最佳思维素质的内涵——论创新思维

最佳思维素质的内涵是创新思维。创新思维具有思维形式的反常性、思维空间的开放性、思维方式的辩证性、思维成果的独特性以及思维主体的能动性等特征。创新思维有助于提高人们对事物的审视力度、研究力度、敏锐力度、挖掘力度、展望力度。提高创新思维的能力的根本就是要全面系统地学习并掌握各种逻辑的思维方法 ,努力培养和提高直觉、灵感、顿悟、模型、想象等创造性的思维能力。     

Dialectics and the Megamachine: A Critique of Ersatz Education

This article proposes that the learning environment matters, and that there are qualitative differences in online versus face-to-face classes. While online education provides some benefits, they also narrow the opportunities for dialectical conflict that thoroughly challenge student thinking, an interaction more likely to be found in real-time conversations. In person, there is more opportunity for an instructor to challenge the reasoning of students in real time, and for students to ask probing and follow-up questions. The article considers the structure of educational dialectic suggested by important thinkers including Galtung, Habermas, and Buber. Online education is then situated as a technology that interferes with human relations and dialectical reasoning and fits within the notion of technics and the megamachine advanced by Lewis Mumford, which dehumanizes personal interactions with instrumental processes for growth and efficiency. Students follow suit by focusing more on the instrumental absorption of course content to pass the course, instead of higher order critique. Of particular interest to political science education is that if conversational dialectics are weakened in universities, and therefore polities—and the technics are simply considered a natural replacement for in-person conversation—the opportunities to teach critical reasoning required for critique of complex political phenomena are also narrowed. We might temper the dangers of the megamachine by reflexively discussing the political economy of online teaching itself with our students and by starting to expect synchronous conversation, which will open dialectical opportunities.     

Teaching Islam at a home school: Muslim women and critical thinking in Uzbekistan

In this article I describe and analyse non-institutionalized religious education among local women in Uzbekistan. I argue that while exhibiting vestiges of ‘traditional’ objectives, methods of teaching, and models of knowledge transmission, and incorporating elements of educational reforms advocated by the Central Asian reformers in the early 1900s, and of Soviet pedagogy, the dynamics of such education foster students' critical thinking. By enabling students to think critically about their lives and social environment, the non-institutionalized religious education does not have one predetermined outcome, but ensures social change that starts on an individual level, whereby a student can, but does not have to, engage politically with the state, which systematically intervenes in shaping its citizens' religious lives.     

新世纪郭沫若研究新论

郭沫若是20世纪中国最有争议的文化名人之一。我们认为,郭沫若在中国现代历史上不可替代的位置毕竟不是作为道德家而确立的,从早期新诗创作到40年代的历史剧,互渗的思维方式和热衷于仪式的表现始终贯穿于郭沫若的精神结构之中。这既赋予了郭沫若“别有天地非人间”的天才灵感,也导致了他创造力的最终枯竭。从这个角度出发考察郭沫若的创作,有助于我们对郭沫若形成新的整体认识。     

基于创新思维的文科类高等职业教育人才培养评价指标体系研究

文科类高等职业教育,是相对于工科类高等职业教育而言的,按照现行的说法,是为从事管理和服务工作的第三产业培养应用型人才的高等职业教育。近些年来,文科类高职院校虽然在数量上有所增加,在专业建设和人才培养上有所突破,但是与社会对这类人才的需求相比,还有很大差距。基于此,本文以创新思维为统领,从管理学入手,推及到哲学、教育学、心理学、经济学和社会学,坚持国内外比较研究和定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对文科类高等职业教育人才评价体系、人才培养模式内涵和人才培养模式等问题,进行了理论研究与实证分析。其目的在于突出文科类高职院校办学特色,更好地培养具有社会适配性的应用型管理和服务人才。     

新时期科研院所加强基层党建的实践与思考

在党的十六大上,我们党把“实施科教兴国和可持续发展战略,充分发挥科学技术作为第一生产力的作用,依靠科技进步”庄严地写入了党章的总纲,从而确立了科学技术在全面建设小康社会中的重要地位。中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第四次全体会议进一步明确了党的基层组织是党全部工作和战斗力的基础,是落实党的路线方针政策和各项工作任务的战斗堡垒。党的基层组织是我们党的细胞,新时期科研院所基层党建必须坚持围绕中心、服务大局、拓宽领域、强化功能,进一步巩固和加强党的基层组织,着力扩大覆盖面、增强生机活力,使党的基层组织充分发挥推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用,使广大党员牢记宗旨、心系群众;要推进基层党组织工作创新,增强党员队伍生机活力,建设高素质基层党组织带头人队伍。本文旨在针对科研院所基层党建存在的一些问题进行思考,结合近年我们的一些有益实践,提出科研院所加强基层党建工作的措施建议。     

论刑事诉讼中的程序回逆

刑事诉讼本应从立案侦查,向起诉、一审、二审不断推进,直至执行而终止,然而在我国刑事诉讼中出现了不少程序回逆的现象。有些程序回逆是必要且合理的,但大多数程序回逆或者背离了刑事诉讼法设立的目的,或者与刑事诉讼法的基本原则相抵触,或者违背了刑事诉讼的基本理念。有必要对有关法律和司法解释进行修改,保留有必要且合理的程序回逆的规定,废除无必要且不合理的程序回逆的规定,限制有必要但欠科学的程序回逆的规定,以完善相关诉讼程序和制度。     

论主体哲学思想在私法中的反映

在经历了古希腊时代的萌芽和中世纪的挫折之后,主体哲学思想在近代终于以认知主体性的形式表现出来。认知主体性思想强调人的独立自主、自我决定、个体自由、自我意识、自为自觉、自由意志和能动创造。主体哲学思想作为私法的哲学基础,相应地体现在从古罗马法到近代私法,再到现代私法的主体制度当中。     

坚持科学发展思想努力推进高校工会工作

在新的形势下,高校工会应以“三个代表”重要思想和科学发展观为指导,坚持和完善教代会制度,保证教职工享有的民主权利;工会要切实履行维护职能,保障教职工的合法权益,为适应高教发展的要求,工会要加强自身建设与改革。     

对制定我国反就业歧视法的可行性思考

无论是从完善社会主义市场经济体制的目标来看,还是从完善政府社会管理和公共服务职能的内在要求来看,都有必要用法的形式对就业歧视行为实行制止和限制。因此,制定反就业歧视法不但有党的现行方针政策的指导,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求,并且有我国宪法和法律提供依据和保障。
