论毛泽东新民主主义理论与孙中山新三民主义理论的关系

新民主主义理论是毛泽东思想的重要理论之一,新三民主义理论是孙中山晚年根据他几十年革命经验所总结出来的重要理论。虽然属于两种不同的理论体系,但是二者有着密切的关系：毛泽东提出新民主主义理论的背景与三民主义密切相关;新民主主义理论在很大程度上继承了新三民主义理论的革命思想;新民主主义理论在继承新三民主义理论革命思想的同时完成了对它的超越。     

治理视野下的温岭“民主恳谈”

良好的治理即善治的本质特征是政府与公民对公共生活的合作管理。运用善治基本要素对出现在温岭的民主恳谈这种治理型模式加以剖析，提出政府需“投资”社会资本，要提高社会信任度、增强互惠规范、扩大参与网络以完善民主恳谈，构建和谐社会。     

Confidence in the Police: Where does Taiwan Rank in the World?

The study of public opinion toward the police in Taiwan has not, heretofore, included comparative research. The current study fills this void in the literature by analyzing the data from the World Values Surveys. It was found that Taiwanese confidence in the police was reasonably good for a society experiencing democratic transition. Although lower than many more mature democratic societies such as Finland and the USA, confidence in the police is among the top one-third of fifty countries and is significantly higher than those found in other Asian and European countries that also experienced democratic transition. Further regression analyses of data from the Philippines, South Korea and Taiwan indicated that the differences between those three countries are substantive and cannot be explained away after the demographic social and attitudinal variables have been controlled.An early version of this paper was presented at “The Second International Conference in Crime and Its Control,” Taiwan, April 2005. Does Fairness Matter More to Some than to Others? The Moderating Role of Workplace Status on The Relationship Between Procedural Fairness Perceptions and Job Satisfaction

Three field studies explored the relations among status, procedural fairness, and job satisfaction in the workplace. Study 1 revealed that status differences moderated the relationship between procedural fairness and job satisfaction such that there was a stronger relationship between procedural fairness and job satisfaction for individuals with higher perceived status than for those with lower perceived status. Study 2 examined a possible underlying psychological mechanism for the moderating effect of perceived status—the importance of procedural fairness deservingness—and found that higher levels of perceived status were associated with a greater sense of deservingness for procedural fairness. Extending the results of the first two studies, Study 3 found that procedural fairness deservingness mediated the moderating effect of status on the relationship between procedural fairness and job satisfaction. This research contributes to theories of fairness by further illuminating the role of status in affecting reactions to procedural fairness. This research also contributes to our understanding of status in organizations and shows that perceived status can lead to an increased sense of deservingness.     

论高等教育评估中的顾客满意度测量

通过对高校现有评估方式存在缺陷的分析,提出在高等教育大众化的今天,高等教育要突出质量意识和服务意识,进而提出高等教育评估中应该引入顾客满意度测量,并对顾客满意度的基本理论模型进行了阐述。通过对国外高等教育评估中应用顾客满意度测量技术的概况评述,指出了顾客满意度测量在我国高校评估中应用的意义;最后提出在我国高等教育评估中应用顾客满意度指数模型的建议。     

政治体制改革要与时俱进

随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展、人们政治需求的不断觉醒和社会深层次矛盾的凸显,使加速政治体制改革变得日益紧迫和重要。发展社会主义民主政治的核心内容,是要实现权力体制民主化。
