制约郑州市保安服务业发展的若干问题

郑州市保安服务业为维护全市的社会治安稳定,服务经济建设,做出了积极贡献。但郑州市保安服务业的发展也与全国其他地区的保安服务业一样,还面临许多困难,存在许多亟待解决的问题。

天津家政服务业,现正面临着巨大的市场需求,其服务内容,正逐渐向细致化、具体化、专业化发展。但由于从业人员的社会地位、文化水平与技能水平等都较低,与市场需求还存在诸多不适应之处。有关部门应进一步完善其相应法律框架,加大政策支持力度,并在监管和培训等方面,再做些具体工作。     

江苏省大学生就业现状中的信息不对称问题研究

通过对大学生就业过程中的各主体进行实证调研,发现信息不对称是影响大学生就业的重要原因。建立一个大学生就业信息服务综合平台,协调政府、就业指导中心、用人单位和求职大学生之间的关系,能够适当解决信息不对称的问题,帮助大学毕业生更好地实现就业。     

Civil Service Reform in Latin America: External Referents Versus Own Capacities

In the context of state reform and democratisation in Latin America, reinforcing public institutions becomes critical to sustaining and consolidating realised gains. In this area, civil service reforms are critical. But civil service reform initiatives in Latin American countries were designed with different degrees of compatibility with countries’ administrative traditions and with the role played by the civil service within the political system. The results of different initiatives are described in a brief review of six key features of nine Latin American civil services. Discussion of these results allows us to draw conclusions about the capacity to generate learning dynamics. A new conception of the civil service and its role in the political system appears more evident, unless the required political consensus for implementing and consolidating the new reform strategy for most Latin American public administrations is not confirmed.

对传统经济学“物质产品”概念的重新诠释——对服务消费属性和特点的界定

随着社会经济的发展，社会产品范畴必然要突破实物形态的界限。它应该是社会在一定时期内创造的能够满足人们需要的实物产品和非实物产品的总和，它包括实物消费品和服务消费品两大类。社会产品的丰富多彩，突破了传统经济学对“物质产品”的概念和范畴的界定，全面、客观、真实地反映了全社会投入与产出的状况，丰富了马克思的两大部类理论，为重新认识服务消费品的价值，大力发展第三产业提供了理论支持。     

政府公共服务效能提升的对策研究

在全球化的城市体系下,世界国与国之间、城市与城市之间的竞争变得异常激烈,政府公共服务效能和质量的高低将成为影响国家和城市竞争力的重要因素,因此提升政府的公共服务效能是提升城市竞争力和政府形象的有效途径。虽然我国政府公共服务效能提升已取得一定的成效,但是与发达国家和政府的公共服务效能相比还存在不小的差距,因此应通过政府公共服务均等化、加大政府公共服务投入、建立政府公共服务绩效排行制度等措施提升政府的公共服务效能,建设真正的"服务型政府"。     

The Impact of Quality Public Service Delivery on Customer Satisfaction in Bahir Dar City Administration: The Case of Ginbot 20 Sub-city

ABSTRACT

This study is conducted with the general objective of assessing the impact of quality public service delivery on customer satisfaction in Ginbot20 sub-city. To conduct the study correlational research design, and quantitative research approach have been employed. A total of 88 samples both from customers (68) and service providers (20) were selected using simple random sampling and systematic random sampling techniques respectively. Data were collected using questionnaires. Based on the data collected, the study comes up with certain findings. Among the major findings, the perception of customers and service providers on quality service delivery and customer satisfaction is different, responsiveness, tangibility, assurance, and reliability have positively associated with customer satisfaction. However, empathy has negatively associated with customer satisfaction. Generally, the likelihood of customers gets satisfied when there is quality service delivery is 0.84 (84%) while get satisfied with the probability value of 0.038948(3.8948%) in the absence of quality service delivery.     

香港安老服务体系及其对内地的启示

由于特殊的文化传统和历史背景，香港是我国安老服务起步较早、发展较为完善的地区，在老年服务方面形成了一套制度完备、设施相对健全的体系。随着经济的迅猛发展，内地已逐渐步入老龄化社会，而安老服务仍处于起步阶段，在很多方面并不健全和完善。通过介绍香港完善的安老服务体系和特点，同时结合内地的现状，借鉴香港的成功之处，提出建立以社区居家养老为主的养老模式，同时调动社会各方力量，为内地的长者提供更好的安老服务，使长者能够生活的更加稳定和幸福，同时促进社会的更加和谐和稳定。
