中国体育传媒发展市场前景分析

我们可以《体坛周报》、《足球》等专业性体育类平面媒体为样本,研究并探讨中国体育传媒在2008年北京奥运会前后的发展变化趋势。2008年北京奥运会是中国体育传媒发展历程上的一个分水岭。随着奥运会的临近,国内体育传媒专业化和综合性发展趋势同时凸现。中国体育传媒目前存在内容产品开发单一、资源利用层次低下的严重问题。为了实现国内体育传媒的可持续发展,除了需要加强深度报道,拓展内容开发领域之外,还应当开展不同形式和不同层次的合作,从而提升自己的核心竞争力。     

The meaning of procedural fairness: A comparison of taxpayers’ and representatives’ views of their tax audits

This study compares how taxpayers and their representatives judge the procedural fairness of tax audits. Taxpayers (N=70) and their representatives (N=70) participated in interviews after the completion of their tax audits and were asked to describe their impressions of the audit and auditor and to rate how satisfied they were with the treatment and how hard the auditor tried to be fair. The study compares representatives oriented toward balancing truth and advocating for their client with representatives oriented toward primarily obtaining the best outcome for their client. Results showed that representatives and taxpayers were equally likely to mention the dignity and responsiveness of the audit. Representatives, however, were more likely to mention the quality of the decision, and taxpayers were more likely to infer prejudging than were representatives. Taxpayers and representatives oriented toward truth viewed the process as less fair than did representatives oriented toward obtaining the best outcome. Taxpayers and representatives oriented toward truth also viewed the auditor as less cooperative and less objective than did representatives oriented toward obtaining the best outcome. Representatives and taxpayers, however, generally use the same concerns to evaluate the fairness of the audit, although they disagreed about where the audit fell on these dimensions. Theoretical and practical implications of these results are discussed.     

The Characteristics and Motivations Behind Female Prison Sex

Abstract

Research on the topic of consensual same-sex sexual activities within female prisons has been sparse in sociological and correctional literature. The purpose of the present study was to examine the characteristics and motivations which affect a female inmate's decision to engage in same-sex sexual activity. The most significant and salient variables associated with the same-sex sexual activity among female inmates were age and amount of time served. Younger inmates and those who had served longer periods of time incarcerated were identified as more likely than older inmates and women who have served shorter periods of time to engage in homosexual activity. Race and religion also had a significant effect on selected same-sex sexual behavior in the female correctional facility. The present study finds equal, but limited support for both the deprivation and importation models.     

行政伦理视角下的公共权力异化治理

公共权力异化是当前社会中存在的腐败现象之一,其产生的原因在于公共权力自身的异化倾向、权力行使主体的因素及行政组织对权力异化的规约作用不足等。在现实中,公共权力异化往往是与具体的行政组织或行政人员联系在一起的,因此,加强行政组织伦理建设,提高行政人员的伦理自主性,将自律与他律双管齐下,能够促使行政组织及其人员合理、合法地行使公共权力。     

家兔颅脑钝性损伤模型的建立

目的采用撞击器模拟棍棒形成的颅脑损伤,建立颅脑钝性损伤动物模型。方法 26只大白兔分为重度损伤组(10只)、轻度损伤组(10只)和对照组(6只),采用第三军医大学设计的Ⅱ型卧式生物撞击器,撞击参数设置为重度损伤:550k Pa/cm2,轻度损伤:450k Pa/cm2,撞击深度(10mm)。撞击后在相同时间内,观察各组家兔临床症状和体征、解剖学及组织病理学变化,组间进行比较。结果对照组未见明显的病理变化。轻度致伤组除轻度的皮下出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、线性骨折外,未见其它损伤,符合AIS评分轻度损伤标准(≤2分)。重度致伤组有明显的骨折、脑挫裂伤和颅内出血,符合重度损伤标准(≥4分)。轻、重度致伤组都未见明显的皮肤挫裂伤。结论本实验建立的重度和轻度损伤模型差异明显,且符合相关标准,该动物模型可以应用于相关研究。     

企业家技术创新力的经济学分析

企业的技术创新活动是在企业家（企业经营者）的领导、推动下进行的。企业的技术创新能力与企业家的创新能力和创新动力有密切关系,它们的整合构成了企业家的创新力。从经济学的角度看,企业家从事创新活动的动力来自创新活动对于企业家的效用,即他在创新活动中得到的收益与付出的成本之差。因此,增加企业家的创新收益,减少其创新成本是提高他们的技术创新力的基本方法。     

法律英语教学模式比较研究

我国现有法律英语本科复合型法律人才三种教学模式除存在学时得不到保证、师资力量有限和教材陈旧落后的问题外,最主要的问题是没统一的法学复合型人才培养模式的教学要求标准。实践法学复合型人才培养模式并达到教学要求标准的基本途径是修订和完善现行教学大纲,或者制定新的统一的《高校法学英语专业教学大纲》。     

Longitudinal neighborhood profiles in delinquency: The decomposition of change

The methods that traditionally have been used to examine changing spatial distributions of crime and delinquency rates are not able to analyze parsimoniously the full range of within-community variation in these rates over time. In this paper, we present a variant of Bryk and Raudenbush's(Psychol. Bull. 101: 147–158, 1987) hierarchical linear model that can simultaneously examine the full range of within- and between-group variation contained in longitudinal data sets. The method is illustrated through an analysis of the delinquency rates characterizing Chicago's neighborhoods between 1930 and 1970.

深圳南山公安分局在基层实战单位的用警理念与警务协作机制等方面做了有益的探索,其警察机动训练大队战训合一警务运作模式,通过信息导警的动态联勤协作机制,充分发挥了机训警力的警务效能,体现出了弹性用警、精确用警、素质强警等低成本高效益的警力资源配置制度优势。这些警务模式的变革与深圳南山分局所处的组织环境是密切相关的,其警务运作的低成本高效益对于当前我国警务机制的建设与探索有着重要的启示和意义。

Inspired by the ecological model of human development and inter-subjectivist perspective of identity formation, the article addresses the complexity of professional interactions and highlights the spectrum of possible reactions of Russian-speaking teachers in Estonia to changes in the domain of language-in-education. The qualitative research demonstrates different models of the teachers’ self-views that are constructed and practiced in the interaction within significant layers identified by the ecological approach and reveals the diversity of the dilemmas teachers as professionals face in their everyday working lives.
