农民工的社会支持、社会参与和身份认同

农民工问题历来是党和政府高度重视的问题,他们的情感状况更是不容忽视;特别是他们身份认同状况,关系到他们融入城市社会的程度。基于2013年流动人口调查数据,立足于社会支持、社会参与的视角,探究对农民工身份认同的影响,可以得出:社会支持中的实际支持而非社交支持,对农民工的社会参与有显著影响;社交支持、实际支持和社会参与,均显著影响农民工的身份认同;社会参与是实际支持影响认同感的一个可能的中介变量。     

Does Professional or Social Network Support Meet the Needs of Victimized and Polyvictimized Youths in Sweden?

The authors use survey data on 2,160 young victims of crime and/or abuse in Sweden to examine whether professional psychosocial and/or social network support meets their needs. The results show that the likelihood of having sought and/or received professional psychosocial support increases with being a victim of more types of crime and/or abuse, as does the likelihood of experiencing anxiety and/or posttraumatic stress.     

Is the party system affected by booms and busts? Not very much

The literature on party system fragmentation emphasizes how political institutions and social cleavages shape the long-term development of the party system, but short-term swings in economic performance could change the level of electoral fragmentation by affecting the concentration of the vote in the executive. Time series data from presidential elections in 59 countries and from district-level legislative election contests in 22 countries show that a growing economy is negatively associated with the effective number of parties winning votes: a strong economy leads to a slight reduction in fragmentation as the ruling party consolidates its rule while a weak economy tends to disperse votes among alternatives to it. But the effect of economic performance relative to political institutions and the incumbency advantage is at the margins. The modest size of this effect should remind scholars of the limits of the economy as an overall driver of voter choice. 罪数论以及法条竞合、期待可能性、择一认定等应纳入犯罪论体系 ,作为法律后果意义上的刑事责任应排除在犯罪论之外 ;构建犯罪论体系 ,必须妥善处理犯罪客体 (法益 )与构成要件 ,主体要件与其他要件 ,主观要件与客观要件 ,单位犯罪与自然人犯罪 ,作为犯与不作为犯 ,故意犯罪与过失犯罪 ,犯罪既遂与犯罪未遂、中止、预备 ,犯罪成立条件与排除犯罪事由 ,排除犯罪事由之间 ,以及“定罪论”与其他犯罪理论之间的关系 ;构建犯罪论体系 ,必须遵循有利于保障人权、有利于认定犯罪以及体系性、经济性的原则 ;可以构建故意犯罪与过失犯罪相并列的、两要件的、区分排除违法性事由与排除罪过性事由的犯罪论体系。

站在提升我国烟草行业竞争力兼顾社会福利的角度 ,烟草行业营运管理体制改革的整体方向应该是 :规范政府管制以减少直接行政干预 ,建立烟草市场竞争机制以强化竞争 ,严格烟草产品质量标准控制以维护社会福利     

改革中国银行业监管体制的法律与实践

中国银行业监管体制的改革已经取得了伟大的成就 ,但是我们不能否认它本身还存在着一些不完善之处 ,为了改革现行的银行业监管体制 ,国务院决定设立中国银行业监督管理委员会。设立脱离于中央银行的独立金融监管机构符合世界金融监管制度发展的趋势。     

SERVING FATHERS WHO LEAVE PRISON

This article describes characteristics, service experiences, and outcomes for 350 ex-offenders with minor-aged children who were served at the John Inman Work and Family Center (WFC), a multiservice program offering assistance with employment, child support, and family reconnection. Following their visit to the WFC, fathers had higher rates of employment and child support payment. They also returned to prison at lower rates than the general offender population. Although the findings suggest that parents who leave prison benefit from a collaborative facility that offers multiple services, more rigorous research over longer periods of time is needed to reliably assess the effectiveness of reentry programs.

由可操作化的现代化概念到现代化指标体系的出现,是认识的深化,反映了社会的进步.所谓"英格尔斯现代化指标体系"本不存在,却对我国的现代化研究和现代化实践产生了误导.十六大以后国内关于全面小康和现代化的指标体系研究有了新进展,但从一定意义上讲仍然不够科学、不够完善.联合国千年发展目标则代表了目前指标体系研究领域的国际先进水平,引入这一目标体系,将对我国的现代化指标体系研究和全面小康与现代化建设的实践产生积极影响.
