台湾光复初期,曾在大陆学习或生活过的一些台湾学生回到了台湾,他们在争取台湾民主和祖国统一,反对专制政治制度的斗争中,参与了反对国民党当局的＂二.二八＂事件并进行武装斗争;利用文字宣传和做青年学生的工作,传播民主和祖国统一的理念。     

浅谈微博对大学生心理健康的影响及对策

自2010年以来,微博对中国社会的影响逐渐扩大,现如今它已然成为人们交流互动与发布消息的重要网络平台。大学生作为一个易于接受新鲜事物的群体,早已对于微博的使用了如指掌,与此同时微博也在影响着大学生的各个方面,从大学生心理健康教育的角度入手,阐明微博对大学生心理健康的种种影响并说明其对策。为今后的大学生心理健康教育提供有力支持。     

Writing,Space and Authority: Producing and Critiquing Settler Jurisdiction in Western Australia

On the edge of Stirling Gardens in central Perth, Western Australia, five large, old-fashioned pen nibs stand in a curved line, their tips in the ground. Anne Neil’s sculpture, Memory Markers, commemorates the history of this site, which includes the Supreme Court. Taking this sculpture as an emblem of writing, which in the context of its setting highlights the relationship between literature and law, this article explores the image of the pen in the ground. As a symbol of literacy, it evokes the powerful network of discourses—particularly law, science and religion—that underwrote the imperial project. It signals, in Michele Grossman’s terms, “the event of literacy [that] radically interrupts and disrupts—but never eliminates—pre-existing Aboriginal epistemologies”. The article goes on to explore the sculpture as a symbol of the assertion of jurisdiction, the speaking of law in and over colonised space. It analyses a group of written texts associated with this site, from colonial legal assertions of jurisdiction over Aboriginal people in Edward Landor’s The Bushman (1847), through a proclamation under the Aborigines Act 1905 (WA), to Stephen Kinnane’s Indigenous family memoir of life under that act, Shadow Lines (2004).     

提高我国高校学生体质健康水平的科学体育锻炼方法

现阶段我国高校学生体质健康方面存在的问题有:学生肥胖人数增加,肺活量下降,心血管机能水平下降,耐力素质下降,下肢肌肉爆发力下降,弹跳力下降,速度素质下降,上、下肢力量薄弱等。造成以上问题主要包括学生自身、家庭及应试教育原因、体育场馆设施缺乏等方面的原因。为此,要使学生树立科学体育锻炼的理念,采取科学体育锻炼方法,提高体质健康水平。     

监狱严管效能渐趋式微及对策——从刑罚宽严相济视角解读

对极少数抗拒改造、行为恶劣的罪犯实施严管是保证监狱改造秩序,促进这部分罪犯改恶从善的必要惩戒措施,就狱内违法违纪的惩戒而言,它的指向并非是绝大多数积极改造的群体,它涉及刑事处罚的再犯罪毕竟少之又少,故严管措施确有其主流手段及相对严厉的惩戒效能。但是我们越来越体会到执法管理者的力不从心,严管罪犯的"不过如此"心态,严管效能渐趋式微。通过数据统计和理性分析,从宽严相济的视角出发,在罪犯心理、监狱相关措施、执法体系及教改手段等层面进行诱因探求,并在对策层面作一些探索,具有现实意义。     

The Impact of Language Status as an Acculturative Stressor on Internalizing and Externalizing Behaviors among Latino/a Children: A Longitudinal Analysis from School Entry through Third Grade

This study examined the relationship between limited English proficiency status, and internalizing and externalizing behaviors among a sample of Latino/a children (N = 2,840) from the US Department of Education’s Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, Kindergarten (ECLS-K) data set. Results of cross sectional regression and hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) analyses suggest that there is a positive relationship between limited English proficiency and externalizing symptoms, particularly by third grade. Additionally, sex and place of birth also helped to explain externalizing behaviors at various time points in the models. Place of birth and family poverty were significantly associated with internalizing symptoms. Implications for future research and interventions related to internalizing and externalizing behavior among the Latino/a school aged population are discussed.

不完全信息下大学生就业困境与就业知情权保障

信息的充分传递是市场资源高效配置的前提。就业市场上大学生就业信息的不完全,影响了大学生理性的进行学科选择和职业规划,导致高等教育人才供需双方不能有效衔接。知情权保障是解决主体信息不完全问题的唯一路径。我国应在立法上明确大学生就业知情权的内容,并通过政府的市场就业信息收集供给、高校就业信息服务、用人单位就业信息告知等,落实大学生就业的知情权。     

"以学生为本"的高校创新人才培养模式浅析

“以学生为本”是“以人为本”的科学发展观在高等教育中的最好体现。“以学生为本”的教学理念的新时期创新人才培养模式主要包括:高等教育管理部门及高等院校的管理者树立正确、先进的创新教育观念;注重学生全面素质的培养;转变办学模式,为学生自主性的发挥创造一个宽松的环境;改革高等教育的教学方法和教学手段;重视教师创新意识的培养等。     

浅谈当代大学生创新意识的培养

受现有教育体制和教育方式的限制,大学生的创新意识与创新能力亟待提高,这是我国高等教育所要解决的首要问题。为此,高校应该从树立创新教育理念、营造良好的创新氛围和提高大学生的文化底蕴入手,培养大学生的创新意识。
