数码相机在痕迹物证照相中的应用

痕迹物证照相是痕迹检验的重要一环。使用数码相机进行物证照相,痕迹检验人员可以根据需要自行拍照曾经由专业技术人员拍照的物证相片,这对于提高检验效率和检验质量具有重要意义。本文从基层痕迹检验技术人员的角度出发,着重研究如何使用消费级的数码相机拍照微小的痕迹物证。

The archive and community system for preserving traditional culture in rural areas

Rural areas in Japan are facing many problems such as aging, depopulation. Japanese traditional cultures in rural areas will be lost because of their flame keeper shortages. Rural residents and researchers take the problem seriously and are trying to archive all of them. In this study, we focused on their archiving activities and designed the web-based digital archiving system, which encourage the process of creating the virtual community that enhances the discussion and communication based on the traditional cultures. Furthermore, we researched the effects on rural community formation by their activities in rural area. In conclusion, we understood the trigger to lead rural areas to revitalize through the archiving activity.     

Digital Fashion Engagement Through Affect,Personal Investments and Remix

ABSTRACT

As the fashion scene becomes progressively digitalised, new dynamics emerge between consumers, content, and fashion professionals. Reflecting on forms of online interaction, this article explores contemporary audience engagement in the context of mainstream androgynous fashion. First, I consider the effects of the digitalisation of fashion communication in terms of the particular role played by sentiments and emotions. Due to the brevity, immediacy and informality of online communication, I argue, affect emerges as an increasingly crucial component of the fashion discourse. I then turn to an assessment of both the dangerous implications and the positive potential of such phenomenon. On the one hand, I explore cases where members of the public interact directly with fashion intermediaries on social media and highlight how direct engagement leads audiences to internalise the scrutiny of professionals and make emotional investments in their implicit promises. On the other, I examine Tumblr blogs as an example of forms of indirect audience engagement with fashion. In this context, acquiring a distance from fashion mediation, consumers are able to engage in practices of creativity and semantic alterations of the dominant aesthetics.     

Introduction to queer circuits: Critical performance and digital praxis

This introduction situates the articles making up this special issue within four thematic clouds, positing queer theorization as broadly relevant for critically engaging with computational technologies and culture. These sub-themes offer suggestions for future queer inquiry and praxis and reflect key terms in performance studies and queer theory that have undergone transformation with the ubiquity of digital technology.

自从多哈回合谈判陷入僵局之后,各国开始积极谈判自由贸易协议,其中包含的国际经济贸易规则与WTO体系中的国际经济贸易规则有所不同,有学者将这种情形描述为"国际经济贸易规则重构"。知识产权规则作为国际经济贸易规则中的重要部分,各国在此领域的利益各不相同,体现于这些自由贸易协议中的具体规则也各有侧重。其中,网络技术发展作为对知识产权规则的发展变化有所影响的因素,也是各国在签订自由贸易协议时不可忽视的因素之一。在分析几个具有代表性的自由贸易协议中的数字知识产权规则的基础上,可以观察其中数字知识产权保护标准,结合实际情况讨论我国应当作何应对,从而更好地构建我国主导FTA法律框架中相应的知识产权规则。     

关于采用数码相机拍摄交通事故现场的探讨

交通事故现场照片是为了体现和反映交通事故的直观状况、记录现场、提取痕迹而拍摄的图像。与使用传统相机拍摄相比,使用数码相机拍摄现场照片同样具有法律效力,而且使用更方便、可以减少基层单位的行政费用,为交通事故处理信息化、一体化奠定基础。因此,可以推广使用数码相机拍摄交通事故现场照片。

计算机犯罪已经成为严重社会问题。由于电子数据的不确定性、不易被发现、易消失性、易改动性等特点,造成在侦查过程中对电子数据证据提取的困难。文章依据《公安部电子物证检验大纲》(2005),并结合侦查计算机犯罪案件的体会,对电子数据证据的提取原则与过程进行了初步的探讨。
