HPLC—ESI—MS／MS法测定全血中溴敌隆

目的建立全血中测定溴敌隆的高效液相色谱-电喷雾-质谱联用检测方法。方法血液样品经乙醚提取后，采用Ultra Cl8柱（150mm×2．1mm×5μm）；柱温：23℃；流动相：甲醇；流速：200μl／min；在负离子模式下，通过电喷雾电离（ESI），多反应监测（MRM）测定，外标法定量分析溴敌隆。结果在0．1-50mg／1范围内两者均呈良好的线性关系。溴敌隆的回收率为94．34％（RSD=7．3％），考察了方法的基质抑制作用（matrix effect，ME）（％）=B／A×100％=91．86％（RSD=4．78％）定量检出限为0．028ng。结论本方法简便、灵敏度高、定性定量准确，可以作为检验全血中溴敌隆检验的一种手段。     

COLLEGE OR BUST: REPLACING “COLLEGE PREP FOR ALL” WITH A THREE‐TIERED EDUCATIONAL MODEL BASED ON STUDENT ABILITIES

A new educational trend has developed over the past decade that may actually be doing more harm to high school students than good. States have been passing legislation requiring high school students to complete a college prep‐level curriculum in order to receive a high school diploma. While this push for higher academic achievement is a great idea, students are not given the educational base they need to be able to succeed in such a program once they reach high school and many are left without the skills necessary to handle such academic expectations. This Note proposes guidelines for changing these rigid state statutes in favor of a Three‐Tiered System that gives students options based on their academic abilities and urges states to adopt these changes.     

Developments in educational legislation in Germany The program of the school – a new word in German school legislation

This article describes a conflict within the development of German schools towards more autonomy: by law the schools have to develop their own school program to describe the aims and goals of the school. But schools lack the knowledge to do so, and financial support can only be given in very rare cases. So this key element for the development of autonomous schools may not fulfil its purpose.     

法家学派的渊源与属性考论

以诸子学视角重新审视法家诸子的内在联系,质疑司马谈《论六家要旨》对儒家、墨家、道家、法家并列划分的合理性,对法家学派的渊源重新进行考察,结合先秦儒、墨、道三家显学的演变传承、互相影响之过程,析清法家学派的属性。韩非之前法家作为松散的学术集合体,法家诸子分属不同学派,直到韩非继承三家显学传承,法家学派才得以确立。韩非作为法家集大成者、诸子集大成者,在中国传统学术史上具有承前启后的划时代意义。     

在初中开展青春期教育的实践与反思——以“重要性回答”、“性角色定位”两课为例

新课标推行后,思想品德课程标准与原思想政治课课程标准在教学内容的比较上,增补了对初中学生进行青春期教育的内容。本章总结中学生青春期教育过程中存在的问题,结合思想品德课程教学积极探索解决问题的办法。     

中学生宽恕风格的发展及其与道德判断能力的相关研究

本研究以宽恕风格问卷和青少年道德判断能力测验为测量工具，探讨了我国中学生宽恕风格发展的特点及其与道德判断能力的关系。研究表明：中学生宽恕风格发展的年级差异显著；总体上中学生宽恕风格发展的性别差异不显著，但在某些情境中存在显著差异；中学生的宽恕风格与道德判断能力之间存在显著的正相关。     

论教师课堂中的行动逻辑

自2001年以来,中国大陆地区开始了自上而下的新课程改革实验。政府和教育专家们基于教育理念决定教育行为的认识,对广大教师实施了大规模的培训,旨在灌输新理念。通过对小学教师访谈材料的分析,认为真正长期决定教师课堂行为的是教师对课堂有效性的选择,这其中既包括早年获得的缄默知识和长期形成的教育惯习,也包含所在群体组织的集体性的知识环境。     

试述大学英语的可持续性教育

在进入到21世纪后,国家教育部相继制订了《普通高中英语课程标准》及《大学英语课程教学要求》,开始对实行多年的英语教学进行反思,加强了中学英语教育与高校英语教育的衔接。本文对《课程标准》及《教学要求》进行分析对比,论证大学英语教育在教学目标、学习策略和自主性培养等多方面的可持续性发展的可行性,为实现教学服务社会的终极目标提供理论依据。     

城乡统筹视角下县乡财政改革探讨

我国农村税费改革,一方面为农村经济发展和农民收入增加提供了良好的环境和条件,另一方面也给县乡财政带来了困难和压力。要缓解这些困难和压力,必须在城乡统筹视角下加大县乡财政改革的力度,本文即从该视角出发,对县乡财政改革中的困难提出应对措施。     

State Government,Political Competition and Education Reform: Comparative Lessons from Brazil

The article explores the connection between democratisation, decentralisation and sub‐national policy making. It seeks to explain variation in the policy choices that were made by Brazilian state governments in the definition of school governance structures following the return to democracy. Whereas some state governments decided to institute the election of school principals by parents, students and teachers, others decided on the maintenance of opaque and discretionary practices that secured the distribution of school posts according to political criteria. The research relies on primary comparative evidence from three states: Bahia, Ceará and Minas Gerais. The argument is that the institutional choices made by state governments depended on the structure of political competition and on the extent and intensity of elite divisions at the state level.
