党的群众路线的再审视——以历史唯物主义为视角

在历史唯物主义的视域中审视党的群众路线应注意三个基本维度:在现实维度上,人民内部矛盾的新变化和反腐斗争的新要求是审视的出发点;在认识论维度上,提升党的执政水平进而巩固党的执政地位是审视的意义所在;在实践维度上,利益均衡以及与时俱进是党的群众路线不断创新和发展的当代进路。党的群众路线在回归群众生活中直面当代中国现实,有利于党的"传家宝"焕发新的生机与活力。     

Sub-state diplomacy: Understanding the international opportunity structures

Developing explanations for how sub-state governments are active internationally is central to understanding their unexpected growth as international actors. Building upon Lecours’ work [2002, Paradiplomacy: reflections on the foreign policy and international relations of regions, International Negotiation, Vol.7, pp.91–114], this article develops an expanded historical institutionalist analysis of the international agency of sub-state governments. Its original empirical contribution is utilizing this approach to examine within case variation across four contrasting policy domains in a case study of Wales. Reflecting the European Union sub-state mobilization literature, levels of constitutional powers are constrained in their capacity to account for Welsh sub-state international agency. Instead, the article highlights strong variation in the opportunity structures shaping sub-state diplomacy across policy domains. The article argues that institutional continuity and change, the prevalence of ‘path dependence’, can differ significantly between policy domains in sub-state diplomacy, argues for an expanded multi-level framework recognizing the impact of non-governmental organizations and international institutional opportunity structures and confirms historical institutionalism’s ability to enrich understanding of agency-structure relationships.     

From the Port of Ventspils to Great Courland Bay: The Couronian Colony on Tobago in Past and Present

In the seventeenth century, Duke Jakob Kettler of Courland embraced the mercantile theories of his age and engaged in overseas colonialism. After several aborted attempts, the Courlanders managed to establish a settlement on Tobago in 1654 only to lose it to the Dutch five years later. European competitors and indigenous resistance frustrated the Duke’s attempts to regain control over the colony. Despite its limited scope and success, the Couronian colonization of Tobago left a strong impact on the historical imagination. This paper aims to document the traces and remembrances of Duke Jakob’s Caribbean endeavor on Tobago as well as in Latvia.     

“救亡”与“修身”的双重探寻——李大钊对马克思主义唯物史观与史学的探析、阐释与运用

李大钊虽然在“五四时期”对儒家文化进行了批判，但他依然肯定通过“修身”来提高道德修养的思想。同时，在对救亡的探寻之中，他的修身意识发展成了对个体存在意义和价值追求的反省，演进成了对唤起国民觉醒的思想。“十月革命之后”，马克思主义唯物史观和史学受到李大钊重视。他对唯物史观的探析、阐释与运用和对马克思主义史学的研究，使他有效地引发出了群众自觉救亡的动力，同时，又将他的修身意识贯彻到其中，对唤醒群众自觉树立正确的人生观产生了积极的影响。     

网络主题探究教学模式的设计——以《英语测试》课程考试成绩分析为例

网络主题探究教学模式（WebQuest）即学生通过网络来寻求某个问题的解决方案。该设计把现代教育技术——网络教学资源融入传统的《英语测试》课程中,以＂考试成绩分析＂的主题为例,研究网络主题探究教学模式及设计方法,通过定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,探讨网络主题探究教学模式对学生及其自主学习的影响。     

公安院校法学课程实践教学体系的构建

各公安高等院校为加强法学课程实践教学,采取了一系列的举措,构建校内与校外相结合的实践教学体系,但校内实践教学体系尚存在明显不足,其实践教学活动的开展不规范,实践教学内容零散,缺乏统一的组织与管理,需进一步完善。完善法学课程的校内实践教学体系,应成立实践教学专门机构,制定科学合理、内容丰富的实训大纲和实施方案,同时要加强对实践教学的监督管理和考核。     

井冈山斗争时期历史人物研究述评

井冈山斗争史的研究离不开历史人物,据不完全统计,井冈山斗争时期比较重要的历史人物有近450人。经过检索,相关论文共有560余篇,集中出现在1987、1997、2007年。研究成果主要集中在以下几个方面:主要历史人物的研究,人物群体的研究,特殊人物的研究,人物的其他相关问题。研究不足及有待深化的内容有:对主要人物的研究、人物的拓展、各类人物群体的研究、国民党重要人物的研究,此外,研究者还应注意研究方法的创新,比如引入交叉学科的理论方法等。     

美国种族隔离案件裁决与宪法解释方法

宪法解释是法院依照宪法审理案件、体现对社会动态合宪性评价的重要方式。通过对有关种族隔离案件的裁决,美国最高法院在推翻种族隔离、发展民权运动的历程中扮演着重要角色。本文选取三个典型案例——使"平等隔离"理论合宪化的"普莱西案"、推翻"平等隔离"理论的"布朗第一案"和将"平等保护"条款适用于联邦政府的"特区学校第一案"——阐述原旨主义与非原旨主义的论争以及历史解释和结构解释等宪法解释方法的运用。多种宪法解释方法时常结合使用,在具体案件审理中可能需要综合予以考虑。
