关于培育城市创新文化的几点思考

城市创新文化的培育必须克服我国传统文化中过分注重实用、不尊重人的个性等消极因素,也要克服在外来文化冲击下形成的自卑心理。同时,培育城市创新文化需要为市民个性发挥提供足够空间,增加城市开放度,营造宽松和谐的人性化城市氛围。     

论清代朴学思潮的基本得失

从学术思想史的角度审视,朴学思潮在学理价值与工具性价值上均有建树。前者以“经学即理学”说为主轴,搭建了足以让清代学者施展身手的舞台,在形成朴学正统的同时,还推动了清代学术的大面积发展;后者以效行实事求是的治学原则为核心,创制了精良的研究方法,为近代科学精神炳烛。朴学思潮之失,在于学术理路上存在缺陷、以及适用性价值的缺失。前者是其发展途中无法解开的死结;后者一旦发作,歇息易也。     

卡多佐的社会功利观——解读《司法过程的性质》

贯穿卡多佐《司法过程的性质》一书的核心问题是法官在司法过程中究竟如何作出判决的问题.基于此问题,卡多佐提出了哲学、历史、习惯和社会学这四种方法.重点对卡多佐的社会学方法,尤其是其中的"社会福利"进行分析,进而得出卡多佐背后更深层之社会功利观的支配性作用的结论,并对其社会功利观提出的原因--对形式主义的反对进行了重点论述,最后对其社会功利观提出了一点质疑.     

郑州市居民消费结构变动趋势分析

通过调查分析得知,本世纪初郑州市居民消费已步入以住、行为主的时期；对居民整体边际消费倾向分析表明,政府应采取一系列措施来刺激消费；从收入需求弹性分析来看,要引导、培育居民新的消费热点。     

Risk-Taking,Recklessness and HIV Transmission: Accommodating the Reality of Sexual Transmission of HIV Within a Justifiable Approach to Criminal Liability

This paper examines the issue of justifiability of risk-taking with regard to the transmission of HIV. It considers a number of factors, such as seriousness of risk, likelihood of risk occurring, social utility of conduct involved, ability to use precautions and victim awareness of the risk and willingness to accept it, which combined help to determine whether the taking of a risk is reasonable or not. It argues that by considering the issue of justifiability in this way, it is possible to accommodate the wider social, psychological and public health realities of HIV. It further argues that a criminal law which fails to take account of such considerations is not only overly broad in its application but ultimately risks punishing those who are not in fact deserving of punishment. Intersecting Inequalities: Reflecting on the Subjects and Objects of Equality

The creation of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) brings together equality strands that have previously been conceived in a discrete manner, politically, legally and institutionally. Its establishment raises the possibility that UK equality institutions might be better able to engage with issues of 'intersectionality'. This article considers whether this potential is likely to be realised. It suggests that two distinct approaches are emerging in response to the challenge of multiple inequalities. One entails the EHRC retaining a separate strands approach to equality, with its notion of structural inequality and discrete, frequently competing, groups; a second entails the embrace of a diversity agenda in which we are all complex individuals seeking an equal opportunity to thrive in the market-place. Given the potential limitations of these approaches - the first may not be sufficiently flexible to allow for a joined-up approach to multiple inequalities, while the second may subordinate equality considerations to those of greater economy productivity - the article asks whether others way of negotiating the demands intersectionality might be open to the EHRC.     

Doctoral Education in Clinical-Community Psychology

SUMMARY

This paper provides an overview of doctoral clinical-community psychology programs and highlights some possible future directions in training. Clinical-community doctoral programs were categorized as: (1) formally labeled clinical-community programs, (2) clinical programs with a formal community track, or (3) clinical programs with an informal community emphasis. Many graduates from these programs obtain a basic understanding and appreciation of community psychology through required or elective courses, and through contact with students and faculty involved in community research and action. Those students who focus their research and electives around community psychology obtain a thorough and in-depth training experience in community research and action. Changes precipitated by managed care will challenge current ways that psychological services are provided allowing for more community based, innovative, and preventive approaches for which community psychology training would be particularly useful. Greater flexibility in APA accreditation guidelines provide opportunities for greater flexibility within clinical-community programs. Doctoral programs in clinical-community psychology are positioned to lead the development of a public health and human service approach to doctoral training through the integration of community and clinical psychology.     

网络舆论中高校思想政治教育研究

从哲学的角度思考网络舆论,实质在于将网络舆论最终定格在人与价值的这两种纬度上。随着高校信息化程度越来越高,网络舆论也成为高校思想政治教育过程中的重要环节。从网络舆论的最终属性而言,其在网络空间中所产生的价值舆论场会对大学生个体以及整个校园环境起着正面与负面两种价值作用。因此,高校思想政治教育必须面对网络舆论进行具体改革,尊重学生在思想政治教育过程中的主体性,形成老师与学生之间以及学生与学生之间的互动性,严格把控舆论信息源的价值质量,并将网络环境中的舆论价值场转化至现实社会中的价值场。     

使用价值的效用和效用价值

使用价值的效用是其被使用时产生一定效果的特性,效用的大小用效率来表达,其产生效果(产量)的时间就是效用价值。     

功利与道德理性的张力——科学技术的价值反思

科学技术是功利价值和人文价值的统一。功利价值体现在它的经济效应和政治效应上,人文价值在于科学技术蕴含着真善美的意义。过分看重科学技术的功利价值,而忽视其人文价值是科技异化的根源。要促进科技的和谐发展,必须保持功利与道德理性的张力和实现科技与人文的融合。
