入世后绿色壁垒对我国经济的影响及对策

随着中国加入WTO和关税壁垒的逐渐消失，绿色壁垒将成为我国出口的一大障碍。现阶段，我国在应对绿色壁垒的问题上存在认识不够和难以建立自己技术标准等许多问题。实行可持续发展的工业化模式；提高绿色产品和有机食品的生产力；增强绿色技术研发能力是应对绿色壁垒的根本途径。

通常以为,法学实践教学的内容就是指模拟法庭、案例计论、社会调查等活动.我们认为,这些活动只是法学实践教学的形式,非法学实践教学的内容.法学实践教学的内容应是法学实践教学研究的重要方面.     

农民工权益保护问题研究

改革开放20多年来,我国农村剩余劳动力向城市转移呈逐步加快趋势。从2002年至今,每年拥入城市的农村劳动力大约1亿人。随之而来,中国出现了一个游离于城市边缘的特殊群体———农民工。由于历史与现实的诸多因素,农民工权益被损害现象十分突出,此问题应予以足够重视,使这一弱势群体的利益得到切实保障。     

家庭决策、孝道与农民工家庭养老--基于夫妻视角的分析

利用2014年“农村流动人口发展状况”调查数据，基于夫妻视角对现代家庭决策与传统孝道观念行为对农民工家庭养老的影响进行分析的结果表明，农民工夫妻在父母经济支持和日常照料方面不存在显著差异，但在情感支持方面差异显著。影响因素分析结果表明：在经济支持和情感支持方面，对丈夫而言，平等的家庭决策和孝道观念是重要因素；对妻子而言，影响因素主要体现在孝道行为。在日常照料方面，影响因素仅仅体现在家庭决策方面，丈夫表现在现金支配决策方面，妻子表现在子女教育和自己外出打工决策方面。     

我国工会制度的困境与出路——关于工会法实施情况的调查报告

随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,各种社会关系也在发生深刻变化,突出表现在劳动关系的日益复杂和紧张.作为调整劳动关系,尤其是调整集体劳动关系的工会制度,已不能完全适应时代的发展.针对其存在的问题,找出完善的办法,是建立和谐劳动关系的必由之路.     

The power of everyday subordination: exploring the silencing and disempowerment of Chinese migrant domestic workers

This paper examines how Chinese female migrant domestic workers are influenced by different forms of subordination; how norms, practices, and power relations enable and legitimize their subordination; and the ways in which subordination elicits compliance while silencing and disempowering the workers. I advance a new perspective on subordination, linking forms of subordination with forms of consciousness. Consciousness of one’s treatment and how one is changed by it informs the decision of whether to remain silent. Compliance, silencing, and disempowerment are facilitated by recognizable and subtle forms of subordination that can directly control individuals’ actions, shift their perspectives, and cause them to act against their own interests. When workers are not conscious of the insidious impact of subtle subordination upon their attitudes, perspectives, and behavior, they are far less likely to resist.     

How foreign policy recommendations are put together: A computational model with empirical applications

This paper presents and applies empirically a computational model of the way in which bona fide high level foreign policy recommendations by U.S. policy makers are assembled. We begin by pointing out that policy making can be seen as the connection of certain strings of words to other strings. We then discuss how these connections constitute certain types of foreign policy making phenomena as such. To theorize about such connections, one first needs to specify essential features of these phenomena, and we do so for one phenomenon: bona fide recommendations. We next turn to a discussion of the theory that links together the categories by which these features are represented. That theory explains how certain strings of words are assembled into new proximate goals, missions, and tools. The theory can be modeled computationally using the programming language Scheme, and we next present that model. We conclude by presenting a run of the model, showing the close fit between actual and generated strings.

The Taliban: a new proxy for Iran in Afghanistan?

Abstract

Iran has pursued a highly contradictory policy towards Afghanistan. On the one hand, it became a significant beneficiary of the overthrow of the Taliban regime by the US-led military intervention in 2001 in Afghanistan. The new Afghan government established cordial ties with Iran, allowing it to expand its political, economic and cultural influence in the country. Yet Iran has also provided significant support to the Taliban in its campaign to violently upend the political, social and economic processes in the country. This article examines the underlying domestic and regional security dynamics that contribute to this contradictory behaviour. It offers an assessment of how tensions between the United States and the Islamic Republic, as well as Tehran’s growing threat perception following the rise of the Islamic State – Khorasan in 2014, impact on Iran’s policy towards the Taliban. The paper argues that Tehran views the Taliban as an instrument to disrupt the influence of other actors in Afghanistan. The instrumentalisation of the Taliban, however, is likely to be counterproductive for Iranian security in the long run as it contributes to Afghanistan’s instability and insecurity and undermines Iran’s own long-term interests.
