王学的内在张力与王门后学的衍化

王阳明的心学作为一种独特的哲学系统,有其核心概念,后者主要体现于他一再主张阐发的两个观念,即良知与致良知。从内在的方面看,良知说与致良知说中都包含着某种理论的张力。就良知说而言,这种张力具体表现于个体性与普遍性之间:良知之中的心蕴含了对个体性的确认,其中的理则侧重于普遍性。在致良知说中,它则具体表现为先天本体和后天之致(致知工夫)之间的紧张:强调本体的先天性,同时也意味着肯定良知的既成性质,致知工夫侧重于本体要通过一个过程来达到,良知或本体的天赋性则表明良知一开始就先天具足,后天工夫并不能对它有所增益;致突出了过程性,良知的先天性则消解了过程。过程和非过程、先天的本体和后天的工夫之间这种张力,内在地存在于王阳明的致良知说之中。良知说和致良知说的以上两重性或内在张力,在逻辑上导致了王门后学的分化。     

新时期企业青年道德重塑的驱动力思考

社会主义道德体系建设涵盖企业青年道德建设,在新时期,重塑企业青年道德对于企业永葆活力有着重要的作用。文章从企业青年道德信仰的内涵出发,分析当前市场经济条件下企业青年的道德倾向,主张从建立和社会主义市场经济体制相适应的道德规范,营造良好的企业道德环境,在企业内部建立良好的道德评价制度等三个方面对新时期企业青年道德进行塑造。     

中美德育之比较研究

德育教育是指对受教育者进行思想政治和道德品质的教育。在任何社会中，德育都是至关重要的，中美两国也始终把德育放在学校教育和促进社会发展的首要位置。对中美两国德育的教育目标、教育内容、教育途径等的异同之处进行比较分析，并从中得到一些启示，对于指导我们的德育工作，是十分必要的。     

Examining Risks for Minors Participating in Tobacco Purchase Attempts

SUMMARY

This study aimed to provide empirical evidence to support previous research that participation in tobacco purchase attempt (TPA) procedures does not negatively impact minors' desire to initiate smoking habits or their willingness to discuss the dangers of smoking with peers and adults. Twenty-eight minors, who participated in TPAs, were compared to a group of eleven minors regarding whether or not they were smokers, whether or not they tried to get peers or adults to quit smoking, whether or not they tried to discuss with peers and adults about the dangers of smoking, and their perceptions of how easily it is to obtain tobacco products. Results demonstrated none of the minors in the TPA group initiated smoking, and there were not significant differences on most indicators regarding the frequency in which minors discussed the dangers of smoking with peers and adults. Minors in both groups perceived that they could easily obtain tobacco products. The findings suggest that participation in TPAs does not adversely affect minors' intentions to smoke or their desire to initiate discussions about the dangers of smoking with peers and adults.

儿童道德社会化是其社会化过程中的重要方面,创造性游戏作为一种新兴的道德社会化的途径,为儿童创造了一种新的社会体验、社会交往方式。文章通过对创造性游戏的研究窥探当代儿童德育社会化,对改进创造性游戏的创设,进一步推动新的儿童道德社会化方式作了深入的分析。     

Hedonism and Ethical Crisis:A Study on Edward Albee‘s Everything in the Garden

Edward Albee’s Everything in the Garden is an ethical tragedy caused by hedonism. Both the hero and heroine lost their rationality for the sake of pursuing the satisfaction of desire, who finally committed the fearful ethical crime, murder, under the control of animal factor. Through the play, the playwright deliberately emphasizes the process of how a happy family moves towards abyss step by step due to the domination of material desire. The destruction of the family means that the “fun morality”, which represents the irrational will, finally defeats the “goodness morality”, which represents the rational will. This paper uses ethical literary criticism as the study method, through analyzing the ethical issues in the play, such as characters’ rational loss, moral turpitude, and lack of ethics, intending to seek the ethical prospect of Albee: by writing characters’ pursuit of extreme “fun morality” and the serious result brought by it, Albee attempts to arouse people’s yearning for “goodness morality”.     

加强思想道德和社会诚信体系建设的实践与展望——以江苏省南通市两大体系建设为例

构建党员干部思想道德和社会诚信体系，是南通市委着眼于打造风清气正发展环境作出的一项事关全局的重大决策。近年来，南通市以开展“争当道德模范，建设诚信南通”主题教育活动为主线，积极打造道德诚信标准化工程、政府道德诚信提升工程、信用信息平台建设工程、市场主体诚信矫正工程，创新道德诚信监管机制、评价机制、信用产品使用机制和失德失信行为惩戒机制，两大体系建设初见成效。但从长远看，两大体系建设还要在解决思想道德建设虚化问题上下功夫，在提高全社会诚信水平上出实招，并注重在融入融合上实现新的突破。     

Defamilialization of Childcare,Commodification of Mothers,and Poverty： Recognition of New Social Risks in Korea

This study analyzed the relationship between new social risks and poverty in Korea, with specific foci on the changes in the family and in the labor market. Through the analysis, this study maintains that the expanding welfare state in Korea requires policies responding both to NSRs （new social risks） and to traditional social risks. The findings of this study are as follows： First, care responsibilities within the household were strongly associated with the poverty status of household. Second, dual-breadwinner households were less likely to fall into poverty than households with a single male breadwinner. Third, the flexible labor market that leads to poverty not only influences irregular or part-time workers but regular workers as well. These findings show that households of self-employed workers were even worse off than those of irregular workers, who were previously identified as the group who suffered most due to the flexible labor market.     

中国传统道德的现代转换

我国新生的市场经济道德必须得到传统文化的支撑才能真正成为现实社会秩序的调节者和维护者。传统道德中的许多范畴能够为现代市场经济道德体系的建立提供宝贵的思想资料。义利观上,可以将传统的见利思义、以义制利转换成追求个人正当利益的现代市场经济道德。诚信观上,将传统的忠信、信义转换成现代公民诚信道德。     

社会稳定风险评估机制法治化提升之路

针对我国社会稳定风险总量持续增加之现状,重大事项社会稳定风险评估机制相继在各地建立。但社会稳定风险评估主体独立性不足、评估多维视角缺位、政法领域社会稳定风险评估机制法治精细化不够等问题,还需解决;评估的可靠性和科学性,还需提升。同时,一个开放的评估系统,一个充分、畅达的公民表达机制,或许有助于将社会稳定风险转化为激发社会活力、激励改革创新的社会进步加速器。
