网络环境下提升社会主义核心价值观传播效果研究

网络的普及使得社会主义核心价值观的传播途径更为广泛。传播的快捷性,内容的海量性,交流方式的互动性,使得网络环境下社会主义核心价值观传播收到更好效果。但是,网络立法的滞后性,监管的欠缺,部分网民网络素养不够,这又在一定程度上对社会主义核心价值观传播效果起了一定消极作用。为此,必须构建网络法律防线,完善网络监管机制,提高社会大众网络素养,以便充分保障网络环境下社会主义核心价值观传播效果。     

我国改革的困境：面对诸多矛盾的思考

改革开放是一次新的伟大革命，是我党的关键选择，是中国走向复兴的必由之路。现阶段我国的改革进入了攻坚时期，在改革过程中仍存在诸多矛盾，主要体现在价值和制度、“放”和“控”、权力和权利之间的矛盾，成为制约我国改革进一步深化的内在障碍。只有正确处理好这些矛盾，我国改革才能走出困境，才能进一步推进、深化。面对困境，我国改革的难点在政治体制改革，关键在于建立健全相关制度和法律，突破点在于打破权力和利益勾结的格局，建立合理的权力制衡机制。     

区域生态文明共享的伦理原则

发展伦理是区域生态文明建设的价值指导和内在动力,区域生态文明共享是区域发展过程中生态文明建设的新模式。发展伦理视域下区域生态文明共享作为一个伦理价值追求与利益博弈的过程,必须遵循人本原则、包容性原则、公平合理原则、适度原则、互利共生原则、可持续发展原则等伦理原则。     

将社会主义核心价值体系融入高职院校思想政治理论课教学的探索与实践

党的十七大报告提出要"切实把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育和精神文明建设全过程,转化为人民的自觉追求"。思想政治理论课是对大学生进行社会主义核心价值体系教育的主渠道、主阵地。高职院校思想政治理论课要发挥其应有的作用,必须将社会主义核心价值体系有机融入教学全过程。     

充分发挥工会职能在推进社会主义核心价值观中的作用

在传承中华民族和中国工人阶级优良传统、推进社会主义核心价值观建设进程中,工会可起到十分重要的作用。应通过工会组织四项基本职能的落实,来助推社会主义核心价值观的实现进程。     

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights at Seventy: Rejuvenate or Retire?*

This lecture marks the seventieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) with an analysis of the Declaration's contemporary relevance. It considers whether, in today's turbulent and fractured political environment in which human rights abuses remain widespread, the UDHR still has a role to play. A case is made that the UDHR was, in fact, written precisely for a moment like now. The lecture starts by considering the important legal impact of the UDHR, whilst acknowledging that the legal enforcement of human rights sometimes overshadows the emotions of care and empathy that lie at the heart of both the Declaration and the whole concept of human rights. It then emphasises the significant role the UDHR has played in giving individuals a voice to hold states accountable. Finally, it explores the UDHR's ethical and inspirational vision that helped to create a baseline of norms and standards aimed at promoting diversity, mutual respect and peace. For all these reasons, the UDHR most certainly needs to be rejuvenated rather than retired.     

Protect the unprotected: the escaping North Korean issue and China’s dual dilemma of theoretical enlightenment and operational trial

Escalating tensions in the Peninsula may force voluminous North Koreans to leave the country, although relevant information is limited. China has refused to grant North Korean escapees the refugee status, because the main reason of their departure, economic hardship, is not prescribed in conventional refugee definition. The Bangkok Principles provide principal guidance to Asia’s refugee issues, whereto its non-legally binding framework helps facilitate the fledgling regional efforts and still-developing states’ wills. Yet, China’s insistence in distinguishing economic hardship from political causes reifies its overt cautions to the rapidly evolving refugee causes, and an outright rejection to the indiscriminate humanitarian nature of refugee protection. Another reason is China’s ‘Asian Values’ approach to human right, seeing various aspects of human right as separable. To grant refugees only partial rights would appear theoretically unsound, and blatantly contradicting its integral human-right essence. Realistically, China has only limited refugee reception experiences. Its relevant domestic mechanism is under-developed, whereby positive public opinions cannot be effectively remoulded. China also worries about the unwanted international attentions and entailed geopolitical implications, which imply denunciation of Pyongyang’s governance performance by formally identifying these escapees, refugees. Current dramatic changes in inter-Korean relations urge China to take swift, expedient, and substantive actions.     

新时代婚姻中的夫妻共同财产——新婚姻法司法解释三显著变化之我见

随着私有财产的数量急剧增加和表现形式的多样化,使得当前婚姻生活中的夫妻共同财产界定日趋复杂,而于2011年7月4日通过,于8月13日开始实施的雾高人民法院关于适用《中华人民共和国婚姻法》若干问题的解释（三）（以下简称“解释三”）,较之前的两个司法解释有显著变化,主要表现在按揭、赠予房产及投资增值收益等方面。“解释三”不仅为当前司法实践中不断出现的新问题提供了判定依据,也从立法角度上对新婚姻法做了进一步补充与完善。对当前年轻人的婚姻生活也起到一定的警示作用。     

Towards a Realignment of the Mind: Compass Lecture,Commonwealth Club,London, 10 February 2011

Britain urgently needs a national conversation about the economic, political and moral predicament it now faces. It should start with the economic crisis of 2008–09. Keynesians and neoliberals alike still seek to return to pre‐crisis business as usual, albeit with modifications. But the untamed capitalism that came to grief in 2008 had three major flaws. First, it undermined the public domain of equity, citizenship and civic virtue, whose creation was one of the great achievements of the late‐nineteenth and early‐twentieth centuries, exposing it to invasion by the market domain. Second, it led to a remorseless rise in inequality of resources and life chances, rendering British society one of the most dysfunctional in Europe. Third, it encouraged the emergence of a debased form of democracy, best called ‘market populism’, that mocks the dream of political equality that lies at the heart of the democratic ideal. Yet growth points of a better society can be detected amidst the gloom. Informal institutions and social movements like London Citizens and the burgeoning environmental movement show that the notion of the public good is still alive. So do the survival of Edmund Burke's communitarianism in the conservative tradition, of John Stuart Mill's social liberalism in the liberal tradition and of ethical socialism in the social‐democratic tradition.
