苏东剧变以来德国马克思主义研究现状

苏东解体东西德合并后,德国的马克思主义研究呈现出新的特点。研究者围绕着社会主义、资本主义和马克思主义展开了广泛的研究和讨论,召开了一系列的会议,出版了一系列文集。     

20世纪的资本主义与社会主义

20世纪初列宁做出的关于帝国主义的论断被两次世界大战和社会主义国家的兴起所证实。20世纪是资本主义和社会主义并存的世纪。二者之间不仅有对抗和战争,而且有学习和借鉴。资本主义后来发生的变化是列宁未能预见到的。20世纪末苏东剧变的原因之一是斯大林模式的僵化。这种僵化固然与斯大林本人形而上学的思维方式有关,但其后继者未能改变这种状况,反而造成悲剧性结局。回顾20世纪的历史可以得到以下认识:社会主义的理论所以成为科学是因为立足于资本主义的现实;社会主义的现实不同于社会主义的科学理论;社会主义建设必须从现实出发,而不是从理论出发;社会主义的发展离不开改革开放。     

Effect of Sex Offenders Treatment Program on Cognitive and Emotional Characteristics of Mentally Ill Sex Offenders

This study assessed the effect of a 10‐week cognitive behavior treatment program in 30 mentally ill sex offenders. The effect of the program was evaluated using the Interpersonal Responsiveness Index (IRI), UCLA Loneliness Scale (UCLALS), Coping Using Sex Inventory (CUSI), and Rape Myth Acceptance Scale (RMAS). Data were analyzed using the paired t‐test. The ability of sex offenders to cope with sexual acts when they faced stressful situations and to accept the rape myth was significantly improved on CUSI (t = 2.09, p = 0.04) and RMAS (t = 5.45, p < 0.001). Feelings of isolation and the ability to empathize based on IRI (t = 0.62, p = 0.54) and UCLALS (t = 0.88, p = 0.38) were not significantly improved. To prevent recidivism, treatment for mentally ill sex offenders should focus on changes in their cognitive and emotional characteristics in addition to their main psychiatric illness.

认知询问技术在中国警务工作中的应用展望

证人询问既是获取真实、准确和完整证言的基本途径,也是证言极易被污染的关键环节。证人询问的程序和方法直接影响证人证言的质量和可靠性。①作为一套专门针对证人询问的技术——认知询问技术,简称CI,已在国外警务部门广为使用,且效果显著。为了进一步提高我国警务工作者证人询问技术水平,有必要将该项技术引入我国。文章从认知询问技术的产生与发展,认知询问技术的有效性实证研究以及认知询问技术实际应用的相关问题等方面做了全面综述,为该项询问技术引入我国奠定良好的基础。     

中国法治的人文道路

现时代需要一种融合中西人文主义之精髓、兼济人的认知理性与道德理性的新人文主义。从人文主义的视角看,道德人文维度与民主政治维度是构建中国法治需要着力加强的两个方面。在法治发展道路上,中国需要协调好法治的道德、功利、政治与行政四个层面,沿着自身的文化传统,打造政治和社会的理性与道德基础,开拓一种具有厚重人文底蕴的"道德的民主法治",实现仁义道德与自然权利、民主法治在现代的历史衔接。     

论认识的主体性来源：从康德到黑格尔到马克思

康德揭示了认识的主体性是基于先天具有的认识形式。黑格尔阐述了主客体的双向运动。马克思指出认识的主体性来源于实践。     

21世纪中国的发展前景与资本主义世界体系

21世纪的社会主义中国面临着资本主义世界体系的严峻挑战。一方面,中国只有与社会主义相结合,才能从根本上解决政治和经济上的控制力与建设力的统一而成功推动社会发展和民族复兴的历史进程;另一方面,中国只有正确应对并最终战胜资本主义世界体系的挑战,才能真正实现国家强盛和民族复兴。     

PARENTAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Six-, 12-, and 15-month follow-up data are presented evaluating a program for high-conflict parents. Funded by a grant from Health and Human Services, the program's content reflects an extensive review of research literature, including the relevant literature on personality disorders. Introduced in Phoenix, Arizona in October 1999, the program has served more than 1,000 families in several jurisdictions. Whereas other programs for entrenched, high-conflict cases are typically time intensive, involving 2 to 6 months, this is a one-time 4-hour program. As such, the authors are heartened to report a suprisingly positive—and enduring—response from the parents.     

Thoughts on building a just market society

This paper explores the tensions that exist in contemporary society between the individual as citizen and the individual as consumer. The power of the global market place can potentially drive the polity, so it is necessary to raise questions about the means to secure a healthy civic and political life. Financial capitalism, knowledge capitalism and social capitalism are explored as a means of understanding the nature of modern market capitalism. Can financial knowledge and social capitalism be turned into a virtuous circle of innovation, growth and social progress? The paper suggests that trust is the glue, the cement of a just society, and the dimensions of this trust are explored. Finally, the paper examines the nature of stakeholder society.
