“80后”大学生就业观念调查及对策研究——以山东师范大学“80后”大学生为例

随着我国高等教育大众化的快速发展，国内大学生就业趋势日益紧张，加之今年经济形势严峻，就业需求有限，大学毕业生就业难问题显得更为突出。由于成长背景与上一代人明显不同，作为目前高校主力军的“80后”大学生具有鲜明的个性与特征，他们的就业观念已成为当前社会各方面关注的重点。     

论战后初期日本军队的重建

第二次世界大战后 ,美国出于实现其“全球战略”的需要 ,扶植日本发展军事力量 ;日本在吉田茂战略思想的基础上 ,亦确立了渐进式扩军路线。以 195 0年朝鲜战争为契机 ,日本由组建“国家警察预备队”而迈出重整军备的第一步 ,至 196 0年前 ,日陆上、海上、航空自卫队已具规模 ,完成了三军重建工作。

通过对办案实践中的一些案例进行研究,提出拆卸重装痕迹的概念。归纳总结了不同种类联结的组合体拆卸重装痕迹的形态特征和检验鉴定的要点,并以成功案例进行实用说明。对拆卸重装痕迹检验鉴定中应注意的问题进行了分析探讨。     

人是否生来就具有犯罪心理

最初的时候,研究者把犯罪者看作是与自己完全“异质”的人、天生的犯罪者、愚蠢者、性格异常者,主张抛弃他们。近一百年来,出现了所谓“我们是否都是犯罪者”的想法,进而提出人是否生来就具有犯罪心理这一命题。本文引进自然科学中的“张力场”概念否认人性本善或本恶之说的片面性,认为在人性中同时存在善恶两极,二者在社会化过程中互相作用,互相转化。在这里犯罪仅被理解为“恶”。     

“90后”大学生带给高校英语教学的几点启示

去年9月，各地高校迎来了第一批“90后”大学生，这些学生时代感鲜明，个性张扬，充满朝气，但同时他们又很叛逆、自我、缺少责任感。针对“90后”学生的不同特点，高校英语教学有必要做出相应的改革。本文通过分析“90后”的群体特征，为高校英语教学改革提出了一些可行性建议和方法。     

法益与罪数

将法益作为判断罪数的唯一标准,确实不尽合理,但是,法益于罪数论意义重大.想象竞合与法条竞合的关于区别在于,在想象竞合情形下,没有哪一个罪名能对行为所侵犯的法益作出全面的刑法评价,相反,在法条竞合情形下,其中一个法条能对法益作出全面的刑法评价.由于连续犯、牵连犯和吸收犯侵犯的都是数法益,从全面评价法益的角度讲,应当实行数罪并罚.认定不可罚的事后行为、事前行为的关键在于,看事后行为、事前行为在本犯之外是否侵犯了新的法益.

Health,Poverty and Service Use Among Older West Indian Women in Greater Hartford

SUMMARY

This study brings to light the phenomenon of aging in the West Indian migrant community in the United States. It presents the results of a cross-sectional exploratory survey of 107 community-dwelling West Indian women aged 55 years and over living in the Greater Hartford region of Connecticut. The data analysis reveals positive self-reports of health and few limiting or disabling conditions. However, there is substantial income inequality, a negative relationship between age group and income and limited use of services among those women most likely to require them. The findings suggest that some of the qualities which contributed to West Indians becoming the “Black success model” in the U.S. may be counterproductive for successful aging. A community-based strategy for addressing these issues is outlined.     

EXHIBITING CHINESENESS: THE TAIWAN PROVINCIAL EXPOSITION OF 1948

Abstract

During the immediate postwar years, visual propaganda served as constitutive and instrumental means for the Nationalist government to “decolonize” the minds of people in Taiwan. The 1948 Taiwan Provincial Exposition highlighted the impact of politics on exhibitions during the critical period in Taiwan’s history. Unable to hold it in the national capital of Nanjing as initially planned, the Provincial Exposition Committee nonetheless maintained the core mission, “enhancing the mainlanders’ understanding of Taiwan,” and strove to mobilize official and individual participants from the mainland. Financed mainly by state-run enterprises, the Exposition delivered a spectacle in serving conservative interests, as encoded in the Exposition’s slogan, “Ensuring Prosperity through Stability.” The Exposition may be seen as an illuminating case to review postwar Taiwan at the threshold of a new era. This paper aims to reveal the complex, and perhaps paradoxical, narrative structures and competitive cultural forces behind the Exposition in redefining Taiwan as a part of China.     

论共犯脱离后的处罚

对脱离共犯关系的脱离者的处罚直接关系着共犯脱离理论在司法实践中的适用实效,也是罪刑相适应原则的要求。有鉴于此,文章在分析既有共犯脱离的处罚原则的基础上,立足于共犯脱离者人身危险性和社会危害性小的事实,认为共犯脱离者仅应对脱离共犯前的犯罪行为承担责任,并进一步分别论证出共犯者在着手前阶段脱离,着手后既遂前阶段脱离以及在犯罪既遂后阶段脱离所应承担刑事责任的大小。
