网络媒体对我国青年思想政治工作的影响及对策

网络媒体对我国青年思想政治工作既有积极影响,也有消极影响。教育工作得要以开放的心态迎接网络媒体的挑战,国家要加速互联网络体系建设,对网络媒体进行依法管理和技术管制,并加强对青年的人文关怀。

在社会主义和谐社会建设的进程中，高校作为构建社会主义和谐社会的重要阵地，校园的和谐建设至关重要。当前，我们要以人文精神为核心，深入开展形式多样的校园文化活动，建立大学生实践教育的长效机制，重点加强就业教育，推动高校和谐校园的建设。

如何公正、合理地追究公司董事在经营中的责任这一问题 ,是公司治理结构中的一项重要内容。本文从美国《示范公司法》、特拉华州的判例以及法学研究所提出《公司治理的诸原理———分析和劝告》三个方面 ,考察和分析美国在董事责任追究中的一个重要判例法理———经营判断原则。从经营判断原则的概念、适用条件以及它的机能等方面加以探讨和研究。     

Comparison of Anonymous Versus Confidential Survey Procedures: Effects on Health Indicators in Dutch Adolescents

Self-report questionnaires are frequently used in youth research, but doubt remains whether total anonymity affects the results. This study compared the responses of 704 mainly 16–17-year-old adolescents to self-report measures of various health indicators in 2 groups: anonymous and confidential collection. For most health indicators no significant differences were found. Perceived health, use of alcohol, and aggressive behavior (for boys) were reported significantly less frequently in the confidential group (small effect size). It appeared that pupils with high scores on social desirability do not respond differently at most health indicators in the 2 conditions. For most health characteristics, epidemiologically useful outcomes may be derived from confidential self-report measures, which are also valuable for detecting individual at-risk children. Similar studies in lower grades and other types of education should confirm the results.Youth Department, Municipal Health Service Rotterdam area. This note critically interrogates the Civil Partnership Act 2004. Through an examination of the legislative background and some of the provisions of the Act, it is argued that civil partnership mirrors a marriage model with some exceptions. In creating this new legal status, the legislation also exacerbates the exclusion of some relationship forms from dominant legal norms. It should be understood as part of an agenda for social inclusion, rather than as radical social change.     

职务过失犯罪研究

职务过失犯罪是指国家工作人员在履行职务的过程中严重不负责任 ,失职不履行或者不正确履行自己的职责 ,应当预见到自己的失职行为可能造成危害社会的结果而疏忽大意没有预见 ,或者已经预见而轻信能够避免 ,致使公共财产、国家和人民利益遭受重大损失的行为。对职务过失犯罪的注意义务和认定 ,应采取抽象结果预见说 ;对职务过失犯罪的处罚 ,应重于技术过失犯罪和职业过失犯罪。     

全面二孩政策背景下婴幼儿照料对女性工资收入的影响研究

照料孩子往往使职业女性遭受"生育工资惩罚",全面二孩政策是否会加重这种"惩罚"?研究基于广东省的问卷数据,得出如下结论:在孩子0—3岁时母亲的照料时间付出会对其工资产生负向影响;相比于一孩母亲,照料孩子的时间付出对二孩母亲工资的负向影响更强;对婴幼儿照料的支持有助于提高母亲的工资;综合考量规模优势、幼儿早教、健康卫生等因素,托幼机构照料是几种照料方式中最优的。为降低母亲照料孩子的代价并提高全面二孩政策的实施效果,研究建议:政府应大力发展低龄幼儿托育机构,建立托育服务基本保障体系,并出台政策支持不同社会主体提供多层次的托育服务,以满足家庭不断增长的托育需求。     

Expanded School Mental Health: Challenges and Opportunities in an Emerging Field

Reviews the need for and development of expanded school mental health (ESMH) programs, which provide a continuum of mental health promotion and intervention through school–community partnerships. Since ESMH is a relatively new, but increasingly prominent field, countless issues are being addressed in practice and research and in efforts to bridge practice and research. We review particular content and context dimensions of ESMH in need of development including quality assessment and improvement, empirically supported practice, improving assessment and outcome evaluation, involving educators in the work, understanding school environments, and tailoring programs through qualitative research. Summaries of articles that amplify these themes are provided.     

以“三个代表”思想为指导 树立人本管理新观念

坚持以人为本,是党的十六届三中全会提出的新要求。以人为本,古来有之,也是马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想应有之义。当前用“三个代表”重要思想指导我们树立“人本”观念,对我们的管理工作有着很强的现实意义。     

中国养老制度设计问题与认识反思

当下的中国养老制度在服务体系定位、志愿者服务、居家养老服务、政府示范性养老基地建设、乘车优待与尊老金等制度安排和养老协议等诸多方面的合理性存在不少疑点。如养老服务体系"以家庭照料为主,社区照料为辅,机构照料为兜底"可能更加准确;志愿者服务只能作为养老服务之补充,而决不能作为制度性养老服务安排;示范性养老基地配置的设备主要是满足入住的普通老年人的基本生活需求,而绝不应该是专为极少数老年权贵服务的高级养老院等等。社会形成的老年服务市场非常广大、老人独居问题严重、不应轻老重幼等共识也有反思的必要。随着陌生社区的形成和城市建设中养老障碍的增加,校正政策制定中的价值取向对当下中国尤为重要。
