井冈山斗争时期历史人物袁文才、王佐研究述评

袁文才、王佐是井冈山斗争时期具有传奇色彩的两个特殊人物,近年来,部分党史研究者对袁文才、王佐这两个人物保持了浓厚的研究兴趣,先后有200多篇论文涉及这两个人物,内容集中在:解密袁文才、王佐被错杀的原因,袁文才、王佐对创建井冈山根据地的贡献,改造袁文才、王佐部队的过程以及袁文才、王佐与井冈山根据地其他主要人物的关系等。研究袁文才、王佐对澄清历史事实、防止"左"倾错误、正确选用人才有一定的借鉴意义。     

On the Progress of Women/Gender Studies in China from the Collection of Women＇s Studies ——Analysis of the Changes in the Columns, Themes and Contents ill the Past 20 Years

本文对《妇女研究论丛》创刊20年来的栏目变化、刊文情况以及主题与内容进行分析,探讨中国妇女/性别研究进展。结论认为,中国妇女/性别研究经历了由浅入深、不断走向成熟的过程,学术性和实践价值都在不断增强。但仍需进一步加强妇女/性别研究的理论创新,加强有关妇女发展和性别平等的重大现实问题研究,加强妇女发展与性别平等法律与政策研究,促进中国妇女/性别学科建设。     

Nordic vs. anti-Nordic: the Galton Society and the American Anthropological Association

Most homegrown commentators on race and multiculturalism in Britain find it very difficult to believe that multi-ethnic Britain has anything much it can learn from continental Europe. Arguing against this view, Favell diagnoses the reasons why British academics tend to fall back on 'exceptionalist' arguments. It is wrong to characterize the achievements and peculiarities of British multicultural race relations in terms that disconnect it from similar developments in other West European countries. Favell goes on to discuss the wide-ranging impact of black British cultural studies on research in Britain, exploring the limitations in particular of the paradigm laid down by the influential work of Stuart Hall. Offering an alternative comparative approach to understanding race relations and immigration in Britain, he sets out the distinctive insights to be found when Britain is looked at in terms of general international theories of citizenship and migration. Policymakers and policy academics in Britain, however, continue to work within a framework of ideas and concepts that is becoming increasingly less responsive to the challenge of new migrations-such as asylum-seekers and new economic migrants - which have come to dominate the European scene in the last decade.     

环境法学研究范式变革的基础与导向

环境法学研究范式的确立对环境法学理论体系的建构、指导环境问题的解决有重要的意义.当下"主客一体"的革命性范式,彰显了相关论者范式建构的自觉,并推动了环境法理论的多元化发展.但是,这种范式由于一定程度上忽视"人"的价值序位而遭遇同样的困境,以理论建构为重心同样忽视了对应对环境问题实践的有用性的追求.环境法学研究范式变革应以"以人为本"、协调发展为指导,在一定限度内完成向"实践导向"的转变.重建现代环境法学方法论应该从主体要求、价值观要求、技术要求及规范要求四个维度展开,社会工程哲学基础上的创新恰恰涵盖了这四个方面的规定性.因此我们的任务就是如何将社会工程的系统论哲学恰当地应用于环境法学研究范式的变革中.     

从西方语言研究与汉语研究的相互影响看语言共性

自 2 0世纪中期以来 ,语言共性论业已深入人心。但不论在国际上还是在国内 ,语言研究者大多是从语言类型比较或是从对人类语言器官的初始状态的生成解释这样的角度来研究语言共性的。本文试图从语言理论的相互影响这一角度 ,以历史的眼光看待语言共性论 ,从而证明 :尽管不同语言在表层结构上千差万别 ,但就其深层结构而言 ,具有不可忽视的一致性     

中国乡村研究的现状评述和趋向分析

该文主要说明了乡村研究的内容性质、活动状况、以及趋向可能。从现状来讲，乡村研究正在把农村的现代化发展作为一个自为的文明形态来对待，而不是仅仅从对象性角度来寻求所谓“三农”问题的解决。通过对15年来各种实证调研的关注方面和运作方式的综述分析可以看出，乡村研究日益体现为从学术探讨和工作建议相结合的角度对某种文明形态建设的参与。乡村研究的发展趋向至少包括三个方面的可能，即继续保持学术研究和实际工作紧密结合的特点、对农村现代化建设的参与方式和途径更加多样化、乡村研究作为某种专门学科的逐步形成。     

EXAMINING THE (IR)RELEVANCE OF AGGREGATION BIAS FOR MULTILEVEL STUDIES OF NEIGHBORHOODS AND CRIME WITH AN EXAMPLE COMPARING CENSUS TRACTS TO OFFICIAL NEIGHBORHOODS IN CINCINNATI*

Different operational definitions of neighborhood boundaries could generate differences in empirical relationships between ecological dynamics and crime. As a call for research on whether aggregation bias is an issue for related studies, this note compares bi‐level models predicting re‐arrest for domestic violence with census tracts versus officially defined city neighborhoods as macro units. Results indicate that both types of units generate the same substantive findings at the aggregate and individual levels of analysis. Similarities also exist between these results and those from previous multilevel studies of crime and victimization despite differences in the aggregate units across studies (including block groups).     

中国千年佛经翻译的总结者--赞宁

宋代僧人赞宁 (919- 10 0 1)编撰的《宋高僧传》记载了从南北朝至宋朝五百余年间 38位译经高僧及其成果 ,总结了前人的经验并阐述了他自己独到的见解。本文论述了赞宁的翻译观和方法论 ,认为他在对我国译经史进行系统总结后提出的“折中适时”的原则填补了我国古代翻译史上“缺失”的一环 ,值得当今翻译史和翻译理论工作者的重视和进一步探讨。     

Legitimating totalitarianism: Melodrama and mass politics in North Korean film

This article attempts to analyze the construction and maintenance of political legitimacy in North Korea through the lens of its state-produced films. After classifying North Korea’s regime as totalitarian, we then discuss the strategies of legitimation available given this classification, and highlight the importance of ideology therein. Next, we demonstrate the importance of film within North Korea’s ideological apparatus and thematically analyze six North Korean films dating from 1948-2006. From this analysis, we situate the social role of film in contemporary North Korea and argue that it will remain a crucial force amongst the country’s various attempts to maintain legitimacy.
