社区与我国市场经济发展相伴,是社会发展的产物。社区档案管理作为社区建设的一项基础工作,必将发挥越来越重要的作用。

从正面看,"第三条道路"思潮有利于青年了解国外动态,培养民主务实的思想;但其负面影响却是迷惑青年模糊意识形态的区别,蛊惑青年放弃对社会主义的追求,助长青年狭隘个人主义、享乐主义的滋生.应该以马克思主义理论为指导,鼓励青年把理论和实践结合起来,引导青年认清"第三条道路"思潮的本质.

论国际法上北极航道的通行权问题

在全球持续变暖的大趋势下,位于地球最北端的北极冰盖也在悄然发生着巨大的变化.由于冰盖的消融,极有可能让大西洋与太平洋相连的北极航道顺利开通.若通过北极新航道进行航运,将比通过的埃及苏伊士运河和巴拿马运河缩短近40％的航程,这其中蕴藏着无法估量的商业及军事利益也引发了沿线各个国家争夺.现今,北极航道已经开始突显其日益重要的政治地位.北冰洋海域所引起的争端焦点,核心便是气候变暖而产生的北极航道利益之争.     

Introduction: the history of anthropology

Abstract

On 24 January 1999 a new party was formed by the former Front national (FN) number two, Bruno Mégret. The Front national–Mouvement national was subsequently renamed twice: it became the Mouvement national (MN) following the loss of a court case, and later the Mouvement national républicain (MNR). Mégret claims that the MNR is a party not of the extreme right but of the moderate right, labelled by him the ‘national right’. This is a definition with which many political analysts in France seem to have concurred. In this article Bastow analyses the extent to which the characterization is a true one. First, he outlines the context in which Mégret formed the MNR, focusing on his political background and the strategy which he previously sought to impose on the FN. An extended treatment of the policy proposals put forward by the MNR is then followed by an analysis of the extent to which these amount to a break from an ideology which can be identified as extreme right. He concludes by assessing the prospects for the MNR's success.     

加强大学生马克思主义信仰教育

在多元经济、政治、文化的影响下,我国当代大学生的信仰逐步呈现多元化的发展趋势,因此,加强大学生马克思主义信仰教育,已成为我国高校当前一项极其重要而迫切的任务。高校教师要从自身出发,做到思想和行为相统一,在教育内容的选择上做到科学和价值相统一,在教育方式的运用上做到原则和灵活相统一,在教育效果的考核上做到理论和实践相统一,从而使更多的大学生逐步树立马克思主义信仰。     

Social Construction： the Reconstruction of China＇s Interests Pattern in Two--way of Movement

在社会转型初期,自由市场逻辑主导下的社会变革激发了社会活力,释放出了巨大能量,但也因利益在社会成员中的不均衡分布而产生对经济发展公平性的质疑。伴随市场力量的不断强大,社会自我保护力不断增强,使得社会矛盾呈愈演愈烈之势。在世界社会治理机制由一元向多元转变的趋势下,中国也开启了社会治理机制的变革之路,其核心议题在于建构何种国家、市场与社会力量的分配格局。这对于深化中国社会转型进程,实现社会稳定有序,奠定社会管理的社会基础具有十分重要的意义。然而,如何进行社会建设,不能给出简单的、想当然的结论,而需要挖掘其背后的支配逻辑——双向运动,以此重塑国家、市场与社会三者之间的关系。     

促进社会公平构建和谐社会

社会公平是和谐社会的基石,收入分配不公导致贫富差别拉大,社会矛盾和冲突增加。构建和谐社会必须寻找多种途径维护和促进社会公平:即以发展来促进公平;从思想上更加关注公平;以制度来保障公平;从群众最关心的利益问题入手来促进公平。     

试论大学校园侵犯行为的形成原因及控制途径

侵犯行为是伤害别人、反社会的行为,它与文明背道而弛。个体受挫而又未得到及时的心理调节,就容易引发侵犯行为。因此,挫折是引发大学生侵犯行为的主要原因。大学生受挫主要表现在:理想与现实冲突、压力大、心理不成熟、非智力素质低下等几个方面。控制大学校园侵犯行为的主要途径是:加强思想品德教育;开展心理健康教育和心理辅导;丰富校园文化活动;引导恰当的宣泄;控制大众传播媒介的负面影响。     

The Self-salvation of Capitalist Society——Giddens' Criticism of Historical Materialism and the Third Way

Giddens fully absorbs the Marx's capitalism critical theory of capital criticism as the core by including Marx in historical framework of late modernity. Based on fracture of modernity, Giddens criticizes historical materialism and develops structural theory of understanding of the developed capitalist society. Thereby, Giddens shows the current status of modernity: pluralistic structure and high risk of society dominated by the forces of globalization. According to the principle, Giddens proposes “the third way” as self-salvation of capitalist society: adhere to the ideals of socialism, beyond the traditional opposition of government and market, making full use of the balance between state and market to build a society of positive welfare. Laying aside political label of “the third way”, the exploration of the balance between government and market is of great practical significance for China to promote the balance between government and market, and to manage the challenge of globalization. However, the position of Postmodernism indicates that Giddens criticism of Marx's historical materialism is a failure undoubtedly.
