领导干部压力与心理健康实证研究--以合肥市为例

随着改革开放的不断深入,领导干部在经济社会发展中所担负的责任越来越重,加之领导干部非正常死亡和过劳死的现象日益增多,其所承受的压力及由此引发的心理健康问题也备受关注。为了进一步了解合肥市领导干部面临的压力,以及由压力导致的心理健康问题,为此对合肥市领导干部因为压力导致的心理健康问题和原因,进行了深入的调查和研究并提出相应的对策。     

SITUATED IDENTITIES OF YOUNG, AFRICAN AMERICAN FATHERS IN LOW-INCOME URBAN SETTINGS

Young, low-income, African American fathers have been at the center of research, practice, and policy on families over the past decade. This article uses a "voicing" analytic technique to examine identities among young, low-income, African American fathers living in an urban setting; the intersections of these identities; and the fathers' perceptions of the influences of familial, peer, and legal systems as barriers and resources in their development as fathers and the sustainability of their fathering roles. The primary questions addressed urban fathers' representations of their transition to fatherhood, intergenerational relationships, transformative events, and visions of a possible self. Results from a survey, focus groups, and interviews suggest that the fathers seek to reinvent themselves and reconstruct their identities by separating from street life, redefine home as a place of stability, and challenge the practices of social and legal systems that appear to work against their responsible fathering.

大力培养民族干部是正确解决中国民族问题的关键,90年来中国共产党一直在重视和加强民族干部工作,并适时地制定培养民族干部的方针、政策和措施,为做好各个时期的民族工作提供了坚实的政治组织保障;90年来,中国共产党在处理民族问题上,取得了举世公认的伟大成就,形成了一整套行之有效的民族干部政策,为新时期加强民族干部工作提供了宝贵经验。     

Exploring psychological features in adolescents who assault their parents: a different profile of young offenders?

This study aimed to explore some psychological features of adolescents who have been reported by their parents for being violent towards them, analysing how they differ from other young offenders and from non-offender adolescents. Concretely, the presence of clinical diagnosis was explored and whether these juveniles received some psychological/psychiatric treatment. Moreover, this study examined substance use and some variables that characterise the social-cognitive style of these juveniles, along with the level of self-esteem. Information concerning clinical diagnosis and psychological/psychiatric treatment was extracted from the young offenders’ legal files. Measures included the social-cognitive subscale from the attitudes and social-cognitive strategies questionnaire (AECS), Rosenberg self-esteem scale, and a structured interview to assess substance use. Results indicated that juveniles who assaulted their parents present a different profile when compared to the other groups, as they showed a higher presence of psychopathology and more social-cognitive difficulties. Results are discussed in terms of their implications for the design and implementation of specific treatments with these aggressive adolescents.

强化领导干部的生活作风建设

当前少数领导干部生活作风不良,危及党的形象和命运,导致"四风"的蔓延,成为发展的阻力。为此,我们必须高度重视并采取创新性举措,着力"三观"教育,夯实人生之基;着力更新观念,弘扬优秀生活品格;着力制度建设,规范和引导良好的生活作风等等,进一步强化领导干部生活作风建设,变阻力为动力。     

关于领导干部思想道德建设的思考

从源头上根治腐败 ,必须首先加强领导干部的思想道德建设 ,准确定位人生座标。为此 ,一方面要加强政治理论学习 ,注重世界观的改造 ;一方面要牢固树立群众观点 ,自觉接受群众监督。同时 ,党组织的严格教育和管理 ,也是加强领导干部思想道德建设的重要保证。     

坚定理想信念 提升道德品行

理想信念是共产党人的精神支柱、政治灵魂,道德品行是一个人为人处事的根本。领导干部要坚定理想信念和提升道德品行,就必须对理想信念和道德品行有正确的认识;必须意识到坚定理想信念、提升道德品行尤为必要重要,具有积极深远的意义;必须清醒明白坚定理想信念和提升道德品行是当好干部的首要标准,是改变干部不良现状的迫切需要,是干部助力实现中国梦的客观要求;必须坚持学习马克思主义理论、坚定"三个自信"、坚守"三严三实"和践行社会主义核心价值观。     

建筑业“面心实”活动应重在满足青年职工和青年农民工的实际需求

青年职工与青年农民工，现已成为各建筑项目的主体力量。前者渴望享受带薪休假，渴望扩大交友圈子，渴望解决婚恋问题，渴望得到与领导直接交流的机会，渴望及时获知与企业发展和个人成长相关的信息，渴望参加新颖、活泼、高雅的文化活动；后者则渴望获得较充分的专业培训，渴望得到参加社会活动的机会，夫妻同在工地打工的还渴望能与配偶住在一起。“面心实”活动就应着力解决他们这类实际需求。     

转变经济发展方式与提升领导干部的执行力

加快经济发展方式的转变,是我国目前经济和社会领域的一场深刻变革。能否成功进行转变,关键在于领导干部。作为社会主义现代化建设的重要领导力量,领导干部的观念、能力和工作直接影响到转变工作的进行。要使他们的执行力与经济发展方式的转变这一工作相协调,就必须在主观认识水平、科学发展能力、引导市场能力等方面要有相应的提升。
