网络交际中语言的失范与思考

互联网的发展给人类的交际方式带来了根本性的变化,网络交际从现实交际中分化出来,为现代人的交际提供了一个全新的对话方式。本文首先阐述了网络交际中的各种语言失范现象,然后从网络交际的语境和主体两方面对语言失范现象的成因加以深入分析,为避免其带来的消极影响和负面冲击,最后对网络交际中语言规范工作的开展进行了探讨。     

跨文化交际中英汉礼貌语言的语用差异分析

由于东西方历史文化背景、地理环境和思维方式的不同,礼貌语言在表达上有很大的差异。本文从跨文化交际的角度,通过研究分析英汉礼貌语言的语用差异,说明在跨文化交际中正确使用礼貌语言和礼貌语言的语用差异研究的重要意义以及对外语教学的启示。

语言禁忌作为一种社会文化现象,必然在文学作品中反映出来，有着一定的规律可寻。按照其产生的不同原因和性质对文学作品中的语言禁忌现象做分类研究，有利于读者对作品的理解和把握,这一点对外国的读者来说尤其重要     

语料库与法律语言规范化——来自法律实践中的多维思考

语料库语言学发展速度迅猛,在基于语料库的语言学研究中得到广泛运用,并发挥了重要作用。在法律语言学研究中,语料库的重要性与作用更是显著,使语言分析结果更具可靠性和有效性。语料库因其目的与功能多样性而多种多样,而法律实践中的语言表现形式也呈多样化。鉴此,基于语料库的法律语言规范化研究不应顾此失彼,而是应齐头并进,从一元走向多元,以多维度地研究亟待解决的法律语言规范化问题。     

Textual Information in Management Earnings Forecast，Language Features and Market Responses

Based on corporate behavioral finance theory, this paper studies the impact of textual information of management earning forecast and its language characteristics on market response. Using the data of listed company from 2012 to 2016, this paper finds that the optimism of textual information has a positive effect on stock returns. However, this effect is affected by the language features of textual information, more specifically, the market response toward textual information is weakening with the exaggeration or bias of language. This phenomenon indicates the effectiveness of the China capital market. This paper extends the research area of textual information and management earning forecast, and provides new evidences to corporate behavioral finance theory.     

语言欧化与中国新诗的自我建构

欧化是现代汉语生成与发展过程中一个不可否认的历史事实和现象,运用现代汉语进行书写的中国新诗面临着欧化带来的种种困境和难题。与欧化相对的是本土化,二者的关系相当复杂,其关键是欧化或本土化在新诗自我建构中的位置。其实,与其纠缠于欧化在新诗中的有无、可否,不如考察语言欧化的历史性存在如何重塑了中国诗歌的书写方式、改变了中国诗歌的哪些质素。这些方面在新诗的许多代表性诗人和文本中有清晰的体现。     

Lingua franca fever: sceptical remarks

The policy push in favour of fostering a global lingua franca has shed overtly imperialistic underpinnings and been recast, but many of the same objections can be levelled at new attempts to justify an old policy. Efforts to explain the impetus towards linguistic uniformity through rational choice theory obscure the power dynamics behind choice of language in multilingual contexts. Invoking democratic engagement as a benefit of uniformity overestimates the role of linguistic diversity as a drag on participation and ignores more important forces. A focus on equality of opportunity and social mobility through lingua franca competence as justification for the policy reveals a shallow conception of equality and underplays the long-term consequences for non-lingua franca communities were equality of opportunity for individuals to be taken seriously. Finally, seeing the justice issues that arise out of competition between languages as one of ensuring adequate compensation to the losers underscores how thin is the conception of equality animating the approach; it purchases an inadequate level of equal opportunity for individuals at the expense of inequality amongst language communities.     

维和警察英语培训的思考

2011年,辽宁省公安厅组建警队赴东帝汶执行民事维和任务,省公安厅将此警队培训重任交付于辽宁公安司法管理干部学院,这是我省第一次单独组建警队执行维和任务。作为此次为何警察英语培训教师,特将此次英语培训思路、方法及内容作以介绍,并就相关内容进行思考,旨在总结此次英语培训任务,为进一步完成好积累维和警察培训工作积累经验。     

Public Discourse of (De)legitimation: The Case of South Estonian Language

This paper focuses on two different argumentative strategies for dealing with a regional variety of Estonian, one of which may discourage the use of South Estonian in favor of Estonian, while another legitimates the lesser-used regional variety. These argumentative strategies are studied by critical discourse analysis (CDA) of six articles in Estonian language newspapers and magazines published in 2004–2005. The use of South Estonian is discouraged by presenting real or imagined threats that it will undermine Estonian. This discourse also parallels the Estonian-Russian majority-minority discourse of recent years by employing zero-sum arguments of the Estonian language losing to Russian as a consequence of the recognition of South Estonian. Language ideologies, which also construct some varieties worthier than others, re-enforce an essentialist representation of separate languages. This representation will work toward suppressing linguistic variation.
