社区矫正工作的特性使法律事务(社区矫正)专业对实习实训基地具有极强的依赖性。从发挥实践性教学的效率和效益出发,应将实习和实训的基地建设合二为一。实习实训基地建设要真正体现在职业岗位流程、职业环境、职业标准、岗位制度、岗位管理及岗位需求上的真实性。因此,要科学制定建设方案、悉心培育实习实训指导教师队伍、构建有效管理机制、实施多元绩效评估体系等,打造一流的实习实训基地,以发挥其多元化的服务功能。     

高职院校思想政治理论课实践教学模式探析——以思想与艺术结合为分析视角

将思想和艺术相结合,探寻思想政治理论课实践教学新模式对提高思政课教学质量,增强思想政治教育实效性具有重要意义。当前高职院校思想政治理论课实践教学模式有待于拓展,而把各种艺术手段运用到高职院校思政课实践教学中则具有可行性和必要性,思想政治理论课艺术实践教学具有美育功能、认知功能和教育功能。

马克思主义妇女理论的文本解读与现实启示

妇女理论是马克思唯物史观的重要部分。通过对《德意志意识形态》和《家庭、私有制和国家的起源》进行文本解读,有助于在历史唯物主义的根基上把握马克思主义妇女理论的核心,即劳动分工这把钥匙。理论文本上的深入剖析对思考现实社会中的妇女解放命题具有重要启示:妇女解放需要在历史前进的逻辑中前进,以生产力的发展、历史的进步为基础;妇女参与社会生产劳动、实现经济独立,是提升自身地位的前提;在当前社会进步已为妇女解放提供社会土壤的基础上,观念意识的变革重塑对妇女解放具有重要意义。     

消费扶贫:政策、理论与实践

消费扶贫对于激发贫困群体的主体性、吸引社会力量参与精准扶贫、推动贫困地区产业结构调整等均有积极意义。在国务院专门出台文件推动的情况下,应进一步明晰消费扶贫的基本内涵和形成机理,注重解决有产无量、有品不优、体验不美、持续不久等问题,不断推动消费扶贫健康发展。     

The Hurried Justification of Sanctions

In this paper I try to see how the Derridean aporias of the law of the urgency of legal decisions (the law interrupts the input of knowledge in the decision-making process) and the épokhè of the rule (justice can never be done in the present) are revealed in the context of the justification of sanctions. I argue that sanctions can only be justified in a purposive manner in the last instance. They can only be means to an end of punishment which has been opted for, and which can be justified on grounds of principles, or an authoritative calculation of incommensurable entities. I argue against theories, which advocate the internal connection of law and morality, because if such a connection could be established, the aporia of the hurried and unjustified action would obviously disappear. In particular my target is discourse theory as formulated mainly by Robert Alexy with his Sonderfallthese(Special Case Thesis). My objection is that, because of their instrumental nature, sanctions cannot be justified on moral grounds. I also consider some objections that could be raised from Klaus Günther's theory of appropriateness and Habermas' distinction between the moral, ethical and pragmatic employments of practical reason. I am argue that the former, which would become relevant at the stage of application, that is sentencing, does not resolve the justificatory problem of sanctions, and the latter confirms rather than falsifies my claim that punishment can never be said to be just.

"实用理性"——对中国传统文化"实践理性"误解的辩驳

对于中国传统文化,理论界有一种倾向是以康德的"实践理性"对其进行解释,但中国传统文化有其自身的成长土壤,"实践理性"不足以作出恰当的诠释。本文力争从中国传统文化的传承中找到其确切的界定,从中国传统文化的形成背景中寻找"实用理性"的因素;并通过对比分析"实用理性"、"实践理性"对中国传统文化的诠释,证明"实用理性"是中国传统思想在自身性格上所具有的特色。     

Predictors of an Effective Performance Measurement System: Evidence from Municipal Governments in Turkey

The study examines the predictors of effective performance measurement in the context of Turkish municipalities. Theoretical guidance of context-design-performance model has been utilized to examine the contextual and design factors which have influenced the effective use of performance measurement systems in Turkish municipalities. It is hypothesized in the study that external support and organizational support for the use performance measurement, and technical capacity for the performance measurement are associated with quality of performance measures and effectiveness of performance measurement systems in general. The results of the study supported the hypotheses of the study regarding the relationships among organizational support, technical capacity, quality of performance measures, and effectiveness of performance measurement. Although the results confirmed that external support has an indirect effect on effectiveness of performance measurement via technical capacity and quality of performance measures, the hypothesis regarding the direct effect of it on effectiveness of performance measurement was not supported.     

After-School Programs as a Prosocial Setting for Bonding Between Peers

This study reports on the longitudinal analysis of a structured after-school arts program for Canadian youth, ages 9 to 15 years, from low-income communities where the relationship of peer social support, family interactions, and psychosocial outcomes is evaluated. Multi-level growth curve analyses suggest an increase in prosocial development with peer social support and a decrease in prosocial development when negative family interactions are present. Comparisons between matched controls, using estimated linear propensity scores, revealed significant improvement in prosocial behaviors for the intervention group. The structured after-school arts program was found to increase prosocial behaviors and bonding with peers for youth from low-income communities.
