解决医患矛盾的路径探析———以吉林省为视角简

自医疗改革以来,我国的医药卫生事业取得了一定的成绩,但同时也暴露了很多问题.近年来,由于医患纠纷而导致的极端暴力事件在社会上产生了极大的负面影响,医患矛盾问题凸现.本文立足于医疗改革的大背景对我国医患矛盾的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并据此提出解决的方案与建议.     

Relationship of the Family Environment to Children's Involvement in Bully/Victim Problems at School

Previous studies regarding the relationship of the family environment to children's involvement in bully/victim problems at school primarily focused on children's perceptions of family dimensions. No studies were known using data from multiple reporters within 1 family (parents and children) on family characteristics of bully/victim problems. The aim of this study was to investigate differences between families of victims, bullies, bully/victims, and noninvolved children on family functioning, child-rearing practices, and problem-solving strategies in hypothetical conflict situations and perception differences between children and their parents on those dimensions. The findings revealed important perception differences between children and their parents, with parents holding up a more positive picture of their family. Important differences between families of bullies, victims, and bully/victims were documented looking at the family functioning and parent–child interactions from the perspective of the children. In contrast, almost no differences between the groups were observed if parents' reports were considered. Discussion leads to suggestions for further antibullying interventions at the school.     

Justice in Health Care Decision-Making: Patients’ Appraisals of Health Care Providers and Health Plan Representatives

This study describes the development of two versions of a Health Care Justice Inventory (HCJI). One version focuses on patients interactions with their providers (HCJI-P) and the other focuses on patients interactions with the representatives of their health plans (HCJI-HP). Each version of the HCJI assesses patients appraisals of their interactions (with either their Provider or representatives of their Health Plan) along three common dimensions of procedural justice: Trust, Impartiality, and Participation. Both the Provider and Health Plan scales assess indices that are relatively independent of patients demographic characteristics. In addition, patients appraisals of their interactions with their provider were only moderately related to their appraisals of their interactions with representatives of their health plan, indicating that the Provider and Health Plan scales tap distinct aspects of patients overall experience with the health care system. Overall, procedural justice dimensions were significantly related to patient satisfaction in both the Provider and the Health Plan contexts. As predicted, procedural justice factors were more strongly tied to patient satisfaction in the Provider than in the Health Plan context, and health care decisions based on distributive justice principles of Need (rather than Equity or Equality) were most closely tied to patient satisfaction in both contexts.

妇幼卫生工作是公共卫生的重要组成部分,多年来,中国妇幼卫生工作以贯彻实施《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》、《中国妇女发展纲要(2001-2010)》和《中国儿童发展纲要(2001-2010)》为核心,开展以保护妇女生殖健康为主要内容的生殖保健服务,努力提高我国妇女的健康水平。在新时期,面对机遇和挑战,要不断适应人民群众日益增长的妇幼保健需求,坚持“以人为本”,发展以妇女为中心的生殖健康事业。     

警察工作倦怠及其干预

警察工作倦怠是警察长期处于工作压力下的一种极端反应,它是包括情绪耗竭、人格解体、个人成就感降低在内的一种综合症候群。警察的工作倦怠问题的产生有其职业、社会环境、组织管理和个人特征方面的原因。工作倦怠会破坏警察的身心健康,降低其工作绩效。最后,文章还对如何解决警察的工作倦怠问题提出了一些建设性的建议。     

谈警察职业与身心健康

警察是一种特殊的社会职业,由于长期从事超负荷、高风险工作,其大多数成员健康状况不佳、心理压力增大。因此,为维护社会稳定、有效履行警察职责,必须切实关心警察的身心健康,减少其工作负担与心理压力:要加强警察健康教育、构建警察健康保障体系,使其更好地完成公安工作使命。     

生命健康领域性别平等与妇女发展指标研究与应用

本文对生命健康领域的生命安全、保健服务和疾病威胁等方面的重点指标进行性别分析,并选取其中一些可操作的指标对生命健康领域性别平等与妇女发展状况进行评估。结果既显示了中国在健康水平和保健服务公平性方面取得的进展,也发现了其中值得关注的问题。     

健康促进与生育文化

中国传统生育文化的形成是一个极为漫长的过程,除社会经济文化因素的影响外,“健康”因素对其影响的作用不容忽视,这一因素不仅是形成传统生育文化的原始动力,同样可以作为传统生育文化向现代生育文化转化的动力。不论在经济发达地区,还是贫困地区,通过健康促进对生育文化的转化都是一个非常有效的导向机制。     

论学校体育教学与训练理念的转变

健康是身体的、精神的和适应社会良好的总称。学校体育作为实施素质教育的重要组成部分,其功能不仅在于健身,科学合理的体育训练还有助于学生的心理健康和社会交往能力的提高。因此,我们应充分利用体育教学与训练,以健康思想为指导,培养学生的体育意识和自我锻炼的能力,增进健康,提高学生的体育成绩。     

广西世居少数民族人口生活质量比较分析

广西各世居少数民族在健康和文化素质这两个反映人口生活质量的最基本方面存在较大的差异 ,从总体上看 ,少数民族人口生活质量偏低 ,最主要的原因是其人口文化素质低下 ,因此 ,大力发展少数民族教育事业 ,努力提高少数民族人口文化素质 ,是广西少数民族人口进入小康生活质量行列的关键所在
