不确定性视野中的内部控制研究

现实中经济运行总是处于不确定性中，为了减少不确定性，必须采取有效的内部控制。首先是应对不确定性的组织对内部控制的要求，与当前的组织形式相适应，内部控制应该具有有效性、竞争性、学习适应性的特征；其次是内部控制信息的交流和沟通有助于降低不确定性。     

Listening and moving in the urban environment

This article discusses The Language of the Listening Body, a collaborative creative project between choreographer Hope Mohr and composer Michelle Nagai exploring an active listening and moving practice in the urban environment of New York City. Mohr discusses listening and moving practices in the studio and in ‘soundwalks’—walking meditations where participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of sonic awareness. The article discusses discoveries and questions that arose during a creative process with a focus on: (1) the relationship between listening-based movement research and public soundwalks, and (2) the unique issues involved in environmentally based creative process and performance.     

中国与老挝双边贸易合作关系(1990~2012 年)

1990年12月，中国与老挝关系全面实现正常化。2009年9月19日，双方宣布将两国关系提升为“全面战略合作伙伴关系”。20年来，中老双边贸易合作取得了令人瞩目的成就。2012年10月26日，老挝正式加入世界贸易组织（WTO），成为WTO第158位成员。在中国一东盟自由贸易区合作框架下，中老双边贸易合作具有巨大的发展前景。     

虚拟世界中的公平演练——以《魔兽世界》为例探讨虚拟世界团队的合作机制

本文以目前风靡全球的网络游戏《魔兽世界》为例,探讨虚拟世界中的团队合作机制。发现:(1)虚拟世界中,玩家并非被动地接受游戏规则,而是与外部游戏设定之间形成了积极互动,从而创造玩家自己的共识契约,体现出极强的主体性;(2)虚拟世界中团队合作真实而复杂,其背后共通的公平理念,是一种理想化的按劳分配的模式,认为每个玩家在电脑前付出的时间都应该得到平等的尊重和回报。这恰是虚拟世界带来的最有意义的经验与启示,充分展现了玩家的智慧及公民意识的养成。     

Coping in the Aftermath of the World Trade Center Tragedy

Abstract

Regardless of immigrant status, citizenship or allegiance, all have been consumed by the magnitude of human devastation which occurred in the United States on September 11, 2001. People who were killed or traumatized came from myriad countries. Yet many in the immigrant community appear to be among the newest casualties of terrorism in the wake of the disaster. This article examines how the World Trade Center tragedy affected the social and psychological well-being of immigrants and the implications for human services.     

中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版路径探讨——以设立广西边境自由贸易区为例

中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)升级版对中国实施自由贸易区战略有着重要的意义,对其路径的探讨有利于更好地实施该战略。中国的自由贸易区建设分为境外自由贸易区和境内自由贸易区两大部分。境内自由贸易区是境外自由贸易区的试点。本文以广西边境自由贸易区为例,从八个方面提出了试验点内容,说明我国在广西、云南设立边境自由贸易区可以更好地配合CAFTA升级版的实施,有利于我国更好地实施自由贸易区战略。     

基于中国-东盟自由贸易区的广西信息产业发展研究

广西信息产业在国家优惠政策支持下取得了跨越发展，现已初具规模和效益；随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立，给广西信息产业的发展提供了更为宽广的平台，但机遇与挑战并存；通过基于中国-东盟自由贸易区的广西信息产业SWOT分析，提出发展对策，以期对广西信息产业的发展提供借鉴。     

Legitimacy and the Rise of NGOs: the Global and Local in South Asia

We extend sociological institutionalist theory and draw on evidence from South Asia to develop a research agenda for studying how nongovernmental organization (NGO) legitimacy plays out in national and local arenas. After first presenting a sociological institutionalist approach to nongovernmental organizing, we extend it into three areas: national laws governing international and domestic NGOs, growth in domestic NGOs, and the situated interactions among international organizations, nation-states, local organizations, and other actors. (1) International and domestic NGOs are governed by national laws, and we sketch the history of such laws in South Asia to hypothesize a pattern of legal change leading to the present social concern about accountability. (2) Sociological institutionalism suggests that domestic NGO growth is related to the presence of international NGOs and can be interpreted as the diffusion of formal organization. (3) We conceptualize the situated interactions of the plethora of actors as a meso realm at the interface of the global and local. The interrelations of these actors are marked by tensions and conflict. There are many permutations of how they coalesce, not always along a global—local cleavage, and there is a need to examine the full range of interactions. We explore some of these and it seems that actors use accountability strategically in their conflicts with others. The ‘uses of accountability’ in contesting legitimacy within such situations is proposed as a fruitful research direction.

The organization of work as a factor in social well-being

Even though innovations in the organization of work have prompted a transition in work systems, the effect of the organization on employees is often not considered. Using personal interviews, direct observations, and relevant documents over a 17-month period, this case study of a worker-owned and -managed producer cooperative was undertaken to understand how fundamental changes in the organization of work affect workers and their families. The findings affirm that the organization of work is a pivotal aspect of individuals' quality of life, principally in that expanding personal choice--in a context of income security and an absence of formal hierarchy--enhances personal and familial well-being. From a policy perspective, the study demonstrates the potential for organizing work so that market demands are balanced with concerns for social well-being
