政法高职教育发展的基本历程和主要经验[1]--以北京政法职业学院为例

政法高等职业教育从20世纪80年代创建以来,先后经历了从办学性质转变、到办学规模扩大、再到办学内涵提升的发展过程及其不同阶段,在办学定位、人才培养、教学改革、专业建设、课程建设、实践教学、学生管理、社会服务、科学研究等方面积累了丰富经验,取得了一系列标志性成果。在现代职业教育体系和“双一流”建设的新形势下,回顾和总结几十年来政法高等职业教育发展的基本历程和主要经验,对于推进政法高等职业教育的发展、构建现代职业教育体系、办好人民满意的高等职业教育等,都具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。     

PBL教学法在治安案件查处课程学习中的应用初探

PBL教学法实行以学生为中心的教学和管理模式,这种学习理念在世界各国的大学得到广泛重视,并呈现出不同的实践形态,PBL已被证实为一种经济型的高等教育模式。以治安案件查处课程为例,在教学方法上可以尝试采用PBL教学法以提高学生的学习兴趣,增强学生的学习主动性,从而改善学习效果。     

Sacred Belonging: Writing,Religion and Community in H.D.'s Second World War Novels

Abstract: This article considers two works from H.D.'s Second World War writing: The Gift and The Sword Went Out to Sea. In these texts, H.D. situates herself in the context of diverse intimate communities: her spiritualist circle, her partnership with Bryher, her family and previous generations of Moravians. These communities ground her personal vision of writing as a spiritual exercise that will bring healing to both the individual psyche and the wider society ravaged by war. The significance of community is such that when she becomes isolated, desolation and breakdown follow. The restoration of communication and community through vision and writing leads to healing and a particular understanding of religious modernism as a unity of spiritual and material, transcendent and ordinary.

民办高校思想政治课理论教学现状与对策研究

调查显示:为了客观真实地了解当前大学生在经过思想政治理论课05方案实施后的变化,笔者通过对民办高校的在校大学生和已毕业参加工作的学生展开思想政治理论课教学现状网络问卷调查和师生座谈交流,观察到学生对这类课程的态度有了可喜的变化,但这其中还存在一些问题,需要进一步完善教学模式、考核制度,提高教师素质,做到理论与实际相结合,增强思想政治理论课教学的实效性、针对性。     

治安专业教学计划课程体系的调查与启示

围绕素质教育的需要,结合我校教学改革的实际情况,从实践和培养合格人民警察的需要出发,经广泛调研,结果表明:在对“两课”予以充分肯定的前提下,治安专业教学计划课程体系的设计要厚基础,宽专业口径;要注重实用性;要加强实践性课程;要符合社会需求,又要有利于“通才”教育;多开选修课;增开《公共关系学》、《社会调查研究》等课程。     

法学课程“课程思政”教学改革探索--以《刑事诉讼法》为例

习近平总书记曾多次强调,全面推进依法治国需要培养大批德法兼修的高素质法治人才。因此,法学课程的课程思政教学改革任重道远。本文以《刑事诉讼法》为例,明确课程思政教学改革的目标和遵循的基本原则,发掘、梳理和充实课程知识点中的思政元素与内涵,并将其融入到教学设计中。同时,归纳课程思政的教学方法与教学设计,丰富课程思政的教学内容与实践路径,实现专业知识教育与思想政治教育的有机融合。最终实现立德树人,培养德法兼修的社会主义法治接班人。     

公安院校精品课教材建设初探

教材建设是公安院校精品课程建设中非常重要的一环,在深化教育教学改革、全面推进素质教育、培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才中具有重要的作用。在公安院校精品课教材建设中,应就教材的定位和原则等方面进行深入的研究与探讨。     

PRECOCIOUS ROLE ENTRY AS A MEDIATING FACTOR IN WOMEN'S METHAMPHETAMINE USE: IMPLICATIONS FOR LIFE‐COURSE AND PATHWAYS RESEARCH*

Precocious adoption of adult roles and responsibilities at an early age often has been linked to substance abuse and criminal behavior. Yet, much of the existing research suggests that early offending behaviors induce precocious movement into adulthood; less attention has focused on the way in which early adoption of adult roles and responsibilities might itself contribute to the onset of offending. In the following article, we examine the cumulative impact of early transitions into adult roles and responsibilities on the onset of methamphetamine (MA) use. Through inductive analyses of interviews with women methamphetamine users, we identified a range of adult roles and responsibilities that women described as facilitating their initiation into MA use, including family caretaking, motherhood, independent living, and peer and romantic associations with adults. Such findings have theoretical implications for both life‐course perspectives and feminist pathways research. They highlight the importance of attending to the timing and sequencing of experiences as well as highlight the gendered nature of these processes.     

ADOLESCENT VIOLENT VICTIMIZATION AND PRECOCIOUS UNION FORMATION*

This article bridges scholarship in criminology and family sociology by extending arguments about “precocious exits” from adolescence to consider early union formation as a salient outcome of violent victimization for youths. Research indicates that early union formation is associated with several negative outcomes; yet the absence of attention to union formation as a consequence of violent victimization is noteworthy. We address this gap by drawing on life course theory and data from the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent Health (Add Health) to examine the effect of violent victimization (“street” violence) on the timing of first coresidential union formation—differentiating between marriage and cohabitation—in young adulthood. Estimates from Cox proportional hazard models show that adolescent victims of street violence experience higher rates of first union formation, especially marriage, early in the transition to adulthood; however, this effect declines with age, as such unions become more normative. Importantly, the effect of violent victimization on first union timing is robust to controls for nonviolent delinquency, substance abuse, and violent perpetration. We conclude by discussing directions for future research on the association between violent victimization and coresidential unions with an eye toward the implications of such early union formation for desistance.
