猪链球菌耐药性的检测

采用药敏纸片扩散法、微量稀释法及双纸片扩散法对分离自长春地区的 2 2株猪链球菌进行了耐药性测定。结果表明 ,82 %～ 10 0 %的菌株对大环内酯 林克酰胺 链阳菌素B(MLSB)类、四环素类、氟喹诺酮类、氯霉素类、氨基糖苷类耐药 ,但对青霉素和氨苄青霉素不耐药 ,对利福平的耐药率为 5 % ;82 %的菌株为多重耐药 (MDR) ;91%的菌株为MLSB 型耐药 ,其中构成型耐药占95 %。除青霉素外 ,其他 5种抗生素的MIC50 和MIC90 高度集中 (≥ 12 8μg/mL)。     

Politics of inclusion and exclusion in the Chinese industrial tree plantation sector: the global resource rush seen from inside China

In the last two decades, the industrial tree plantation (ITP) sector has expanded rapidly in southern China, causing important changes in land-use and land control. It involves both domestic and transnational corporations, and has provoked widespread conflict and political contestations. The villagers who are affected by the expansion of ITPs have reacted in varied and complex ways: some of the villagers were incorporated in the ITP sector, while others are excluded; some have embraced the change, while others have complaints; and some of the complaints remained latent, while others developed into (overt or covert) forms of resistance. This paper explores how and why various social groups have responded differently to the expansion of ITPs. This paper reveals the dynamics of villagers’ inclusion and exclusion in the ITP sector, covering both ‘passive’ and ‘active’ forms of inclusion and exclusion, resulting in differentiated political reactions from villagers. This paper hopes to contribute towards a more comprehensive understanding of the complex engagement of villagers in changes in land use and land control, not just in the most commonly studied countries in global land grabbing but inside China, and in transactions that involved large foreign companies, something that has so far been missed in the literature on land grabbing.

The power of everyday subordination: exploring the silencing and disempowerment of Chinese migrant domestic workers

This paper examines how Chinese female migrant domestic workers are influenced by different forms of subordination; how norms, practices, and power relations enable and legitimize their subordination; and the ways in which subordination elicits compliance while silencing and disempowering the workers. I advance a new perspective on subordination, linking forms of subordination with forms of consciousness. Consciousness of one’s treatment and how one is changed by it informs the decision of whether to remain silent. Compliance, silencing, and disempowerment are facilitated by recognizable and subtle forms of subordination that can directly control individuals’ actions, shift their perspectives, and cause them to act against their own interests. When workers are not conscious of the insidious impact of subtle subordination upon their attitudes, perspectives, and behavior, they are far less likely to resist.     

The Fragility of Law: Anti-Jewish Decrees,Constitutional Patriotism,and Collaboration Belgium 1940–1944

In October and November 1940, the German Military Command which ruled conquered Belgium, introduced a series of measures aimed at the identification and exclusion of the Jews of that country. The Belgian government of the day refused to allow the measures to be incorporated into Belgian law, but did permit, under their reading of the Hague Convention, government departments and local administrations to assist in implementing the German anti-Jewish Decrees. The Brussels Bar, Prosecutors and Court of Cassation refused to accept the authority of the Occupier to violate basic rights guaranteed under the Belgian Constitution. Officials in Antwerp, on the other hand, struck all lawyers identified as "Jews" from the Roll. This article examines these instances of "constitutional patriotism" and "constitutional betrayal" by these actors in the Belgian legal system, and offers some preliminary discussion of important questions about our historical and current understandings of legality, legitimacy and citizenship in light of this part of the Belgian experience of law under Nazi occupation. 广东省猪源葡萄球菌耐药性分析及多重耐药基因cfr的流行现状

为了解2013-2017年间广东省猪源葡萄球菌的耐药情况及多重耐药基因cfr的流行现状,采集生猪养殖场和交易市场猪鼻腔拭子分离葡萄球菌,采用琼脂稀释法测定分离菌株对14种抗菌药物的敏感性,并用PCR检测mecA和cfr基因的携带情况。结果显示,在采集的4099份样品中分离到葡萄球菌1485株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌173株。猪源葡萄球菌对红霉素、四环素、泰妙菌素、克林霉素、沃尼妙林和氟苯尼考耐药严重,耐药率分别为91.0%、90.2%、87.7%、84.6%、84.6%及82.0%,对利福平和利奈唑胺相对敏感,未发现万古霉素耐药菌株;庆大霉素、四环素、红霉素和环丙沙星的耐药率呈现逐年上升的趋势。在1485株葡萄球菌中,mecA和cfr的检出率分别为39.9%和12.3%。cfr阳性菌株常携带多种耐药基因,cfr基因的遗传背景也呈现多样化。结果表明,广东省猪源葡萄球菌的耐药情况严重,cfr的检出率高,应加强养殖业中抗菌药物的规范和合理使用,减缓耐药性的产生和传播。

新闻犯罪是伴随信息社会的到来所必然出现的社会问题,它的产生是由新闻工作者新闻法制观念的淡薄、新闻媒介和新闻记者地位的错位、正确价值观念的沦丧三方面所致.新闻犯罪具有主体特征、主观特征、客体特征及客观特征,打击并有效控制此类犯罪的必要途径是完善刑事立法、发挥刑法威慑作用并辅以法律、职业道德培训.     

Postmortem changes in resistivity of the anterior abdominal wall during the early postmortem period in rats

An accurate and reproducible technique was employed for the determination of the resistivity of excised portions of the anterior abdominal wall of rats. Resistivity decreased linearly (r = −0.93; P < 0.001) from 1438 ± 131 Ω · cm, immediately following death, to 360 ± 144 Ω · cm at a postmortem interval of 36 h. These changes are believed to reflect the morphological and/or chemical changes which occur at the cellular level during the early postmortem period.
