高校是传播、交流知识的集散地,是社会结构中的重要组成部分。构建和谐校园是深化改革、保持社会经济稳定发展、构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。高等院校和谐校园的建设,要坚持“民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处”的原则,结合高等院校的特点和规律,建立一个温馨友善与生机勃勃的和谐校园。     

儒家德育思想对高校德育的启示

本文分析了当前高校德育工作存在的问题,探讨了儒家德育思想的核心“仁”以及儒家德育方法中的“动之以情”的情感教育法。这些宝贵的精神财富可为当今德育服务,实现儒家德育思想与高校德育的结合。     

From Rhetoric to Blueprint: The Moran Review as a Concerted,Comprehensive and Emergent Strategy for Public Service Reform

On 3 September 2009, Prime Minister Rudd announced a six‐month Review of Australian Government Administration. He appointed an Advisory Group chaired by Terry Moran, Secretary of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, to prepare a discussion paper, oversee a benchmarking study and consultations, and craft a blueprint to reform the Australian Public Service (APS) in order to deal with future governance challenges. The vision is to develop a forward‐looking, innovative, collaborative, citizen‐focused, agile, informed and highly‐skilled APS to advise and deliver policy and services for government. Ahead of the Game, a comprehensive Blueprint for action, was released on 29 March 2010. This article provides a high‐level review of motivations and process for the Moran Review, an overview of the Blueprint, an assessment of the strategy and process, and suggestions for moving forward on selected issues.     

Federal Implications of Northern Territory Statehood

Just over a decade since the failed referendum of 1998, statehood for the Northern Territory (NT) is back on the political agenda. The achievement of statehood would be a first for Australian federalism, where no new state has been created or admitted since Federation. Following a discussion of the concept of statehood and how it might be achieved, it traces the political development of the NT. The article then examines the implications of NT statehood for the Australian federation and finds that statehood would facilitate constitutional change in the federation by lowering the threshold required for success in a national referendum. Statehood may also raise questions about the equal representation in the Senate of less populous states. However, statehood would have no effect upon financial arrangements with the Commonwealth, the standing of the Northern Territory at COAG meetings, or the legal standing of the other states.     

江苏高校廉洁教育状况的调研报告

高校作为传授知识、传承文明、培养人才、创新知识的重要场所,肩负着弘扬和创造先进文化、为社会培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重任。因此,高校的廉洁教育不仅事关高校自身的反腐倡廉建设,而且对整个社会的反腐倡廉建设都将产生深远的影响。课题组选取省内20多所不同层次与类型的高校发放问卷10000多份,从廉洁教育的基本概念到接受廉洁教育的对象、从廉洁教育的形式与内容到接受廉洁教育的渠道和途径、从高校开展廉洁教育的基本情况到影响廉洁教育成效的原因、从高校反腐倡廉教育对廉洁教育的影响到师生员工对党风廉政建设的满意度等方面,就各校开展廉洁教育的现状进行了调研。全省高校共有12508名师生参与了此项调查,课题组通过对调查所示的各种信息与数据的统计处理与分析,进而探讨了如何通过创新高校廉洁教育的形式与内容,进一步增强高校廉洁教育的针对性和有效性,从而实现从源头上预防与消除腐败。     

Camera,Colony, Künstlerroman: Photography in Three Australian Novels

This article traces the practices of photography that have been portrayed in three Australian artists’ novels: Patrick White’s The Vivisector, David Malouf’s Harland’s Half Acre, and Gail Jones’s Sixty Lights. Photography’s shifting status in relation to art, modes of knowledge, modes of production, and methods of relating to space suggest a growing discomfort in the nation’s literary imagination towards colonial art’s mobilisation of the imagination to authorise “sacred” settler belonging.     

Social Democracy's Muted Revival

After a long malaise, social democracy is making a muted revival. What is the place of social democracy in the political and economic order that is emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic, and the economic crisis that has followed in its wake? Patterns have begun to emerge across the party family that are indicative of how social democracy is defining itself for the period to come. This article briefly surveys the revival of social democracy in three countries that have been historic bastions of the creed: Germany, Britain and Australia. It considers three particularly potent trends in this social democratic moment that reveal the movement's current character and the challenges it faces: building an ongoing coalition amid changing electorates; seeking transformation in an era of constraint; and a lack of ideological coherence. It considers what this muted resurgence suggests about the prospects for the centre-left.     

关于加强高校学生个性发展教育的探讨

教育不仅要反映社会的要求,还必须充分反映人的本性要求,这是教育的直接目的所在,因此,培养学生个性是教育面向未来的重要内容。要促进大学生个性发展,就要转变教育观念,树立新的人才观;就要尊重学生的独立性和自主性;就要因材施教,培养学生的独立个性和创造性。     

新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育有机融合的路径探析

全面加强新时代劳动教育是构建德智体美劳全面发展的教育体系的重要内容。本研究把马克思主义劳动观作为新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育有机融合的理论依据和价值引领,充分挖掘高校劳动教育的时代内涵,进而深入思考如何通过劳动教育推进高校思想政治教育的创新发展,使新时代劳动教育与高校思想政治教育相互渗透、有机融合。劳动教育与思想政治教育在育人方面具有异曲同工之处,因此,应在思想政治理论课中突出劳动教育,开展形式多样的劳动实践活动,建立完善保障劳动教育有效落实的体制机制。这对提升高校思想政治教育的实践性、实效性、针对性、吸引力、获得感,落实高校思想政治教育立德树人的根本任务具有十分重要的作用。     

新时期教学研究型大学科研管理体制创新研究

知识经济和全球化的新形势下,高校科研管理在管理理念和管理体制等方面滞后于科学研究和科技发展的要求,制约了高校科研工作的持续发展。本文基于教学研究型大学的科研活动特点,剖析目前教学研究型大学科研管理体制和运行机制的现状和存在的问题,提出新形势下教学研究型大学科研管理体制创新的建议和对策。
