基于日本有哲学的前提,简要阐述了其代表西田哲学的形成及其体系,认为《善的研究》的出版奠定了西田哲学的基础,《场所》论文的发表,标志“西田哲学”的诞生。从“纯粹经验”的提出,到“场所逻辑”的形成,意味着西田的哲学思索已经触及哲学问题的根底并展开了逻辑化的建构,象征着西田哲学臻于成熟。纯粹经验→自觉→场所→辩证法的世界→绝对矛盾的自己同一的展开,构成了西田哲学的体系。当下,研究西田哲学就是要重新思考西田的问题意识及其所阐释的问题的现代意义。  相似文献

This paper discusses ways to build up in-house lifelong learning (ILL) competency with reference to the principles of communication-culture convergence (CCC). Successful CCC, in general, requires meeting three conditions: Securing diverse but appropriate learning technologies, enhancing the value of effectiveness and coordinating interests among stake holders. It, to be specific, necessitates theory-workplace-balanced implementation of five elements: Diagnosing lifelong learning needs, formulating learning goals, identifying appropriate human material resources, choosing goal strategies, and evaluating learning outputs. Lastly, CCC-driven ILL-focused figure and tables are shown to exemplify a successful interconnection between ILL convergence principles and competency requirements. Then, five South Korean cases are briefly summarized to show a discrepancy between the ILL competency guide and a real world of ILL practice. Significance and suggestions are drawn.  相似文献

80年代以来,安徽省国际贸易和利用外商直接投资(FDI)迅猛发展。该文利用协整检验(Co-integra-tionTest)和格兰杰因果关系检验的方法,运用安徽省1985-2008年数据检验了国际贸易与FDI之间的长期相互关系。实证结果表明:安徽省国际国际贸易与FDI之间的关系是贸易投资一体化。在此基础上,提出安徽省应该注重国际贸易投资政策的协同关系。  相似文献

《刑法修正案(七)》出台之前,针对官员身边人受贿行为的法律规定存在漏洞,使得官员身边人收受贿赂后往往得不到应有的惩罚,很多人还借此逃脱法律的制裁。《刑法修正案(七)》在《刑法》第三百八十八条中增加了相应内容,这对进一步遏制腐败现象的滋生与蔓延,将我国的反腐败斗争不断地向纵深推进,无疑具有重大的意义。  相似文献

一切规范的存在,都是为给纠纷解决预备一套方案,民间法也不例外。文明时代的纠纷解决方式,一般分为三种:一种是司法诉讼方式,其规范运用的特点是以法律为主,以民间法为辅,即使在司法调解中,也保持这一特点。另一种是诉讼替代性纠纷解决方案,如调解、仲裁等,其规范运用的特点是在法律、民间法的选择上,难分彼此,说不上谁主谁辅,在这种纠纷处理中,当事人本身具有规范适用的选择权和权利处分的选择权,这就使规范的运用要灵活得多,更多时当事人之间还通过主持人自己协商处理规范——制定纠纷解决协议。第三种是私力救济,它可以分为启动形式合法的私力救济和启动形式非法的私力救济。在私力救济中,其规范运用反倒是以民间法为主,国家法最多只为辅助。如上情形的出现,乃是因为司法的目的是为了判断是非,而诉讼替代性纠纷解决方案以及私力救济解决纠纷的目的,主要是为了平息矛盾。  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to understand and clarify the strategies, characteristics, and practices of human resource management (HRM) in Chinese agricultural sector from the case study of state-owned farms in Heilongjiang Province. First of all, the technical efficiency of state-owned farms is analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Secondly, the characteristics of HRM in three farms are analyzed through person to person interview of managers in farms. Thirdly, questionnaire survey to the employees in two farms for their job satisfaction is analyzed for understanding the effect of HRM. Following results are obtained based on the empirical analysis. Firstly, by introducing new strategy so-called "Baiqianwan Talents Project" (BTP), more attentions to the importance of human resources and cultivating managers have started to be paid in state-owned farms. Secondly, the importance of material HRM and the promotion opportunity as well as learning opportunity are recognized through questionnaire survey to the employees of farms. Thirdly, different corporate culture in each farm such as "learn by doing", "harmonization", and "development" is attempted to be established through trial and error.  相似文献

This exploratory study examines the infrastructure of total quality management (TQM) in Kuwaiti public administration. The research was based on a questionnaire administered to a random sample consisted of 600 government officials from various Kuwaiti ministries. The basic elements of TQM which were investigated relate to work relations, administrative procedures, and professionalism. The objective of the study is to improve quality of public services through diagnosing and strengthening positive points, shedding light on the negative aspects, and giving recommendations on how to enhance services' quality. The study results showed that public administration employees are highly adaptable to TQM requirements. Statistically significant variations were found in adaptability to TQM requirements due to gender, age, educational level, job level, and work relations with regard to many aspects. It is recommended that decision makers in Kuwaiti public administrators take some measures to enhance TQM orientation such as simplifying administrative procedures, making greater compatibility between employees and type of work, investing more resources on continuing education of public administration employees and conducting field studies concerning adaptability of other government bodies (public institutions, public companies, etc.) to TQM requirements to see similarities and differences between them and the ministries in this regard and draw appropriate lessons.  相似文献
