variables and employment rate, implying the robustness of the analysis. The findings of the current analysis can be used to devise efficient economic policies to cope with the encroaching issue of unemployment in the South Asia region. This study offers the robustness to existing literature and complements the literature by exploring the underlying arrangement of study to the whole South Asia group.     

The Rudd Government's Employment Services Agenda: Is it Post‐NPM and Why is that Important?

Perhaps the most potent symbol of the Howard government's faith in New Public Management (NPM) was the Job Network. Interrogating the Rudd government's replacement package, this article assesses whether the recent restructuring of employment services constitutes a post‐NPM environment. It is argued that there are major post‐NPM elements, seen most clearly in: the softening of jobseeker sanctions; greater deliberation on policy direction and results; a more inclusive employment super‐ministry and reliance on other ‘horizontal’ governance reforms; and enhanced government resources for multiple‐disadvantage clients. However, categorising these changes as post‐NPM is problematic because the steering mechanism remains the market‐based contract, a central NPM characteristic. Theoretical difficulties in applying paradigmatic concepts to services provide additional barriers to conclusive assessments, though the Rudd government's employment services regime provides a basis for taking stock in the post‐NPM debate.     

从就业保障权看我国劳动法

就业保障权是我国宪法保护的工作权的衍生权利。国际法对此权利的丰富内涵已有明确的标准。以这些国际标准为基准,分析我国现行劳动法对就业保障权的保护程度,并分别从反对任意解雇,限制固定期限合同,提高就业能力三方面对劳动法条文及其实践进行了考察。     

高职法律文秘专业课程体系结构的研究与探索

高职法律文秘专业课程体系结构改革的实质,应当是以市场需求和毕业生就业为导向、以适应岗位需要为目标,满足学生的发展,符合专业人才培养目标的实现。通过确定专业人才培养目标,分析职业岗位群的能力要求;以就业岗位的职业工作任务为目标,合理构建课程结构体系;导入职业资格准入标准,构建"岗课证融通"的核心课程体系。     

高校毕业生就业服务体系的网络结构和运行机制

采用逻辑演绎和比较分析方法,结合中国高校毕业生特点以及就业服务参与主体的优势和劣势,从促进多主体相互合作的角度研究就业服务体系的网络结构和运行机制,尝试将相关主体进行结构化,建立就业服务体系的网络结构,探讨各主体在这一网络结构中的职责和沟通协作的途径,并归纳阐述保障这一网络结构顺畅运行的机制。在充分利用互联网平台基础之上,完善各项就业保障机制,通过构建合作统一的就业网络结构实现就业效率最大化。研究目的在于完善整个就业服务体系并提高其运行效率,为解决当前毕业生就业难题提供新的思路。     

流动人口犯罪对辽宁社会稳定的影响

当前我国正处在社会转型时期,流动人口犯罪已经严重影响到社会的改革、发展与稳定。文章通过对辽宁某些城市流动人口犯罪状况的分析,阐述了流动人口犯罪对辽宁社会经济、管理、治安、文化的影响,以期达到抑制流动人口犯罪、维护社会稳定的目的。
