个人与国家之间:当代法文化的价值观

法文化的价值问题属于“法统”范畴,它是任何时代的法文化必然具备的一个核心问题.当代中国提出的社会主义核心价值体系是研究当代法文化之价值问题的一个理论前提,从社会主义核心价值体系中可以解读出与法文化的价值问题息息相关的概念组合,这就是个人和国家的关系.当代法文化之“法统”既不应该是单纯的个人主义,也不是单纯的国家主义,而必然是个人与国家的有机统一,但要统一于具体语境之中,就需要引入实践智慧的概念.当代法文化的“法统”所依据的理性基础是关系理性,这种理性形态在传统中国法文化以及马克思主义理论中都有良好的思想支撑.     

我国党文化世俗化的理论建构

我国党文化世俗化是党文化揭开其神秘面纱,日益走向公民社会、世俗社会之中的过程,其在主体构成上通常包括党的思想文化、政治文化、组织文化、领导文化、执政文化的世俗化等基本内容。推进我国党文化世俗化有助于巩固党的领导地位、检验党文化的优劣性、完整展示党的性质、宗旨和任务。为推进党文化世俗化,在策略路向上要坚持做到:着力推进中国化、时代化的马克思主义之大众化进程,将党文化融合到建构完善实践社会主义核心价值体系之中,发挥党文化对社会文化的影响示范效应,以建设学习型政党,促进学习型社会建设。

中国共产党的干部队伍伴随着党的产生而产生、党的发展而发展。中国的改革开放,又一次震惊了世界,这与中国共产党早期干部队伍建设的历史条件和特点直接相关。中国共产党坚持从国情出发,组建了一支来自工人、农民和先进知识分子的干部队伍;中国共产党的干部队伍在极其艰苦复杂的斗争环境中锻炼成长,形成了一个来自人民、植根于中国大地的领袖群体;实现了知识分子干部工农化,工农干部知识化;人民军队成为中国共产党干部队伍的重要来源和依托,是一支战斗队,又是一支工作队。这些特点决定了中国革命、建设和改革开放的走向。     

Heritage Tourism in the Caribbean: The Politics of Culture after Neoliberalism

As neoliberalism has taken root in the Caribbean, heritage tourism has grown enormously. Using examples drawn from the Trinidad Carnival, this article shows how culture becomes a marketing force in the wake of increasingly difficult economic times in the Caribbean. As selling culture increases in importance for the overall economic health of Caribbean economies, it becomes, more and more, the focus of Caribbean states and state agencies and a basis for state sovereignty. Drawing on Foucault's notion of biopower, the article draws a connection between the increasing importance of cultural performances for state revenue and government intervention into those performances.

淳安县作为浙江省的一个欠发达县,在生态文明建设方面进行了大胆的探索和尝试,走出了一条欠发达地区经济发展转型之路,同时对欠发达地区如何把生态文明建设作为平台和突破口从而实现经济发展转型产生了一些启示：要树立生态发展理念,引领经济发展转型方向;要推进＂三个创新＂,搭建经济发展转型平台;要促进＂三个协调＂,提供经济发展转型动力;要强化＂三个联动＂,形成经济发展转型合力。     

社会性别视角下当代高校女生节现象研究

高校女生节现象是随在校女大学生群体日趋壮大,社会性别教育逐渐由第一课堂发展到第二课堂而出现的产物。女生节活动的开展逐渐改变了校园文化的性别无差异状态,提供给女大学生成长发展更加开阔的舞台,培育了女子社团组织活动的场域空间,也为女性研究和行动组织介入校园文化建设,开展社会性别意识教育提供了新的途径。     

简论道德领导的动力源泉与现实基础--进化论视角下的领导学解释

根据进化论的自然选择法则，自利性和优胜劣汰的竞争机制不仅是推动物种进化的动力，也是推动领导理论不断进化的动力，道德领导就是领导理论发展进化的一个产物。在新的历史时期，领导活动的生态环境已发生了明显的变化，从而推动领导理论开始向道德维度拓展。根据物种进化的逻辑，道德与领导相结合不仅是必然的，也是合理的。     

The Creative Industries Concept: Stakeholder Reflections on Its Relevance and Potential in Australia

The creative industries concept or term continues to attract attention in both developed and developing economies worldwide. However, it is not universally applied, with other terms such as cultural industries, arts and culture, copyright industries, or the experience economy used in various global locations. There is also ongoing debate and critique in relation to the creative industries concept, given that it emphasises employment and wealth creation and gathers together a range of disparate disciplines. This article explores these issues via interviews with twenty-two key leaders representing fifteen different industry organisations, advocacy groups, and government funding bodies in the Australian creative industries sector. The findings reveal only a moderate level of understanding and application of the creative industries concept, with a range of views on its relevance and utility for those working in the sector. In addition, the findings propose that there is significant potential and need for the sector to work towards a stronger advocacy position and profile within the broader economy. However, this represents a major challenge for the creative industries sector, given the existing vertical and horizontal power structures within this complex and diverse area of the economy.

企业文化是企业全体员工共同持有、共同遵守的企业精神、价值标准、基本信念和行为准则。要搞好企业就必须认识到企业文化建设中存在的各种问题及对策,加强企业文化建设。
