夯实道德建设基础落实以德治国方略

道德建设,重在教育.搞好道德建设,首先领导重视,亲自动手;其次提高水平,注重效果;其三加强考核,促进落实.同时还要营造浓厚氛围.当前,要增强四种意识:家庭启蒙教育意识,社会教育的创新意识,舆论宣传的阵地意识,道德教育的表率意识.     

市场经济条件下的大学生职业价值观

社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展 ,使人们的思想观念发生了很大的变化 ,也普遍地影响了当代大学生的职业价值观 ,大学生择业中的经济意识、自主意识、竞争意识、创新意识日益凸现 ,但也存在着一些消极的现象 ,指导、帮助和规范大学生树立正确的职业价值观 ,是当前高等教育义不容辞的责任。     

Institutionalized Knowledge Challenges in Pesticide Governance: The End of Knowledge and Beginning of Values in Governing Globalized Environmental Issues

This paper looks at the particular challenges that cross-level interdependence has for the use of knowledge in decision-making for environmental governance. Analytical questions surrounding knowledge generation, use, and flow and the role of institutions in shaping these arise in a multi-level context. By using results from a study on pesticide use in developing countries, some of the particular challenges in relying on scientific knowledge for governance of globalized environmental issues are illustrated. The case involves a situation with significant mismatches between access to and need for knowledge by decision-makers at the different governance levels. The exploration of various strategies to address such mismatches allow discussions not only on the role of knowledge and institutional design but also their limitations and how more inclusive values would serve a system of multilayered governance.

从法律价值上考察,作为程序之重要组成部分的证据具有外在价值、内在价值及法治价值。证据的外在价值即证据对案件实体问题的正确处理所发挥的价值;证据的内在价值是指证据本身所具有的内在的优秀品质,即是评判证据的收集、审查判断及运用过程是否具有善的品质的道德标准,主要表现为理性、尊严和公平;证据的法治价值是指证据对刑事法治的实现所起的关键性作用。三者共同组成内涵丰富的证据价值体系。     

The role of the European Parliament in Turkey-EU relations: A troublemaker or a useful normative actor?

This article analyzes the role of the European Parliament (EP) in Turkey–EU relations. More specifically, it explores the reasons why in practice EP’s role in promoting fundamental values of the European Union (EU) in Turkey remained largely limited. Drawing on the broader socialization literature, it concludes that a combination of factors related to the socializer (EP) and to the socializee (Turkey) limits the EP’s effectiveness to emerge as a normative actor in its relations with Turkey. In particular, the study points to the mismatch of values promoted by the EP and those embraced by the Turkish political elite as the real obstacle that prevents any socialization mechanism from being triggered.

The Modern Meaning of Ancient Heroes：On the Emotion and Teaching in William Butler Yeats‘ On Baile’s Strand

Yeats’On Baile’s Strand is an important work in the Irish Literary Revival. On Baile’s Strand is a thought-provoking ethical tragedy, and also a play that reflects the ideology of cultural nationalism of Yeats. In this play there is staged development from natural emotion, free emotion to ethical emotion and moral emotion. Cuchulain is motivated by his natural emotion and free emotion in most cases. He fails to take the ethical responsibility as a husband, father and little king, which aroused the jealousy, revenge and incrimination from Aoife and Conchubar. After killing his own son who he has never seen, Cuchulain regains his ration. His ethical emotion and moral emotion makes it impossible for him to withstand his guilt, even though he fights bravely in hundreds of wars and has killed numerous people. Finally, he goes to madness, and throws himself into the sea to fight against the waves. With Cuchulain’s tragedy of filicide and madness in On Baile’s Strand, Yeats warns Irish people of improving their morality and education, so as to promote the Irish national independence and national liberation.     

Reflections on law and impact in the light of Brexit

ABSTRACT

The impact agenda in academic research affords rich opportunities – to inform the media, policymakers and the general public; to co-produce research with third sector organisations. In the context of Brexit, the prevailing ignorance of politicians and other stakeholders has been so profound, and the falsehoods that have had popular purchase so baseless, as to make the need for impact and public engagement all the more acute. This is not simply about fact-checking, but about making the case for the very worth of expertise, and reasserting the basic, core scientific values that drive academic work – values that have been trashed by the precepts of a postmodern nihilism, in which all positions are equally (in)valid and only your own gut can be trusted. But challenging these precepts in public arenas has personal and professional costs: significant workload implications, the acquisition of new skills and often a torrent of abuse. As such, this work needs institutional support. Departments need to value it appropriately, to promote equal access to impact opportunities and to confront the discriminatory barriers to (and consequences of) taking up the impact gauntlet. Throughout the Brexit process, expertise and experts have been dismissed and denigrated. The task now is to restore public faith in the value of the pursuit of truth.     

刍议当代大学生的思想道德建设

当代大学生思想道德修养主流是积极向上的,由于他们在生理上、心理上尚不完全成熟,再加上社会不良思想、不良行为的冲击,致使部分大学生思想道德素养方面产生一些问题。对此分析了产生这些偏颇的根源,并有针对性的提出了设想和建议。     

如何以社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮——引领社会思潮的方法论论析

以社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮必须以马克思主义的方法论作为分析问题和解决问题的出发点。在这一引领过程中,尊重社会思潮的差异与多样,不能简单地去取代多样化的社会思潮是引领社会思潮的前提;不能简单地对多样化的社会思潮加以整合使其成为一个混合体是引领社会思潮的正确态度和具体做法;不断增强解决历史遗留和现实提出的重大问题的能力是引领社会思潮的关键和保证。
