社会进步为青年发展提供了土壤和空间,青年又成为推动社会进步的最活跃力量。在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,浙江青年将以自身日益饱满的精神创造新的天地。文章力图从观念、行为、现实三个层次探求新时期浙江青年的总体形象、鲜明特征和发展趋势,在此基础上为浙江共青团以及青年工作提供思想支持。     

关于共青团服务“两新组织”青年探析——基于对广州市“两新组织”青年的实地调研

调查显示,广州市＂两新组织＂青年迫切需要解决的5大问题依次为：＂提高工资收入＂、＂住房问题＂、＂就业指导＂、＂恋爱情感问题＂、＂权益保障＂。此外,＂70后＂青年的＂健康＂压力更突显,＂80后＂青年的＂家庭＂压力更突显,＂90后＂青年的＂学习＂压力更突显。基于对广州市＂两新组织＂青年的实地调研,了解青年的生活及需求现状,提出共青团有效服务青年的相关建议。     

青年自我发展矛盾性论析

青年自我发展的矛盾性是青年特殊本质的外在表现，在现实中主要表现为需要与能力之间的矛盾、认知与行为之间的矛盾、行为与社会规制之间的矛盾、自我评价的矛盾等。可以通过良好社会环境的营造、科学青年教育的开展和有效心理救助的提供等途径，缓解青年自我发展的矛盾性，促进青年的健康成长和顺利发展。     

Governance and youth unemployment in Africa

ABSTRACT

The objective of this study is to identify governance indicators that can reduce youth unemployment in Africa. Thereby, the authors incorporated governance indicators into the growth model. The dynamic panel estimation of the model, based on data from the World Bank, the IMF and UNCTAD for the period 2002–2016 found that some governance indicators such as control of corruption and political stability have a negative influence on youth unemployment in Africa. Moreover, political stability does not reduce youth unemployment in highly corrupt countries which are rich in natural resources. Similarly, other governance indicators such as government effectiveness, regulatory quality, the rule of law, voice and accountability are not yet producing the expected effects in African countries. As a result, political authorities must improve governance indicators, including the control of corruption and political stability.

青年数字游戏娱乐的碎片化倾向——以掌上游戏为例

伴随新传媒时代的来临，青年的数字游戏消费日趋娱乐化和碎片化。在平台众多、软件丰富和功能全面的掌上游戏消费中，主流消费者为青年。因消费目的和理念的迥异致使青年的数字游戏娱乐逐渐走向碎片化。消费数字游戏的青年可细分为核心玩家群体、休闲娱乐一族、消费时代的跟风人群和追求身份认同者等几类亚文化群体。     

深入实践科学发展观 培养基层青年检察人才

强化基层青年检察人才的培养,是全面推动检察工作可持续发展的着力点、突破点和增长点,把青年检察人才的培养工作推向更高层次,才能为各项检察事业的科学发展奠定坚实基础。本文从科学发展观与青年检察人才培养的关系,基层检察院青年检察人才培养存在的问题等角度出发,对加强基层院青年检察人才培养的措施进行了简要探究。

文章在认真分析了磐安特色文化资源的基础上，从校外文化活动对青少年成长的重要作用，挖掘本地区特色文化资源，创新青少年校外文化活动三个方面，对如何开展青少年校外文化活动进行积极有效的探索。     

Chapter 4: Adult Descriptions of Public Achievement

SUMMARY

Adult volunteers who work as experiential educators in Public Achievement (PA) told us about their experiences, and we contrasted these with the stated aims of Public Achievement, young peoples' experiences, and what it is like to be an adult volunteer. PA coaches reflected that there was a significant disjuncture between the official aims of PA and their lived experiences working with youth. Even though this was a source of frustration, PA coaches did come to have personally meaningful experiences working with youth, and this provoked reflection on their own understanding of citizenship, democracy, and public work.
