妈祖文化经贸园在津动工兴建

<正>由本市汉沽区与台湾台中县大甲镇澜宫共同合作、投资约40亿元的妈祖文化经贸园项目正式开工建设。妈祖文化经贸园坐落在滨海休闲旅游区内,占地750亩,全部通过填海造路而成。     

透视开放源代码软件--SCO vs.IBM

2003年3月6日,拥有Unix操作系统专利权的SCO公司,向其总部所在地美国犹他州盐湖郡的第三地方法院提起诉讼。该案包括多项诉由,其中主要诉由是与Linux有关。SCO控告IBM违反软件许可协议,非法将UNIX软件的部分源代码贡献给Linux的开发者,用于Linux软件的开发,并利用了UNIX软件的技术和方法帮助Linux2.4x和Linux2.5x软件增强功能和提高性能,而且IBM有意向开放源码界贡献全部的UNIX代码,为此SCO集团向IBM提出了高达10亿美金的赔偿金。5月14日,SCO继续扩大法律行动,发函给全球1500家
