探索桂林旅游业发展的新路子

建设桂林国家旅游综合改革试验区,无疑是促进桂林旅游业科学发展的重大机遇,也是国家在把旅游业建设成为战略性支柱产业的过程中赋予桂林的一项重要使命。要破除桂林乃至全国旅游业发展中长期存在与发展旅游业不符合、不适应的体制、机制束缚,破解制约旅游业可持续发展的问题,敢于打破一些陈规,突破一些瓶颈,探索一条以旅游业为龙头、现代服务业为主导、低碳经济为特色的适合桂林旅游业发展的新路子。     

异地条件下导师与研究生和谐关系的构建——以吉首大学为例

导师和研究生处于异地状态对于构建和谐的师生关系会产生一些不利影响。在异地条件下,要想构建和谐的师生关系,必须努力做好以下四方面工作：一是导师和研究生要利用有限的见面机会进行沟通交流;二是要鼓励研究生参与导师的课题研究,在学术研究和指导过程中增进师生感情;三是要运用现代通讯工具保持日常联系,特别是要学会使用互联网工具进行沟通交流;四是办学单位要为异地师生的交流提供必要的资金支持和物质条件,并在研究生教学和学术活动安排上充分考虑师生异地因素。     

法治视野下讯问场所的规制

要实现《刑事诉讼法》再修改①的初衷,在保障人权与打击犯罪的双重价值中寻求到一个平衡点,就要求在立法上做到侦查程序设计的公正性与合理性。具体到侦查讯问,需要避免讯问权失范的现象。刑讯逼供行为总是发生在特定的时空环境内,所以,在侦查讯问程序设计中,对讯问场所的设计尤为重要,应通过讯问场所的规范化来消解讯问权的滥用,并配合相应的外部监督机制,切实做好对讯问活动的监督工作。     

Attachment, Emotional Regulation, and the Function of Marital Violence: Differences Between Secure, Preoccupied, and Dismissing Violent and Nonviolent Husbands

The purpose of this study was to investigate behavioral differences among nonviolent, unhappily married husbands and violent husbands with different attachment classifications on the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI; Main and Goldwyn, 1994). Twenty-three Domestically Violent (DV) husbands and 13 maritally distressed but non-violent (DNV) husbands were interviewed using the AAI. Violent husbands (74%) were more likely than the distressed/nonviolent husbands (38%) to be classified into one of the insecure categories on the AAI. As predicted, during laboratory arguments with their wives, dismissing husbands were the most controlling and distancing, and preoccupied husbands the least distancing, during marital interactions. Secure husbands were significantly more defensive than the two insecure types. Sequential analyses of reports of violent arguments at home revealed different patterns among different types of batterers. For the preoccupied batterers only, wife withdrawal was a significant predictor of husband violence. For the dismissing batterer only, wife defensiveness was a significant precursor to husband violence. It is theorized that preoccupied batterers' violence and emotional abuse is related to expressive violence in response to abandonment fears; whereas dismissing batterers use instrumental violence to assert their authority and to control their wives. The overlap between this and other typologies of violent men is explored.Deceased     

Learning as territoriality: the political ecology of education in the Brazilian landless workers’ movement

In this contribution, I explore the importance of agroecological education in the Brazilian Landless Workers’ Movement (MST). I analyze how certain MST educational programs are based in a critical place-based pedagogy. This type of pedagogy can serve as a form of territoriality, influencing individuals’ interactions with the land. Drawing upon a political ecology of education perspective, I conclude that MST educators can serve as Gramscian ‘organic intellectuals’, by using a critical pedagogy of place as a form of territoriality to: (1) create a conception of place that is not discrete, but instead relational, and (2) advocate counter-hegemonic land usage.     

Attachment,personality and female perpetrators of intimate partner violence

This study examined explanations of intimate partner violence in female offenders. The sample of 92 female offenders completed measures of attachment, borderline and anti-social personality dimensions, psychological and physical aggression. Participant’s most recent and previous relationships were explored to examine the patterns of perpetrating and being victimised in relationships. Female offenders reported higher levels of attachment anxiety than attachment avoidance. Attachment insecurity was found to predict victimisation but not perpetrating intimate partner violence in recent relationships. Borderline and anti-social personality dimensions were significantly associated with offenders perpetrating intimate partner violence and being victimised in their most recent relationship. In previous relationships, borderline personality scores were associated with victimisation whereas anti-social personality scores were associated with perpetrating intimate partner violence. Personality dimensions were also found to mediate relationships between attachment anxiety and victimisation in offenders’ most recent relationships. Potential treatment pathways for this population are discussed and future research directions are recommended.     

互联网著作权侵权案件管辖问题浅析

互联网著作权案件是网络时代产生的新型侵权案件 ,对传统侵权案件的管辖规则提出了挑战。最高人民法院为此颁布了《关于审理涉及计算机网络著作权纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》 ,该《解释》的第一条就明确规定了管辖问题。该《解释》确立了新的管辖规则 ,解决了司法实践中的一个难题 ,对确立其他类型的互联网侵权案件的管辖具有一定的指导意义 ,但也存在一些不足之处。     

Adolescent Marital Expectations and Romantic Experiences: Associations With Perceptions About Parental Conflict and Adolescent Attachment Security

This study tested associations between adolescent perceptions of interparental conflict, adolescent attachment security with parents, and adolescent marital expectations and romantic experiences. Participants were 96 early adolescent females from 2 parent families. Insecurity was examined as a mediator of the association between negative perceptions of parental conflict and romantic outcomes. Results supported the mediation model in which adolescents' negative perceptions of parental conflict was associated with insecure attachment with parents, which was in turn associated with negative marital expectations and romantic experiences. Implications for understanding how parent-adolescent and interparental variables influence adolescent marital expectations and romantic experiences are discussed.
