UPLC-MS/MS测定全血中的氯丙嗪

目的建立全血中氯丙嗪的UPLC-MS/MS分析方法。方法采用乙腈沉淀蛋白,以Waters ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18柱(2.1mm×50mm,1.7μm)分离,乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,正离子方式检测,多反应离子监测模式(MRM)。结果血液中氯丙嗪在1～100ng/mL范围内线形关系良好,检出限为0.01ng/mL,回收率为81.81%～89.36%,日内、日间精密度分别为9.3%、12.1%。结论本方法准确、快速,可用于全血中氯丙嗪的定性定量分析。

Abstract

Mentors and school heads play cardinal roles in teacher education programmes in most countries, including Zimbabwe. The side-effects of such symbiosis have not yet been investigated fully. This article used a qualitative methodological approach to investigate the perceptions of some Zimbabwean student teachers regarding their teaching practice experiences. A sample of 10 ex-teaching practice students from a teacher education college was selected and interviewed during data collection using a semi-structured interview schedule. The participants reported a high prevalence of sexual harassment/aggression of the students by the host schools' heads and mentors, irrespective of student gender. The form of aggression included seeking sexual favours and intimidation. Most perpetrators used metaphors and satirical or sarcastic language to convey their intentions. The female student teachers reported higher incidences than did the male students. Constant workshopping is imperative to remind mentors and school heads of their professional and social obligations regarding teacher education.     

“统一唯一国家所有权”理论的悖谬及改革切入点分析

“统一唯一国家所有权”理论存在严重问题:其理论上悖谬困窘,无法自圆其说,实践中导致国有资产保护极度乏力.从概念和逻辑上来说,无论是在国际法还是在内国法上,“国家”与“全民”均不能等同,因而,国家所有权与全民所有权不可能同义,抽象的“国家”无法成为民法上具体“物”的所有权主体.基于实践视角观察,在所谓的”统一唯一国家所有权“内还存在诸多利益冲突,如分税制体现出的中央政府与地方政府的利益划分、各地方政府之间的利益纠葛,以及“央企”与地方国企的利益争夺等,这表明”统一唯一的国家所有权“事实上并不存在.自民法理论而言,现行国家所有权制度严重违背民法科学原理,其主体、客体、权利、义务及责任等民事法律关系五个基本要素均不明确和确定.因此,应尽速废止“童话式的统一唯一国家所有权”理论,代之以符合民法科学原理的公法法人所有权理论.     

Incidental findings and future testing methodologies: potential application of the ACMG 2013 recommendations

Reactions to the first clinical recommendations for the return of incidental findings (IFs) from genomic sequencing published by the American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG) were polarized and resolute. Exploring the three main points of controversy: mandatory testing, testing children for adult conditions, and selection of conditions to be reported on, illuminates concerns for and conservation of bioethical principles—specifically, autonomy and non-directiveness. With the historical context of genetic testing in mind, this article studies the potential application of the ACMG recommendations to embryonic testing in the form of preimplantation genetic diagnosis. Theoretical extension of the current recommendations assists in the identification of bioethical dilemmas and possible societal impacts. The recommendations make a statement on the importance of diagnosis and intervention for specific genetic conditions, setting a precedent for disease classification and patient autonomy. In the extreme, the clinical application of such recommendations prenatally may result in discarded embryos, and less societal tolerance of specific conditions. Skilled professionals, such as genetic counselors, researchers, and lawmakers must work together to maintain patient autonomy, providing care in the best interest of each patient.     

Transportation and Socioemotional Well-Being of Urban Students With and Without Disabilities

This study explored the extent to which transportation difficulties were associated with social, psychological, and academic experiences of urban, at-risk students who recently experienced a school transition. Participants included 165 predominantly African American and Latino/a high school youth with and without disabilities, a critical population for community psychology to address given their likelihood of multiple marginalizations. Results suggested transportation problems within school predicted more school stressors and aggressive behavior. Transportation problems to and from school predicted fewer school resources, less school belonging, and more school stressors, anxiety, and depression. Greater time to get to school predicted fewer school resources, less school belonging, and more depressive symptoms. This study demonstrates the importance of including transportation in how the school day is conceptualized, and offers several implications for how transportation services can be best addressed.

新形势下促进高职院校毕业生就业问题研究——以大连市高职生就业为例

对大连市高职院校毕业生就业现状的分析发现,高职院校毕业生面临就业压力不断增大、学校日渐重视就业工作、不同专业就业不平衡等现象。为切实缓解高职院校毕业生就业问题,本文以大连市高职大学生就业基本情况为例,从政府、企业、高职院校、家庭和高职大学生等五个方面出发提出促进高职毕业生就业的对策,以期为改善高职院校毕业生的就业现状提供借鉴意义。
