试论尼采哲学对当代大学生的思想启示

尼采哲学作为西方哲学的重要组成部分,对后世产生了重要影响。试图通过对尼采主要哲学思想的勾勒,即以强力意志为基础的世界观、以强力意志为基础的伦理观、以强力意志为基础的超人哲学,力图以马克思主义的理论和方法发掘其哲学对大学生的思想启示,以此来帮助他们树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。     

再论法理学教学方法之选择

教学是一门技术，更是一门艺术，而教学方法则是艺术的精髓。教学方法是一个系统工程，受诸多因素制约。法理学教学方法应根据法理学教材、教师的综合素质、教学对象、考试或成绩评价机制等情况来确定，选择灵活多样的教学方法，杜绝死板单一的教学方法。可供法理学选择的教学方法主要有：讲授教学法、讨论教学法、案例教学法、学生讲授教学法、多媒体教学法、社会调查教学法等六种。     

大学生“村官”服务新农村建设的调查与思考——以南京市浦口区推行大学生“村官”为例

推行大学生＂村官＂计划是社会主义新农村建设的一项新举措。南京市浦口区涌现出的大量大学生＂村官＂典型事例,为推行大学生＂村官＂计划积累了丰富经验。然而,通过调查分析后发现,浦口区大学生＂村官＂计划在推进工作中却面临着思想扎根难、工作深入难、能力提高难、推动发展难等诸多难题,针对这些难题,本文提出了相应的对策和建议。     

对大学生自治的思考——基于人的社会化要求

大学是学生社会化角色转换最为关键的时期。大学生自治是大学生实现社会化最重要的手段。大学自治是大学生通过一定的组织办法管理自我、服务自我,学会服务、学会管理、学会担当。只有实施学生自治,大学生才能真正成为与社会无缝对接的人才。     

大学生政治理论课多媒体教学法实效性研究

针对大学生政治理论课传统教学法存在的缺乏多样性、缺乏内容性、理论与实践结合不密切等问题,分析了政治理论课多媒体教学法目前的基本现状。在此基础上,提出了发挥教师教学主体性地位、完善课件系统、改善激励机制和更新硬件设施等对策建议,以期为今后政治理论课的教育教学改革提供新的思路。     

Use of “reading quizzes” to foster learning: evidence from teaching company law in business programmes

Reading or pre-unit quizzes (PUQs) were designed and implemented in order to enhance the learning experience of undergraduate students registered in a company law course. Each PUQ covered one weekly topic of the course through eight multiple-choice questions that the students had to answer prior to attending the lecture and seminar on that topic. The PUQs were administered in Blackboard and constituted a graded assignment. The students worked on the PUQs on an open-book basis and also benefited from the quiz’s built-in feedback function. Following prior literature, it was expected that through the PUQs the students would complete their pre-class reading and, in so doing, prepare for class and learn better. An e-poll was used to identify and measure the students’ perceptions. Regression analysis was also conducted using data on the students’ grades. The results were consistent with our expectations. Working on the PUQs helped students to better prepare for and understand the lectures. A positive association of PUQ performance with class participation and final exam grades was also identified. Overall, the results suggest that the intended objectives in utilising PUQs were met very satisfactorily although some features of this tool would benefit from improvements.     

论案例教学法在“体改生”教学中的应用

案例教学法是公安教育中应用广泛并且行之有效的教学方法,体现了教学面向公安实战的需要,有助于调动"体改生"学习的积极性和提高教师的教学能力,其必要性值得肯定。对"体改生"施行案例教学法,应遵循如下基本路径,即了解"体改生"的特点,选取合适的教案,运用适当的案例展示手段,有意识地培养"体改生"适应案例教学,与其他教学模式相结合,以及对"体改生"进行案例教学法的效果进行反馈。     

试论“两会”与青年大学生有序政治参与

青年大学生是祖国的未来和希望,扩大青年大学生的政治参与度,教育引导青年大学生通过有序合法的方式和途径关注国家政治,有利于提高大学生政治素养,促进大学生成长成才。针对当前大学生政治参与现状及其存在的问题,讨论＂两会＂与青年大学生有序政治参与之间的联系,并提出合理的意见和建议。     

公安高职院校学生思想政治教育的实践与思考

公安院校是培养人民警察的主要基地,加强和改进公安院校学生思想政治教育,对于从根本上改变公安队伍现状、优化公安队伍结构具有特殊的重要性。该文以甘肃警察职业学院为例,全面地总结了公安高职院校遵循普通高等院校大学生思想政治教育的一般规律、结合公安院校的性质特点开展学生思想政治教育的做法和体会,分析了公安高职院校学生思想政治教育中存在的问题,结合实际提出了解决问题的意见和建议。     

Disproportionality in Daily Metal Detector Student Searches in U.S. Public Schools

While the effectiveness of metal detectors to improve school safety remains debated, many public schools continue to rely on this technology to control school violence. Among them is the 1% of public schools where students are searched on a daily basis by metal detector. This study examines the school-level risk factors associated with daily searches to estimate the disproportionality of their use in high-violence, majority-minority public schools. Analyzing data from the 2007?2008 School Survey on Crime and Safety, this study finds that 91% of public schools that perform daily metal detector searches of students are high-violence, majority-minority schools. However, the results also show that, among high-violence schools, those with majority-minority enrollments are significantly more likely than others to conduct these searches. The article concludes with a discussion of the implications of policy responses to school violence that are distinct and disproportionate according to student demographics, rather than safety conditions.
