毛泽东廉政思想的当代价值

廉洁从政、勤政为民是毛泽东建党、建军的一根思想主线。毛泽东从教育、制度、监督、作风、惩处和领导干部以身作则六方面,全方位的对廉政理论进行深入的思考与践行,形成了自身独具特色的理论体系,成功营造了新中国成立伊始风清气正的社会氛围。当今我国的反腐败斗争面临日趋复杂的国际、国内和时代背景,反腐败斗争形势不容乐观。毛泽东的廉政思想对当今党风廉政建设的启示主要表现在：克服形式主义,提高教育的实效性和针对性;严格执法,增强制度的执行力：提倡民主,构建全方位监督体系;狠抓作风建设,进一步密切干群关系：消除特权思想,领导干部必须以身作则;加大惩处力度,发挥警示与震慑作用。     

共青团组织创立与当代青年的使命

90年前,在中国共产党的正确领导下,诞生了一个全新的以马克思列宁主义为行动指南的中国优秀青年组织——中国共产主义青年团。中国共产主义青年团的诞生,给中国青年带来了深刻、久远的影响,而且也使得中国青年有了自己的组织。当代青年要以共青团组织的历史精神承载起民族复兴的重任。     

马克思与现代自然法思想的内在难题——基于《论犹太人问题》的分析

在人类法律思想的发展史上,现代自然法思想奠定了现代法律思想的基础,成为了资产阶级革命最为有力的武器。然而,自其诞生开始,现代自然法思想就蕴含着内在矛盾,该矛盾在资产阶级革命胜利之后进一步凸显出来。马克思走向成熟时期的论著——《论犹太人问题》——揭示了这一矛盾的深层次原因。而且,马克思进一步指出,人要获得最后的解放必须批判随资产阶级革命而建立起来的现实世界,并最终消除导致人之异化的资本。如此,现代自然法思想中的难题也才有了彻底解决的可能。     

韩国毛泽东思想研究述评

韩国学者对毛泽东思想的研究,很大程度上受制于韩国学者的毛泽东思想研究的历史条件。受冷战、朝鲜战争及韩国国内政治等因素的影响,在相当长的时期内,韩国对中国的敌意达到了极点,所以相当多的韩国学者对毛泽东、毛泽东思想及中国现代的革命史的研究几乎是“绝对进不了的历史领域,”韩国学者的毛泽东思想研究受到了很大的制约。但是,毛泽东思想对现代中国所产生的巨大影响却吸引着韩国学者对这一领域进行不断的探索。韩国学者研究毛泽东思想的深度和广度可以在两个方面去考察:一是他们在介绍外国学者毛泽东思想研究成果基础上做出的评析,二是他们直接研究毛泽东思想而取得的成果。
