纵观车王府收藏的描写当时社会现实的子弟书篇章,其中一个很重要的内容就是对官员、一般旗人男子及另类男子服饰进行了描写。这些人物形象的服饰各有特色,将清代服饰所具有的民族性、时尚性、兼收并蓄性表现得酣畅淋漓,为研究清代中晚期旗人服饰提供了说唱文学方面的佐证。     

淮海经济区核心区经济联系测度与发展策略研究

该文运用中心职能指数和空间隶属关系对淮海核心区城市进行等级划分,运用重力模型对淮海核心区的经济联系进行测度,据此分析区域内城市经济辐射与空间结构。结果表明,目前淮海核心区形成了纵向联系为主轴的空间结构,城市等级尚不清晰。然后通过区位商的比较分析,确定了淮海核心区各城市的比较优势产业。最后提出淮海核心区促进经济发展、加快一体化建设的策略。     

Evolution of presidential news coverage

This study is the second of two reporting on how the American presidency has been rhetorically constructed for the nation's citizens by the mass media between 1945 and 1985. These research papers examined 412 Time magazine articles on the presidency, keying on such matters as how that magazine documented its reportage, which presidential qualities, behaviors, and problems it emphasized, and how Time used language strategies to describe and evaluate the presidency. By using a variety of content analytic methods, the authors detected two general trends in Time’s coverage: (1) the American presidency has been portrayed as an increasingly besieged institution—socially, politically, and psychologically—and (2) Time’s heavy focus on bureaucratic politics has resulted in an increasing institutionalization of the presidency. A variety of data support these two conclusions and suggest, furthermore, the existence of an over‐arching conceptual model in Time’s discussions of the presidency. The implications of this model are explored briefly here.

Comparative Regionalism: A Field Whose Time has Come?

Is comparative regionalism a field whose time has come? While the contemporary interest in comparing regions and regionalisms may be not completely new, it is different from older approaches. Our understanding of what makes regions has changed with social constructivist and critical theoretical approaches that have led to a less behavioural and more nuanced, complex, contested and fluid understanding of regions. Moreover, the globalisation phenomenon has deeply affected all social sciences and radically redefined the relative autonomy of regions. In keeping with the rapid growth and development of regionalism and institutions in the non-Western world, including in regions which were relatively late starters, such as Asia, there have emerged new ways of looking at regional cooperation, including claims about distinctive approaches and even ‘models’ that are not only different from those identified with the EU, but also supposedly more appropriate and thus ‘workable’ for non-Western regions than the EU straightjacket.

我国的行政体系在推进社会整合的过程中主要经历了行政命令——社会动员型和民主法制——发展型两种模式, 但两者都存在着一定的局限性。因此, 新时期公共行政体系在推进社会整合过程中的功能定位应包括： 注重以间接调控型整合为主导、引导社会自我整合功能的发挥; 进一步强调社会主体对社会核心价值的反思性认同; 强调民主参与过程的多元性、复合性。从价值策略上看, 推进社会整合, 行政体系应注重以和谐作为基本价值目标、以社会主义核心价值体系作为基础和灵魂、以宽容和妥协为必要的价值保障。
