略论加强高校学生社团建设——以北京大学和兰州大学为例

高校学生社团组织具有自发性、实践性、服务性、创造性、社会性的特点,对提高学生的综合素质能力具有独特的作用。针对我国高校学生社团组织目前存在诸如缺乏科学规划和必要引导、社团建设理论水平低、重复建设问题突出、社会化程度低、缺乏品牌效应等问题,应该着重从以下几方面入手：完善管理机制,健全制度建设,给予必要引导;加强社团骨干建设,发挥领导带头作用;提高社会化水平,多方筹措所需资金;开展特色活动,树立品牌意识。     

Role Conflict in Community Corrections

A study was conducted to determine whether prior research had accurately conceptualised community correctional officers' experience of role conflict on the basis of officers' role preferences. It was hypothesised that officers who were welfare workers or punitive officers would experience inter-role conflict while those who attempted to combine the welfare and punitive roles (protective agents) would experience intra-role conflict and role ambiguity. Furthermore, an exploration of how inter-role conflict, intra-role conflict, role ambiguity, and officers' role preferences were related to occupational burnout was conducted. It was found in this study that officers' preferences for the role of welfare worker, protective agent, or punitive officer were not related to the level of inter-role conflict, intra-role conflict, or role ambiguity experienced by officers. Officers' role preferences were not related to burnout. Inter-role conflict and intra-role conflict were associated with emotional exhaustion. These findings call into question the whole tradition in the community corrections literature of inferring role conflict from officers' role preferences and necessitate that the whole issue of whether officers experience role conflict be revisited by employing direct measures of role conflict.     

Bridging the gap between judges and the public? A multi-method study

This article examines the gap between Dutch judges and the public in terms of preferred severity of sentences. It focuses on one particular explanation usually given for the gap: the lack of case-specific, detailed information on the part of the general public. Findings from three studies are reported and combined: (a) a survey among a sample from the Dutch population (N = 2,127), (b) a sentencing experiment with judges in Dutch criminal courts (N = 180), and (c) a sentencing experiment, using the same case materials as with judges, but now with a sample from the Dutch population (N = 917). Results show that providing the public with detailed case information indeed reduces severity of sentences preferred. Moreover, those members of the public who were given short and unbalanced newspaper reports preferred much harsher sentences than did those who were given the full case files. However, despite such a reduction in punitiveness as a result of information, the public’s preferred sentences remain much more punitive than judges’ sentences pertaining to exactly the same case files.

公司律师制度在美国非常完善。学术界与律师行业内部涌现出一些比较深入的理论分析与实证研究。这些分析与研究从不同角度揭示出了公司律师胜任的角色与作用,这对于我国发展公司律师制度具有很好的启示。     

房屋拆迁中私人财产权利的法律保护

随着城市建设以及城镇化的加速 ,拆迁纠纷已经逐渐成为社会性问题。从我国房屋拆迁中存在的突出问题来看 ,矛盾集中在三个方面 :一是拆迁人滥用公共利益侵吞私人利益的现象普遍 ;二是房屋拆迁中的政府角色定位模糊 ,因滥用行政权力干预拆迁活动而引发的社会冲突严重 ;三是拆迁补偿严重不足 ,民怨很大。针对以上三个方面的问题 ,本文从合理保护房屋拆迁中财产权利的必要前提、保护财产权利的关键及根本途径三个方面进行论证 ,并提出自己的建议 ,以期对我国房屋拆迁法律法规的完善有所裨益     

论我国警察权控制模式的完善

从对＂警察＂词源的发展的研究来看,对警察权的法律控制存在很大的困难。借鉴国外警察权控制的经验,我国应从立法、警察负责制、警察职能、警察权行使救济机制以及警察培训内容这五个方面完善警察权控制体系。     

析社会转型中新闻从业者的角色冲突与紧张

中国社会的整体转型,新闻业的变革,以及＂后新闻业时代＂的开启,是新闻从业者角色冲突与紧张的社会环境因素。运用社会学的＂地位＂和＂角色＂及相关理论分析其角色认知变迁、过多角色期待带来的角色混乱、角色追求的分化、角色认同的缺失等,由此可探讨出其角色冲突与紧张的主要缘由。     

全球金融危机后国际贸易制度的完善与中国的对策

现有的国际贸易制度是建立在第二次世界大战后的政治和经济格局之上的,主要反映了英美对战后国际贸易政策的想法与安排。随着参与国家或地区的增多,这一体制需要作出适当的调整,全球金融危机进一步强化了这一必要性。在国际贸易规则的完善过程中中国应当发挥积极的作用。中国的贸易额和人均产值决定了中国的微妙处境。成为发达国家与发展中国家之间的桥梁,发挥双边和多边体系的作用,应是中国促进国际贸易秩序完善的基本原则与做法。
