按要素贡献分配的工会视角与任务思考 --学习胡锦涛总书记"七一"重要讲话的体会

按要素分配和劳动要素公正参与分配是贯彻十六大精神亟待研究与实践的新课题,也是工会贯彻落实胡锦涛同志七一重要讲话需要探索的问题.本文从劳动要素公正参与分配亟待破解的几个现实问题、平等博弈机制的构建与工会职能的强化、能力经济与职工素质培育等方面进行了理论和实践的分析,提出了贯彻实施的对策与建议.

国有企业职工阶层意识研究--对一家国有企业阶层关系的调查与分析

本文在对一家大型国有企业的问卷调查和数据分析的基础上,分析了该企业不同层级职工的职工认同感、职工自身对层级划分标准和所处层级的判断.提出相对于职工经济和社会地位的分化,其阶层意识虽然具有一定滞后性,但基本与之同步.     

民族调查研究中的视角定位与实践

任何民族调查研究都是立足于具体民族的社会事实来开展的学术活动。调查者的视角定位不同 ,往往会得到不同的调查研究结论。为此 ,本文从民族学 (文化人类学 )的角度对近年来调查研究中有关不同生境中的民族、当今社会中不同区域内的弱势群体、社会性别与发展以及调查角色的主位与客位等诸多问题在如何选定视角进行定位上进行了探讨 ,同时文中还通过一些调查实例对这一研究方法的实践价值进行了分析

Abstract

Singapore was ranked second in Accenture's e-Government Leadership study in the years 2000, 2001, and 2002. As an innovative leader in e-government, Singapore strives to achieve the concept of “Many Agencies, One Government” by delivering services that are integrated from the customer's viewpoint, regardless of the number of agencies involved in providing the service. The Singapore e-Government Action Plan was launched in June 2000 with the vision of transforming public service into a leading e-government program to better serve the nation in the digital economy.     

色觉电生理学研究进展及其法医学应用价值

色觉是视觉功能的重要组成部分。目前色觉的检查主要依靠主观检查方法,研究和探索色觉客观检查方法具有重要的临床意义和法医学价值。随着现代科学技术的日益进步,视觉电生理学检查方法已逐渐成为色觉临床诊断与研究的重要手段。视网膜电图（electroretinogram,ERG）可以对不同的锥细胞及色觉异常进行区分,不同颜色刺激所产生的视觉诱发电位（visual evoked potential,VEP）也有不同的形态特征。通过对不同视觉电生理学检测方法,尤其是视网膜电图、闪光诱发电位、图形诱发电位等在色觉研究方面的新进展等文献的复习表明,色觉电生理研究技术将为网膜功能、脑功能的法医临床学评定提供重要手段。     

扫描图像视觉诱发电位视力与国际视力表视力的比较

目的研究扫描图像视觉诱发电位视力与国际视力表视力之间的相关性。方法通过对一组正常视力者插片模拟视力下降,并记录扫描图像VEP,研究二者的相关性。在SPVEP视力测定时,应用八个不同空间频率的垂直光栅作为刺激,刺激时间频率为25Hz,每一空间频率SPVEP振幅的均值经傅立叶转换分析显示,绘制振幅-空间频率曲线,并通过外推法估计视力。结论在视力中等度损害时,SPVEP视力与国际视力表视力相关性好。当国际视力表视力低于0.42时,SPVEP视力高于国际视力表视力;当国际视力表视力高于0.42时,SPVEP视力低于国际视力表视力。     

社会主义政治价值理念与宽容社会愿景——关于中国特色社会主义的一种政治文化解读

社会主义作为一种政治意识形态仍然具有强韧的生命力.社会主义的基本政治价值由核心价值、社会政治主体价值、社会理想价值三部分构成.在中国近代以来的不同历史时期,关于社会主艾的理解和诠释有很大差异.当务之急,是要从20世纪60-70年代的激进思维中走出来,实现从斗争到宽容的政治价值理念转换.宽容是社会主义价值理念的应然前提,宽容社会是人类文明的理想状态,以宽容为标的的社会主义将成为中国社会发展愿景.     

Permanent Ocular Injury Following Paintball Pellet Hit: A Medicolegal Case

Paintball is a ubiquitous recreation, with severe and occasionally irreversible injuries. In this study, a rare medicolegal case of paintball‐related closed globe blunt ocular injury was described. An 18‐year‐old boy who was hit in his right eye by a paintball pellet presented with severe eye pain and blurred vision. Ophthalmologic examinations showed lid edema, conjunctival hyperemia, conjunctival laceration, subconjunctival hemorrhage, corneal edema, anterior vitreous hemorrhage, congested sclera, commotio retinae, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal hemorrhage, macular edema, and macular hole. After maximum medical improvement, the patient who sustained incurable maculopathy and decreased visual acuity was referred to the legal medicine center for appraisal of the impairment. AMA Guides was used to assess the impairment of the functional vision. Despite his monocular visual defect, the patient was rated in the range of mild vision loss namely AMA class 1 with 22 percentage visual system impairment.     

UK development policy and domestic politics 1997–2016

Debate surrounds the relative importance of development aid and development policy in donor efforts to support international development. Likewise, the literature on UK development policy points to its putative stability and consistency over time. Both perspectives, however, underplay the political contention which characterises UK development policy and its variable effects. This article, therefore, examines UK development policy between 1997 and 2016 and the varying extent to which it gave rise to contentious politics over time. It explores three politically-significant periods in the context of UK development policy between 1997 and 2016: the first between 1997 and 2003, characterised, I argue, by political consensus and managed contention; a second between 2003 and 2010, characterised by transition and emerging political contention; and a third, between 2010 and 2016, characterised by contentious politics and political fracturing. I associate the first period with effective political vision and direction and the third with a significant erosion of both, to the detriment of UK development policy and its efficacy. In conclusion, I argue that UK development policy has been most effective when it has been underpinned by a clear and consensual political vision.
