公开查缉和延伸侦查是公安机关侦破毒品犯罪案件的两种基本措施和方法。铁路站车人体藏毒犯罪的特殊性,决定了公开查缉是铁路公安机关打击铁路站车人体藏毒犯罪的主要侦查手段和方法。面对铁路线长、点多,涉及区域广,人员流动密度大等实际,查缉工作要着重分析、研究行为人在运毒过程中不同阶段的心理变化所引起的行为性变化。为了有效打击站车人体藏毒犯罪活动,侦查员要树立强烈的侦查、法律、证据、情报技术等四个方面的意识。  相似文献

Abstract:  Stature is a significant parameter in establishing identity of an unknown. Conventionally, researchers derive regression formula separately for males and females. Sex, however, may not always be determined accurately, particularly in dismembered remains and thus the need for a universal regression formula for stature estimation irrespective of sex of an individual. The study was carried out in an endogamous group of North India to compare the accuracy of sex-specific regression models for stature estimation from foot length with the models derived when the sex was presumed as unknown. The study reveals that regression equation derived for the latter can estimate stature with reasonable accuracy. Thus, stature can be estimated accurately from foot length by regression analysis even when sex remains unknown.  相似文献

Abstract: Bodies found in water present several diagnostic challenges for the forensic examiner, such as the identification of the time and mechanism of death, the postmortem submersion time, and above all the circumstances of drowning. We report the case of a 33‐year‐old security guard found dead in Venice, in the water of the lagoon, who at autopsy presented a previously undiagnosed hydrocephalus with macrocephaly. The victim remained asymptomatic until 2 months before death and had never undergone a neurological or radiological examination. In the article, we emphasize the need to perform a thorough autopsy in all suspected drownings, discuss the etiopathogenesis of the neurological disease and hypothesize a possible relationship between the hydrocephalus and the drowning accident. Finally, we discuss the major clinical and forensic implications of macrocephaly and hydrocephalus in adults.  相似文献

目的 探讨高度近视者眼球结构和视力的关系.方法 对不同近视程度的志愿者共152人(283眼),依次检查视力、眼轴长度、眼底,然后分别根据屈光度、眼轴长度及眼底进行分级,探讨屈光度、眼轴长度及眼底近视改变与视力的关系,拟出视力与眼球结构指标的相关性数学模型.结果 眼底分级、弧盘比值、眼轴长度、屈光度与视力呈中度相关(lrl>0.4,P<0.0001);当眼轴长度≥30.00mm、屈光度-20.00D及以上、眼底分级为4级者,其视力多在0.5以下.建立了高度近视者眼球结构和视力的数学模型.结论 高度近视眼视力随眼轴延长、屈光度加深、眼底病变程度加重而降低.综合、客观的眼球结构检查可以帮助判断和评估高度近视者的视力状况.  相似文献

This article analyses different standard measures of legislative turnover. Two main concerns are discussed: (1) the very definition of turnover: incoming MPs versus first-term MPs; and (2) the level of analysis: the whole chamber versus political groups. To illustrate this discussion, turnover in the French lower chamber, the Assemblée Nationale, is studied. It is shown that the choice of a particular measure is not trivial since empirical results are affected by the definition adopted. If the distinction between incoming and first-term MPs does not greatly modify results, the choice of the level of analysis leads to contradictory results. It is shown that the very logic of electoral contests leads to renewal mostly among those who lost previous elections, while incumbent majorities that lose elections hardly experience renewal. As both these phenomena coexist for every single election, aggregate measures of turnover do not account for these contradictory tendencies and tend to concentrate on alternation rather than turnover.  相似文献

采用补体第八成份B基因(C8B)11号内含子特异性PCR扩增技术和直接TaqI消化处理,检测了121份中国成都地区汉族群体的DNA样本的C8B TaqI限制性片段长度多态性,首次证实了C8B Taq RFLP在中国群体的分布,其基因频率分别为C8B TaqI 2.6*=0.4463和C8B Taq 1.8,0.8*=0.5537.经计算其表现型频率分布符合Hardy-Weinberg定律,并与德国群体在该基因座的分布进行了比较.  相似文献

On the basis of the data contained in the European Sourcebook, this article tries to answer the question: 'What influences the prisoner rate most? The number of entries into prison, the length of sentences, or the crime rate?' The authors show that the crime rate is absolutely not correlated with the prisoner rate. The latter depends principally on the length of the imposed custodial sanctions and secondly on the number of those imposed prison sentences. Nevertheless, there are some indications suggesting that these results could be different from one type of offence to another. Unfortunately, this hypothesis could not be tested on the basis of the European Sourcebook data.  相似文献

While some literature has explored women’s feelings about social identities like fatness, race, disability, queerness, and aging, little research has examined, from an intersectional perspective, how women construct a dreaded or viscerally disgusting body and how this produces “appropriate” femininity. This paper utilized thematic analysis of qualitative data from a community sample of 20 US women (mean age = 34, SD = 13.35) to illuminate how women imagined a body they dreaded. Responses indicated that defective femininity, having “freak” body parts, fear of excessiveness, loathing a particular person’s body, and language of smelliness and disgust all appeared, weaving together women’s fears about fatness, dark skin, and becoming old or disabled. Implications incorporating visceral disgust to examinations of body image, and the intersectional foundations of women’s dreaded selves, were discussed. Further, imagining “Other” bodies may produce especially vivid narratives around social biases and internalized oppression.  相似文献

This article is developed from data gathered through the analysis of a survey of ‘agencies’ at Commonwealth and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) levels of government, undertaken as the Australian component of a cross‐national empirical study of autonomy and control in non‐departmental public sector organisations. It presents preliminary findings from one part of what is potentially a very important enterprise in comparative research, along with discussion of methodological issues which need to be confronted in many such comparative exercises. The data reveal that Australia agencies have been granted more autonomy than agencies in other countries contributing to this survey, though that autonomy varies markedly across functions such as personnel management and financial management. While the article represents just a snapshot in time in agency autonomy, we believe it provides a robust baseline for future changes in the way agencies are managed in the Australian public sector.  相似文献
