关于物资管理提效的实践与思考——以胜利油田鲁明公司为例

胜利油田鲁明油气勘探开发有限公司的采购成本基本与其他采油厂持平,但是在管理过程中暴露了采购成本居高不下,物资质量难以保证等问题。为提升物资管理效益,今后物资管理提效的工作方向主要有完善物资信息系统,提升物资信息化管理程度;加强物资质量全过程管理,提高质量风险控制能力;进一步规范招标采购业务流程,提高招标和框架协议采购工作质量;推进标准化采购;强化供应风险源头控制,做好供应商筛选和优化。     

The Structure of Material Evidence Authentication Rules

The authentication rules of material evidence is very important for justice. The core of authentication system of real evidence is storage chain rules. We can only accept the evidence in the condition of legally custodian, evidence collected under legal procedure, the transfer without delay, the transport under control, the suitable environment. The authentication system of real evidence also contents the exception of storage chain rules.     

Timing and Appearance of Postmortem Root Banding in Nonhuman Mammals,

A study was undertaken using nonhuman mammal specimens to better understand environmental influences on postmortem hair root band (PMRB) formation and to see whether PMRBs would occur in nonhuman mammal hairs in a similar fashion to human hairs. Carcasses from surrounding roadways were the primary source of specimens for this study, augmented by donated deceased domestic pets. Sections of pelt from each specimen were placed in controlled environmental conditions while the remainder of the carcass was left in a secure outdoor setting. Hair samples were collected daily from outdoor and control specimens and examined for evidence of PMRBs. Several environmental factors were also recorded on a daily basis. Results demonstrate PMRBs can occur in nonhuman mammal hairs, and they have microscopic characteristics similar to human PMRBs. Factors found to correlate with PMRB formation include postmortem interval, temperature, pH, and the formation and subsequent volatilization of ammonia from the surrounding tissue.

社会主义初级阶段人的精神需求 ,是人类精神需求发展过程中的一个特殊阶段。在这个阶段 ,人的精神需求在相当程度上依附于物质需求。从发展的角度看 ,社会主义市场经济是“物的依赖”时代向人的全面发展时代转变的过渡环节 ,是以物为目的向以人为目的转变的过渡环节。市场经济发展了人们的物质需求 ,也强化了与发展物质财富直接相关的精神需求 ,为人的精神需求的全面发展准备了条件。随着人们物质需求的发展和满足 ,随着人们科学文化素质的提高 ,精神需求在人的需求结构中的地位会相应提高 ,人的精神需求会向更广泛的空间发展。     

Raman Microspectroscopic Mapping: A Tool for Identification of Fused Materials in Fire Debris

Examination of fire debris can provide information about the types of materials which were present at the time of the fire to give insights for fire scene reconstruction and understanding compartment fire dynamics. This paper demonstrates the ability of Raman spectroscopy for material identification postfire in complex situations, such as the production of fused masses during fire dropdown. A validated Raman spectral library is combined with Raman mapping in three fire case studies, to determine the individual materials in the fused masses formed. The case studies accessed material combinations of several common polymers. Raman mapping was carried out on a 10 μm × 10 μm square of the masses. Material identification using this technique ranged from a high of 85% match to a low of 40% match. This work demonstrated that complex masses found in the fire debris can be resolved into the individual material components for identification and spatial distribution.     

吸附性载体上微量血痕的DNA分型

目的研究吸附性载体上微量血痕的DNA提取及其检验。方法用Chelex-100法、QIAamp MiniKit、及QIAamp Mini Kit改良法提取吸附性载体上微量血痕中的DNA,进行PCR扩增及STR检验。结果采用Chelex-100法及QIAamp Mini Kit的分型成功率很低;采用QIAamp Mini Kit的改良法能较好的得到分型图谱。结论采用QIAamp Mini Kit的改良法能较好的提取吸附性载体上微量血痕的模板DNA。     

中药微性状鉴定法

中药微性状鉴定法是近年新提出的一种中药材鉴定方法,通过体视显微镜、生物显微镜和袖珍显微镜等结合适合的电脑软件,观察、拍摄药材表面的细微特征信息,根据药材表面反映出的不同信息特征达到鉴别中药材的目的.该方法不同于显微鉴定法,是性状鉴定法向着微观领域的延伸.     

深化马克思劳动价值论的新思考

考察近30年我国经济学理论界关于深化马克思劳动价值论理论成果的现状和问题,提出了深化马克思劳动价值论的新思考,即把握＂劳动＂概念的本质和目前劳动形态的变化趋势,认识价值何以实现及其表现形式,在坚持马克思劳动价值论的科学性的同时,坚持对价值论不断深入地研究和认识。
